Prime Minister Narendra Modi efforts to contain the global pandemic proved too little too late for the migrant workers on daily wages and street vendors serving the Indian economy with no acknowledgment or care and concern in making appropriate arrangements in terms of food for survival while the government expecting obedience on belated lock down and procrastinated travel restrictions as well as quarantine of overseas passengers upon arrival.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s zero tolerance to constructive assessment of government response or the lack thereof on any issues from embattled economy prior to the global pandemic hitting India to the recent handling of corona virus with the large labor force compelled to leave their cramped confinements joining their families back in the village and hometowns explains the state of affairs.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s hypersensitivity to legitimate critiquing on government plans and actions evident in the non-bailable arrests of human rights activists and environmentalists without any due process held indefinitely in prison and house arrest. 

Notwithstanding severe reaction in gunning down writers, journalists and authors viz. Gauri Lankesh shot dead at her residence in Bengaluru, Karnataka with PM Narendra Modi referring to the deceased as female dog and admiring the journalist’s assassin by following the murderer’s twitter confirms the head of the so-called largest democracy respect for life, human values and democratic rights silenced with radical fundamentalism and abhorrent violence – the signature traits of PM Narendra Modi legacy from Gujarat days in politics.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi never failing to reach out to the wealthiest in society in bailing out bankrupt entrepreneurs like Anil Ambani with government defense contracts viz. Rafale deal at ordinary Indians expense or conveying heartfelt greetings to celebrities in Bollywood, Kollywood etc. and Sports world including invitations for tea parties and banquet dinners are the norm in PM Narendra Modi 2.0 era.

Now in the wake of corona virus, PM Narendra Modi government having evacuated some Indian citizens from certain foreign locations using aircrafts to bring Indian nationals home free of cost which means the price tagged on to the average citizens struggling to make ends meet in Indian economy, the Prime Minister Narendra Modi somehow did not have any contingency plan to organize basic economic relief and safe passage for the overwhelming labor force, the majority of them from north east, central and north west India hired as construction and factory workers nationwide. 

Prime Minister Narendra Modi consistency in such display is least surprising whether abstinence in empathy for 150 and more infants deaths from acute encephalitis in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, the victims predominantly from poorest sections in society,

PM Narendra Modi government instigated recent Delhi violence claiming at least 165 innocent lives majority of them Muslims and the rest so-called Dalits among Hindus in addition to their homes, schools, hospitals and public buildings burned down by criminal arsonists representing BJP factions with the guilty granted impunity by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and home minister Amit Shah bare facts on the human character of those heading the nation and the nature of democracy in India.

The lock down imposed in the last four days supposedly lasting 21 days has understandably caused enormous economic and health distress prompting the exodus of these workers trying to reach their respective villages and towns minimum 300 to 800 km or more by foot while Prime Minister Narendra Modi indulging in nuanced apology, the gesture highlighting self-mockery not to mention the grim situation subject to performance to the gallery. 

Indian government under Prime Minister Narendra Modi and home minister Amit Shah deploying resources in protecting vulnerable population in urban and rural areas with urgently required protective hazmat suits, masks and various medical supplies as well as equipment for front line health care team besides adequate economic assistance such as food for daily existence and medical provisions to the vast average citizens especially the poor and lower income in society are critical rather than wasting time and money on kabuki theater for grand appeasement.

Question for Indian Authorities:

Among 794 currently ill patients – 0% Serious or Critical ( which means the status relieves the government from the burden of organizing ventilators and critical medical equipment and supplies?).

In 2019, Bihar had to deal with acute encephalitis syndrome in Muzaffarpur and the adjoining districts in Bihar state resulting in deaths of more than 150 children. The trend continued subsequently with more cases and deaths that were brought to light by other non-government sources. 

Are the Indian authorities sure about the corona virus data considering India’s population density and practicality in maintaining social distancing and limiting public contacts especially in the poorer sections of society?

Not to mention the proximity to China in the eastern border.

Is that true? Do you need to be a dictatorship to handle a killer virus?

The answer is explicit NO.

It is not the dictatorship containing the virus.

It was the dictatorship in Beijing, China that contributed the virus evolving into global pandemic.

The appeasers promoting authoritarianism, totalitarian regimes, despots and dictatorships worldwide for narcissistic interests and mega profiteering are responsible for billions of population to remain prisoners in their homeland denied basic freedom, individual, political, civil and voting rights.

Oligarchy governance and special interests reining control over political and economic decisions in a democracy or any other form of government care less about human rights record of any nation involved in abusing citizens with torture, confinement in concentration camps, wiping civilization and culture to list a few among diverse inhumane practices while others espousing fundamentalist radical ideology using religion as pawn to oppress and occupy nations or impose undemocratic doctrine on segments within society on world watch is the norm with humanity conditioned to accept the status quo as irreversible condition. 

The corporate character prioritizing phenomenal profits over people to suit their specific economic goals and lofty financial gains is desensitized to the demise of moral consciousness within and around the sphere. Not to mention the Soul deprived of any peace in living and death for every one of them. 

The multinational corporations with manufacturing base, products assembly and distribution from China and other investment firms in the United States, Europe and elsewhere enhancing China’s economic and political clout have little or no concern on the dynamics of their capital investments in China strengthening authoritarianism diminishing any hope of freedom for people in China, the Uighur Muslims in Xinjiang province experiencing brutal exile, the pro-democracy movement in Hong Kong bleeding over the last eighteen months and longer or for that matter the long oppressed Tibet silenced with military boots in every nook and corner of the plateau and last but not the least Taiwan undermined on domestic and international policy for not in compliance with Beijing’s One nation two systems exerting authority over an independent sovereign state.

As for China’s neighbors beginning with the land locked Himalayan nation Nepal, India in the north eastern borders with China, Japan, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Philippines combined dealing with constant incursions and territorial disputes in South China Sea is the biggest dilemma in South and South East Asia.

Now the question for United States Capitalists Socialism (bailing out large corporations and finance sector with taxpayers funds) maintaining close ties with China’s Communist Capitalism is;

What would it take for these multinational Conglomerate to recognize their direct involvement in the above cited human rights violations, iron fist rule in China with zero tolerance to any form of democratic activism, exploitation of work force and now the world brought under economic recession through global pandemic originating in Wuhan, Hubei province in China deploying aggressive tactics in suppressing the outbreak of the deadly contagion virus?

Starting with Tesla co-founder Elon Musk latest project undertaking attracting USD $1.3 billion from four China owned banks in China with the construction of factory in Shanghai, China to produce Tesla electric cars for sales in China, United States and world over is just one example among many in China’s magnetic influence over United States and European private as well as public sector.

Similarly, the world’s biggest online marketplace Amazon delivering merchandise with Made in China label directly or indirectly produced from China choosing to remain oblivious in the entire health crisis is deeply disappointing especially when at least eight or so Amazon employees in fulfillment centers across the United States join the SARS COV2 viz. the corona virus victim profile. Amazon was quick to rebuke a Delaware college student in the United States slamming the student with $3,800 fine on a $60 text book she had loaned and returned just four days late. Amazon reportedly refunded the student  after the incident made public quoting the same as ‘an isolated error.’

The absence of any remarks from major retailers like Amazon, Walmart and those in different economic sectors having stronghold in China’s economy facilitated by consumers and tax payers in the United States and other parts of the world in the globalized economy clarify the state of affairs leaving the global population vulnerable to Globalists prerogatives and discretion on mismanagement of health, economic and environment disasters.

On the political front, the different standards adopted such as severe economic sanctions against certain nations like Iran declined relief from trade embargo in the height of corona virus battle consuming lives at an alarming rate with western sanctions exacerbating Iranian victims and families plight in the emergency situation is against humanitarian value deserving condemnation.

In contrast, western powers partnering with China in every possible way from China being a member of G20, World Trade Organization (WTO), China granted most favored nation status (MFN) renewed by every administration republican and democrat alike in the White House and China also a permanent member of United Nations Security Council with veto power.

China on roster heading UNSC in the current month refusing to discuss the global pandemic is least surprising and other P5+1 members complacency in this regard confirms the importance or the lack there of on human lives amongst those wielding power in the global domain.

Regardless, indifference towards Iranian citizens and others sharing the western economic sanctions woes amid combating the deadly contagion virus and likewise slighting China’s 1.4 billion population and the rest enduring the Communist regime’s oppression in and around China categorically highlight the policy designed to punish people in the world over in western powers conflicting positions against nations to suit their exclusive aspirations in the geopolitical and global economic landscape.

Beginning with United States, given the surge on affected cases nationwide including U.S. territories, President Donald Trump administration and Congress bipartisanship latest actions are welcome and hopefully alleviate the economic woes confronting millions of Americans in workforce and others facing dire financial situation in the wake of COVID-19 preventable pandemic.

The White House along with defense department coming forward with diverse strategies to ease the overwhelming burden on the health care system in combating the virus is a positive step that could save lives and contain the virus.

President Donald Trump having invoked the Defense production act with congressional approval reminiscent of the Korean war, the crucial medical supplies protecting health care workers in the front line of this pandemic is paramount enabling private companies in the United States to manufacture and supply them for immediate use that could significantly boost medical care and treatment while reducing casualties from the virus.

United States Congress members in the House and Senate coordination in passing the emergency care package for COVID-19 victims and families as well as Americans at individual to Small Business ownership already feeling the pain from necessary confinement at home to overcome the health crisis is a meaningful response in the hour of great economic distress.

Needless to say, health care workers in the United States and worldwide working round the clock together with volunteers deserve immense appreciation and acknowledgment for their dedication to help COVID-19 patients’ recovery.

Similarly, the medical research on vaccine and effective drugs to address the rapidly spreading virus is a tremendous engagement that could break the cycle and provide much required medical intervention now and in the future.

In other parts of the world, the governments initiatives in protecting the population through travel restrictions, closing schools, colleges and cancellation of public events is the appropriate measure to prevent the virus contagion effect.

However there are some reports like in India, the most densely populated northern state Uttar Pradesh BJP government plans to organize major religious festive activity in the coming weeks i.e. early April amid COVID-19 outbreak that has affected India as well regardless of the figure being higher or lower is irresponsible and disappointing as any form of close public contacts and gathering proved to exacerbate the current challenge.

Accordingly, the political leaderships and heads of the states from local to national level understanding the consequences of such mass participation adversely affecting large segments leading to community infection is important and prohibit activities expected to aggravate and protract the pandemic.

As for citizens worldwide dealing with this global pandemic, strict adherence to health safety features on limiting social meetings, personal hygiene such as washing hands with soap and sanitizers to safeguard personal health and well-being that would in return deescalate the viral transmission is critical in the battle against the pandemic.

Individual efforts by following health experts advise and recommendations in minimizing the spread of the disease is the clarion call on stymieing the virus.

The grim reality is the economic downturn in the face of shut down for middle and lower income groups in any country not barring the developed nation like United States despite the government stimulus package again only organized in fewer countries and that too not guaranteed to adequately cope with the economic constraints confronting the world.

Poorest of the poor and others up to the middle class do not have the luxury like the rich and super wealthy in any society to live on their accumulated wealth and extraordinary assets until the crisis is laid to rest.

The employers and businesses arguably cannot afford to retain employees indefinitely in the absence of productivity, sales and consumption normally fueling the economy. Obviously collective responsibility in all frontiers especially enhancing medical supplies and respiratory equipment like ventilators and virus testing kits etc. is the priority in health aspects besides prudent economic planning and financial restructure facilitating liquidity and solvency of different industries with a major focus on workers in the service industry like restaurants, retailers, transportation and an array of economic complexity instrumental in running the economic engine is absolutely vital to overcome the current catastrophe.

Whenever calamity hits the shores, the nation’s ability and capacity is tested reflecting on the utilization of resources at disposal or the lack thereof revealing the path to pursue in mitigating disaster such as the prevalent deadly virus.

The poignant lesson form COVID-19 proliferation is the world unprepared to tackle cataclysmic events in epic proportion due to tunnel vision exclusively on nuclear armament, cyber attacks and terrorism attracting disproportionate allocation of national budget discarding the essential investment in health hazards management and relevantly preparedness to rise to the occasion upon being subject to a viral tsunami such as the potent COVID-19.

Universal solidarity emanating from individual perseverance in every citizen in every part of the globe in preventable course practicing stringent methods in compliance with public health safety instructions and governments prompt decisive actions towards health and economic assistance to all citizens transcending statehood and nationality is fundamental to expedite patients recovery and reining on the life consuming virus.

Once again, since this crisis is pervasive with the virus not being selective in choosing hosts, the health and economic toll definitely impact all. As a result, it is the duty of every adult citizen to be responsible and guide the younger as well as aid the elderly in the family and community to do everything possible in defeating the global pandemic without losing more lives and further economic decline.

Above all, government transparency in data on virus victims, deaths and possible suspects not excluding Asymptomatic carriers are imperative to evaluate the actual threat in a particular territory, region and the world at large.

Finally, the authorities in Beijing responsible for the lapses in the initial outbreak of the disease in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China respecting their local medical experts honest professional opinion in the matter to sustain containment of the highly infectious virus and extending all facilities i.e. monetary and logistic combined is an obligation to domestic and global population.

Corona virus COVID-19 has brought the world under lock down claiming lives, affecting thousands in different parts of the world and paralyzing the global economy. Politics and political authorities colossal failure to take timely decisive actions in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China has led to the contagion effect. The travel ban in the wake of initial outbreak in Wuhan should have been the preliminary step that could have limited the spread of the virus now causing significant stress, anxiety and economic meltdown.

Citizens across the globe exercising due diligence in adherence of medical warnings and advisory on hygiene, restricting social contacts until the virus containment is critical for self-protection and those in the family and community.

The health crisis affecting most parts of the world is a serious matter with the world having become smaller and closer from transportation and technological advancement in the twenty first century. The novel corona virus nCoV or COVID-19 originating from Wuhan City in Hubei province China claiming many lives over there with global impact is unfortunate and squarely falls on the local and central authorities in China for the inadequate containment of this deadly virus. 

China having experienced earlier outbreaks of corona virus family and other virus strains in the past two decades could have adopted stringent methods and imposed rules along the line prioritizing public health and safety in the prevention measure. The subsequent steps in Wuhan’s lock down was rather aggressive in terms of welding apartment buildings gates and doors prohibiting exit of residents slighting grave danger of such actions in the event of incidents like fire and other possible emergencies arising in the apartment complex. 

There was obvious failure in response mechanism and handling of the repeat outbreak in Wuhan, China with a contagion effect worldwide. The Chinese authorities in Beijing muzzling the whistleblower, the young physician Li Wenliang alerting the community and authorities having to pay a price with his life and several other citizens in China who fell victims to COVID-19 followed by those in many parts of the world speaks volume on the state of affairs i.e. politics endangering lives with authorities exerting power to silence legitimate concerns like the one from Dr. Li Wenliang and series of lapses in addressing the problem from the very beginning considering the history of epidemics from China or anywhere rapidly shared with the rest of the world through constant stream of travelers criss crossing various destinations world over. 

The nCoV or COVID-19 being attributed to transmission from animal to human and mutation thereafter causing the pandemic clearly indicative of the lack of appropriate system monitoring and curbing incidents in wet markets and animal husbandry identified as the catalysts not for the first time but also previously noted in the wake of H1N1, SARS, MERS and now COVID-19 clarify the absence of critical inspections and importance to clean healthy environments in handling meat products sold to the public in open markets. 

Yet another issue is wild animals and variety of species landing on the food table as delicacies for human consumption beckon attention and discernment to spare them as they cause disruption in nature designed food chain with dire consequences on natural habitat and ecological balance depriving members in the wilderness from their original prey for survival contributing to endangered category. Nature has provided more than enough food produces and choices for humans to feed on without having to indulge in far reaching wild life menu not necessarily meant for satisfying normal appetite instead exploring extravagant desires like the items serving as aphrodisiacs for some and others experimenting medicinal value to deal with illnesses in a raw condition often proved to be recipes of disaster.

The government intervention through education and orientation on the health hazards of such practices in the rural, remote and urban areas of the country is essential to save lives in all frontiers i.e. humans and natural conservation. 

Since the preparedness to combat pandemic is always challenging regardless of economic and health care affordability for nations worldwide, the preventative course would significantly mitigate the spread of the disease upon individual discipline and commitment in adherence of public health care advisory on hygiene and limiting social contacts given the nature of the virus to contaminate anyone or anything resulting in massive suffering notwithstanding the toll on global economy. 

Citizens across the globe respecting health care experts warnings and heeding recommendations on the ways and means to cope with the virus and cooperation in deescalation of the current pandemic would effectively restrict the proliferation of the victims and reduce casualties from the alarming COVID-19. 

I extend my sincere condolences to families in Wuhan and rest of China as well as all in other parts of the world who have lost their loved ones to the preventable pandemic and hold the ones affected by the virus in my thoughts and prayers for speedy recovery.

The reason behind status quo i.e. deteriorating political, economic, social, religion, health and environment is falsehood, deception, misrepresentation, fabrication, fraud and gross violations in every respect in all quarters beginning with politics, communication media, economic sector, entertainment, religion and social causes engaged in appeasement politics.

The members involved in such unscrupulous practice fail to recognize the incorrigible conduct inevitably affecting the source and catalysts promoting self-destructive agenda targeting those they are unable to confront intellectually and in a civil manner with dignity and integrity arguably not in their interest or character.

Accordingly, society and civilization decline originates from corrosive divisive politics with zero tolerance to objective review and constructive dialogue considered anti-nationalism even going further in describing any reasonable political discourse and dissent as terrorism and treason. In short, appeasement politics is expected over honest perspectives on political power mismanagement of economy and all matter concerning the nation at large.

The preference in contemporary politics is silent public spectators and muted media allowing those in power to run a muck not excluding the license to kill ordinary innocent citizens at will, snowballing corruption scandals, systemic abuse of power and criminality dominating the system.

Politics run and represented communication outlets from major and mainstream television networks, print media to an array of social and conventional media platform operating 24/7  to mislead and misguide captive audience. The indoctrination via state media and their proxies on various platforms is toxic in a desperate effort to deflect public attention from real issues and those directly responsible for the colossal failure of their policy, plan and programs or the lack thereof to resolve any crises.

Politics is also transformed into theatrics with deformed facial features of all those in politics and fields such as entertainment, economy…and more related to politics. The cartoonish depiction of political members especially the non-performers, corrupt and anyone with negative image are projected with pouting lips and wearing eye glasses again clarifying criminal behavior on the part of those presenting such insidious projections much to their peril in the increasingly corrupt politics and unethical media indulging in self-mockery.

Then there are TV anchors and talk show hosts directed to follow the script in mimicking their arch nemesis and clownish appearance wearing artificial eye glasses is yet another display of self-deprecation with criminal politics playing to the gallery.

Under these circumstances, political suicide is imminent drowning media and crony contingency as well as all those performing to the whims and fancies of the political power cartels facing tumult and titanic shift leaving them in trepidation.

Those digging grave for others invariably find themselves in it with history and latest events testament to the fact.

Finally, the appeasement politics proved to endanger democratic rule marginalizing the highest office whether President or Prime Minister, those in the cabinet and political system to mere titles dependent on flattery and fakery rather than delivery.

The discerning audience rejecting appeasement politics is the preliminary step in turning the stone in politics.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi government and the state run media objection to UNHRC joining other local petitioners on the controversial #CAA, #NPR and #NRC in the Indian Supreme Court calling out UNHRC participation as foreign body intervention in India’s internal affair and further claiming that such activity is violation of India’s sovereignty deserves attention.

India’s position might be valid upon Indian government strict adherence to Indian constitution and democratic rule of law barring any form of discrimination and prejudice that the legislated act #CAA, #NPR and #NRC proved to be in the testing ground viz. the north eastern state, Assam.

Assam citizens requested for protection of the natives political, economic and social rights and the indigenous culture that are on the brink of dissipation due to migrants from adjacent West Bengal and population influx from Bangladesh post 1971 war between India and Pakistan.

Instead, Assamese problem exacerbated with natives and locals placement in detention centers on the basis of convoluted NRC and CAA diversion from initial approximately 33,000 immigrants to now 19% of population of which 12% are Hindus and Delhi Central government defined Hindu denominations viz. Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains, Parsis and Christians leaving the remaining 7% muslims as illegals per PM Narendra Modi’ government’s declaration.

The foreign tribunal set up in Assam to filter the qualified against the non-qualified in the citizenship criteria already split internally with the resignation of a tribunal member dissenting on the corruption and lack of credibility in the process that apparently allowed applicants with forged documents bribing the administration officials while declining citizens with proper documents and papers on them.

The long established second and third generation citizens in Assam having been affected by NRC flaws could not even receive any justice in the State High Court interpreting the New Delhi government law as final.

As a result, the Assamese natives are being relocated from their place of residence to BJP government assigned detention centers with reports of some deaths in some facility from the inadequate accommodation requirements.

The cases in reference are as pointed out earlier on this site – the former President of India Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed’s family isolated as non-citizens of India.

Similarly the former war veteran Army Major Mohammed Sanaullah, a decorated Indian Army Officer having served Indian defense force for over thirty years and honored with Presidential medal for his bravery in Kargil war between India and Pakistan that almost led to nuclear meltdown in 1999 only to be now denigrated as a foreigner and dispatched to detention center could not be an inadvertent mistake. The Army officer Mohammed Sanaullah had to prove his citizenship in the court of law at his personal expense.

Needless to say ordinary citizens living hand to mouth in a distressed economy are not in a position to deal with such challenges evidently associated with #CAA, #NPR and #NRC.

These are the ramifications from #CAA, #NPR and #NRC that are falsely propagated as no brainer in implementation harming none anywhere in India despite the unraveling of the unnecessary government agenda.

The intriguing aspect of this #CAA in particular is the government plan to naturalize minority Hindus and Hindu category as outlined above from Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh living in non-residential status in Assam legislated in Parliament with an amendment to the existing citizenship act. When the government could have granted asylum to all those members including muslims upon every one of them satisfying the standard criteria and importantly without criminal record.

PM Narendra Modi, HM Amit Shah and their surrogates in media and those representing the government in media discussions on this topic defend #CAA, #NPR and #NRC as laws that target none even though muslims are specifically segregated from this group for citizenship approval.

Furthermore, what was the need for  PM Narendra Modi government to amend the citizenship act for #CAA?

Again, when the matter could have been addressed without dragging the nation into quagmire producing protests followed by BJP government ministers and members unleashed hate speeches and inflammatory recommendations that consumed more than 47 innocent lives in the latest horrific Delhi violence and set North East Delhi on fire.

Obviously, these events suffice to summarize that are more to these laws that meets the eye and the government confirmation in this regard with no political will to resolve the issues amicably prolong the contentious citizenship saga.

Now on the issue of UNHRC accused of meddling in India’s domestic propositions.

The synonymous action from India, in fact  Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his government indulgence in neighboring Nepal, an independent sovereign state with democratically elected government passing a unanimous constitutional amendment in Parliament on Nepal’s Hindu status to secular state was condemned by PM Narendra Modi, his government and BJP in unison.

They did not stop at reprimanding Nepal’s leadership and opposition alike for this transition from Hindu state to secularism or pluralist status.

PM Narendra Modi unilaterally imposed economic sanctions against the economically struggling small nation like Nepal subjecting children, women, youth and elderly to extreme difficulties depriving them of food, medicines and basic essentials leading to casualties from that economic blockade lasting several months in 2015.

Perhaps at that time, PM Narendra Modi and cohorts singing in chorus now could have realized that India and Indian government had no business to chide Nepal nor possessed any right to intervene in Nepal’s sovereign decision let alone execute drastic trade embargo on Nepal.

Politics selective amnesia is well known and Indian critics on UNHRC sharing concerns as interventional fail to acknowledge own record fitting the profile.

India’s interference in 2015 was intrusive especially concerning Nepal’s admirable measure becoming inclusive in recognition of all citizens and diverse background in the country unlike India on the reverse course.

Often such examples serve as poignant moments in political history striving to safeguard democracy and constitutional rights of all citizens rejecting bias and marginalization of any segments in society.

Unfortunately, India is driven in the opposite direction in defiance of democracy, constitution and humanitarian law benefitting none at the end.

Indian citizenry consciousness and mass awakening to this effect pertinent to avert undesirable destination reflected in status quo.

India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi not missing opportunity in his busy schedule to share his personal comments and messages especially to film and sports celebrities somehow unable to afford time or possess the heart to console the latest victims of his government organized hate crime and abominable atrocities against innocent men, women and children. Similar apathy from PM Narendra Modi witnessed during the 2019 Bihar encephalitis outbreak consuming 150 children of largely poorer sections in the community. 

The Delhi violence – the heinous crimes not barring rape, loot, vandalism, demolition of shops, schools, hospitals, gas stations and residential areas in the targeted assaults in North East Delhi, justifies the call for resignation of the government headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah.

When government elected to represent all the people i.e. those who voted for the ruling political party as well as those who decided to cast their vote for other options in the electoral ballot, the discrimination of any kind from and by the government is undemocratic, unconstitutional and unacceptable.

The hooligans in the latest Delhi violence and unfortunately many in uniform as police force public funded to protect citizens from any harm indulge in taunting and tormenting the victims of state sponsored terrorism insulting the citizens for exercising their democratic right in their voting preference is shameful and even worse is the government and crony contingency defiance to bring these murderers to justice. 

BJP politics has been transparent in terms of their isolation and segregation of demography viz. muslims and so-called Dalits in society, the primary targets of hate crime by RSS cow vigilantes and saffron gangs roaming the streets insisting muslims and the so-called lower caste Hindus to chant Jai Sri Ram in direct sacrilege of the religion Hinduism that RSS and BJP have systematically exploited and distorted to promote their Hindutva ideology.

What RSS run BJP have done in the name of Hindu religion which has nothing to do with their insidious Hindutva ideology is blasphemy. 

As for politics, BJP has been open about their selective responsibility only to those who cast their vote to them even though that has been a dismal failure leading to major disillusionment among BJP voters left on the lurch with serious economic woes and social problems on safety and security of women and much more concerning daily survival.

The government indifference was shockingly displayed in the latest Delhi violence allowing casualties to rise from the lack of leadership and administrative dereliction  of duty at all levels beginning with Home Ministry headed by Amit Shah in charge of law and order nationwide and the capital New Delhi in particular. The responsibility was also shrugged by the Delhi State government under Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal abstaining from constitutional oath and moral obligation to all citizens in the state at the critical hour ignoring life and death situation of his electorate.

BJP’s Lok Sabha (People House) member of Parliament Menaka Gandhi during election campaign in May 2019 was the harbinger of BJP’s omission and commission action warning muslim voters in Sultanpur that they would be neglected and asked them not to expect any government attention on any matter upon them casting their vote to anyone other than BJP.

To add fuel to fire, the BJP Rajya Sabha member Dr. Subramaniam Swamy misinterpretation of Holy Quran in semblance to constant subversion of Hindu Holy Scriptures and provocative recommendations such as transformation of India as Hindu state slighting other religions besides Islam is an intellectual deformity defying rationality.

BJP MP Subramaniam Swamy further suggesting that muslims have 57 Islamic nations to choose for residency and that India is not an open shelter state to grant refuge to all i.e. muslims in this instance explains the Hindutva doctrine on alienation and subordination.

Is Dr.Subramaniam Swamy mindful of Indian diaspora predominantly Hindu citizens working throughout Gulf States that are Islamic nations and facilitating Indian economy in foreign currency reserves and contributions to maintain their Hindu families in India enabling the economic activities as consumers and investors in India’s ailing economy?

India’s status quo reflected in ramshackle politics deviating from immediate focus to revive economy and provide safe conducive environment for all to live in peace and harmony. Instead preoccupation in divisive politics leading the country to mayhem and despair.

A poignant reminder to ruling BJP government – the national representation of a central government delivering unconditional service in meeting the basic to special requirements of citizens across the nation is not defined by electoral mandate percentage but rather the mandatory commitment incumbent upon any political party assuming power at the central and state governance.

On CAA, NPR and NRC – the BJP government assertion on preemptive declaration of these laws in their election manifesto and standing the grounds to legislate them is again ignoring the fact that the case might be relevant only to those who may have approved through their ballot but then there are others at least 49% of the population that did not vote for BJP related to various issues including the controversial CAA,NPR and NRC legitimately exempting them from such rule of law.

Accordingly, CAA, NPR and NRC was rejected by significant majority electorate in the polls to avert unraveling citizenship and statehood status.

The authorities’ acknowledgement in action to represent all in the nation leaving none behind would alleviate mistrust and build confidence among people in a diverse complex secular vast nation like India.

Any reluctance or evasion in this regard conclusively illegitimize such government authority.

  When either major political party presumptive Presidential nominee or incumbent running for re-election select the second-in-line rejected by the respective electorate base in the primary resulting in failure of the latter Presidential bid due to electorate non-approval, that combination is doomed from the get go regardless of the front liner position as witnessed and experienced in the Democrat incumbency and VP choice.

  The candidacy declined by own base with voters clear message not desirable and importantly declared ineligible evidenced in their failed Presidential contest, yet forcing down the choice on them and the rest of the country is indicative of selection pushed through foreign and domestic vested interests categorically undermining the republic and national interests.

  Furthermore, the identity and crony politics are best abandoned and instead replaced with legitimate meritocracy to serve the people and the nation at large with efficiency and ethical efficacy that are conspicuously missing and would exemplify the Presidential nominee respecting the republic will rather than political hatch influenced by incognito domestic and foreign intervention trending thus far.

  The combined collaborative efforts expedite their cataclysmic destiny already in progress with precipitous decline together with the entire apparatus behind the gamut on the brink of collapse.

  Accordingly the futile nonsensical defamation via VP clown and other pawns sponsored by media cohorts’ directed at the target to convince imaginary audience in empty theater is the ultimate parody glaring at those in fools paradise.

• India – Supreme Court Ruling on Godhra Pogrom in 2002

  The Godhra pogrom against innocent civilians largely muslims, Hindu and other denominations in 2002 undergoes political spin by the central government headed by PM Narendra Modi and HM Amit Shah. In this regard, the victim widow Zakia Jafri’s plea against SIT ruling on the violence involving Narendra Modi is propagated as the case dismissed by the Indian Supreme Court.

  However, the so-called dismissal verdict by the three-judge bench headed by Justice AM Khanwilkar, Justices Dinesh Maheshwari and CT Ravikumar do not bear the signatures of neither of the three justices in this apparent ruling.

  The unsigned court ruling – the omission of three SC justices signatures in this ruling confirm the verdict not delivered by the Supreme Court.

  The SC’s three judge bench remark quoting “the Indian democracy is under threat” verbatim and subsequently the court ruling delivered without signatures from any and all three of them confirm the decision on vindication of the accused is null and void.

  Accordingly, the misconstrued vindication of the accused viz. the former Chief Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and others listed in Mrs. Zakia Jafri’s court filing is invalid.

  The accused in this matter remain relevant for further legal investigation and proceedings now and in the future.

  देश के सर्कार और उत्तरदायक यानी प्रधान मंत्री को पांच गंभीर प्रश्न जो उत्तरदायित्व है।

  १. देश पूँजी पति के हवाले करके, उन्ही के सेवक बने व्यक्ति प्रधान मंत्री?

  २. देश की सुरक्षा में घटौती लाकर, देश को देश के बाहर आक्रमि चीन के हवाले करने वाले देश के चौकीदार ?

  ३. और तो और आक्रमि देश चीन को आर्थिक भंडार भेंटकर आयात (इम्पोर्ट्स – imports) के ज़रिये, चीन की आर्थिक स्थिति मज़बूत बनाकर फ़िर उसे भारत पर आक्रमण करने की सुविधा देने वाले देश के अर्थशास्त्री और शुभचिंतक नेता और सर्कार?

  ४. इस प्रकार कानून बनानेवाले प्रथम कानून तोड़नेवाले बने और वह एलान करें की वही रहेंगे ५० वर्ष से भी अधिक देश के मुख्या यानी प्रधान मंत्री और वो भी लोक तंत्र गण तंत्र प्रजा को ताना शाही में दबाकर अपनी राजनीति कूटनीति जमाने की योजनाएं में जुड़े तत्पश्चात?

  ५. आखिर देश लोक तंत्र है या केला गणतंत्र (बनाना रिपब्लिक – Banana Republic) जहाँ संविधान नेतृत्व में जन राज्य बदलकर एक अकेले व्यक्ति के इशारे पर उनके क्षति (damaging) निर्णय के चक्रव्यूह में फ़स गया है ?

The relentless personal assaults and individual profile distortion against their target is predominantly related to own inability to defend indefensible track record.

  Those who embark on restoring freedom beginning with their domain would add some credibility.

  The definition of freedom is liberty to choose in life. Having a choice to accept or reject anything unfavorable is the real alternative.

  For instance, the solar panel lessee not having a choice with payment options other than the one and only method set up by the electric car company acquired solar power installation. Similarly, binding the lessee on long term contractual agreement with no exit plans.

  Last but not the least, not addressing emergency situation during heavy rain and stormy weather resulting in roof leaks from poorly installed solar panels causing property damage.

  The necessary precautionary measures from home owner like tarp on the roof even protecting the leased solar panels to avert substantial property damage including solar panels and subsequent liability to solar panel lessor i.e. the company involved in the matter are not reimbursed and expense declined as not the company responsibility.

  These issues clarify the status as anything but freedom.

  The mantra OM is related in other religions as AUM and Amen in acknowledgment of the Soul within in connection with the Supreme Natural Phenomenon.

  यह प्रयास इन्हें सिवाय निराश और अपमान के अलावा कुछ नहीं बाँट रहा है इनको, तब भी यह अपनी हार मानने को तैयार नहीं।

  अब तक इनका कब्ज़ा धन, दौलत, शोहरत और सत्ता तक था। अभी यह लोग इज़्ज़त के ठेकेदार भी हो गए। इनको इतना तो पता होनी चाहिए की इज़्ज़त देने वालों को ही इज़्ज़त मिलती है। जो दूसरों की अस्तिव को अपना बनाकर, उनके व्यक्तिगत अधिकार छीनकर फ़िर उन्हीं को निशाना बनाने वाले, भला उन्हें ही इज़्ज़त की पाठ पढ़ाएंगे?

  कब यह अपनी गलती पर ध्यान देंगे? इनका तो यही मानना है की यह लोग कभी किसी को हानि पहुंचाते नहीं। किसी के साथ अन्याय कर ही नहीं सकते।

  यह प्रकृति के नियम है जिसे किसी के लिए भी बदला नहीं जाता। जिन्हें भी इस प्राकृतिक के परमपरा से समस्या हो, उन्हें इस दर्ति में अनेकों बार जनम लेकर इस वातावरण का आदी होना पड़ता है। ज़रूरी नहीं इन्हें मनुष्य रूप ही प्राप्त हो।

  1. Stop listening to and following devils and renounce being the devils’ advocate.

  2. Respect others rights as you expect to be done to you. Never claim anything in material or identity that is not yours and will ever be regardless of subversion and manipulation.

  3. Shed your ego, arrogance and prejudice of all kinds in an effort towards self- cleansing and soul-searching leading to clarity on the importance of life not just yours but also others near and far.

  4. Be yourself. Don’t engage in falsehood and fraudulent act.

  5. Have courage and integrity to admit failures and accept responsibility.

  Greed enslaves human mind directed at self-destructive course. Those consumed by greed experience misery in living and upon death. The actions prompted by greed invariably lead to tragic end. Greed is worse than any deadly disease inevitably terminating the source and all those influenced by the negative trait. Similarly infringement on others rights, illegal claims and usurping in any manner is carcinogenic and definitively cause unmitigated disaster for all those involved in the preventable malfeasance.

  No matter how many fakes and impostors you produce to stymie my authenticity and identity as a woman of ethnic background, mother, great leader, honest and honorable humanitarian besides other noble attributes which I mention with humility that has positively served many from different walks of life.

  Unfortunately, with the exception of those having exploited the same for their exclusive benefits driven by their negative traits and trend not without consequences in reaping what one sows in life.

  Anything and everything you do via falsehood, propaganda and manufacturing phonies, proxies, puppets and pawns tied to unscrupulous, nefarious and criminal activities continue to backfire at you and them with many having met their Karma for their involvement.

  The Sun rise in the East and your persistent efforts to sabotage natural cosmic event proved counterproductive many times over. Not to mention your folly and ignorance leading you to self-defeating cause.

  Get a life. Live your life to make it meaningful and purposeful for you and you alone are responsible for your deeds and sins that you must settle sooner than later for any redemption and salvation which at this point in time is dismal and even impossible.
