The World Health Organization (WHO) and Center for disease control in the United States issue warning on the delta variant in the latest pandemic update. The delta variant identified in the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic in India in late April 2021 claimed to be deadlier than COVID-19 originating from Wuhan, China. 

In view of changing developments since the pandemic outbreak, it is important to reflect on guidance or the lack thereof from different authorities leading to status quo. 

The timeline presents huge credibility factor on the pandemic details and handling of the COVID-19 from the beginning until now. 

In January 2020, WHO in agreement with Beijing denied the virus transmission between humans and added there were absolutely no risks in international travel. This information was proved wrong with virus rapid impact and staggering mortalities prompting national and global lock down on March 22nd, 2020. 

The private entity in the United States –  the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines at the pandemic onset until today caused more confusion than clarity. 

The National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID) at the National Institute of Health (NIH) headed by the Director Dr. Anthony Fauci, the prominent advocate and funding specialist in Gain of Function research is facing own credibility issue with NIH funding the corona virus in Wuhan lab conducting experiments on SARS- Corona virus back in 2003 until 2018.

The Reuters news on May 26, 2020 — Fauci says that Moderna’s vaccine candidate “would take about one year to 18 months if we were successful in … The Phase I will directly go into Phase II-III in late spring and early summer.”

Dr. Anthony Fauci’s trajectory predominantly favoring the controversial Gain of Function research with NIH funding on corona virus experiments in Wuhan lab, China span over a decade and longer.

The abstract on Science and Engineering ethics in 2016 clarify Gain-of-function (GOF) research involves experimentation that aims or is expected to (and/or, perhaps, actually does) increase the transmissibility and/or virulence of pathogens. The GOFR is further stated to pose risks on bio safety and bio security. 

The advance notice from Wuhan lab Virologist Dr. Shi Zhengli back in 2015 on the possibility of global pandemic from a deadly contagious virus citing bats associated virus arouse valid questions on whether Dr. Shi Zhengli’s prediction was a premonition or a precaution based on the corona virus experiments long underway in Wuhan lab with United States NIH funding. The Gates Foundation by Bill and Melinda Gates investment to a tune of $200 -$250 million in Gain of Function experiments slighting serious repercussions highlight commercial vantage for investors with paradoxical reflection on philanthropy.

University of North Carolina Professor Ralph Steven Baric, Dr. Shi Zhengli and Gain of Function Research Investors Bill and Melinda Gates besides Dr. Anthony Fauci’s vigorous campaign and funding in Gain of Function Research – the corona viruses in Wuhan lab in particular emphasize the network connection among them. Additionally the simultaneous and synchronized alerts in 2015 from all these individuals echoing concern while engaged in the experiment process with funding and promoting GOFR in infectious SARS Corona virus rather than abandoning the experimental course is intriguing.

The coordination within members in elite scientific community, the communist party in China, the United States and Europe funded Wuhan lab in China and above all the massive cover up in the entire COVID 19 health, economic and humanitarian disaster surpass coincidence.

The earlier snippets sounding off alarm on the global pandemic in the near future that too in the year 2015 in a well organized manner might not have then attracted much attention or importance in the public domain. However, the global pandemic becoming a reality in late 2019 in Wuhan, China and soon spread across the globe in January 2020 is a world wide experience. Not to mention the fatalities in millions and still counting having become the norm and way of life.

The scientific wild adventure experimenting and engineering virus to test contagion effects in humans is evidently anything but altruistic in nature related to highly infectious SARS Corona Virus with little or no importance to ethical efficacy. The reckless indulgence against human conscience among those behind COVID 19 biological weapon ignoring horrendous costs on lives, livelihoods and freedom is too big to suppress as a freaking accident from the lab which again is criminal negligence in any context.

The humanity deserves justice with accountability holding none above law. As stated earlier, in COVID 19 – Investigation article on this website, any reluctance and political truancy, expediency or abstinence to prioritize this health, economic and humanitarian crises in holding all those responsible would be a violent treason against every nation and humanity at large.

Background:

Over the past two decades, my company – M·CAM – has been monitoring possible violations of the 1925 Protocol for the Prohibition of the Use in War of Asphyxiating, Poisonous, or other Gases, and of Bacteriological Methods of Warfare (the Geneva Protocol) 1972 Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production, and Stockpiling of Bacteriological and Toxin Weapons and Their Destruction (the BTWC). In our 2003-2004 Global Technology Assessment: Vector Weaponization M·CAM highlighted China’s growing involvement in Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) technology with respect to joining the world stage in chimeric construction of viral vectors. Since that time, on a weekly basis, we have monitored the development of research and commercial efforts in this field, including, but not limited to, the research synergies forming between the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the National Institutes for Allergies and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC), Harvard University, Emory University, Vanderbilt University, Tsinghua University, University of Pennsylvania, many other research institutions, and their commercial affiliations.

The National Institute of Health’s grant AI23946-08 issued to Dr. Ralph Baric at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (officially classified as affiliated with Dr. Anthony Fauci’s NIAID by at least 2003) began the work on synthetically altering the Coronaviridae (the coronavirus family) for the express purpose of general research, pathogenic enhancement, detection, manipulation, and potential therapeutic interventions targeting the same. As early as May 21, 2000, Dr. Baric and UNC sought to patent critical sections of the coronavirus family for their commercial benefit.1 In one of the several papers derived from work sponsored by this grant, Dr. Baric published what he reported to be the full length cDNA of SARS CoV in which it was clearly stated that SAR CoV was based on a composite of DNA segments.

“Using a panel of contiguous cDNAs that span the entire genome, we have assembled a full-length cDNA of the SARS-CoV Urbani strain, and have rescued molecularly cloned SARS viruses (infectious clone SARS-CoV) that contained the expected marker mutations inserted into the component clones.”2

On April 19, 2002 – the Spring before the first SARS outbreak in Asia – Christopher M. Curtis, Boyd Yount, and Ralph Baric filed an application for U.S. Patent 7,279,372 for a method of producing recombinant coronavirus. In the first public record of the claims, they sought to patent a means of producing, “an infectious, replication defective, coronavirus.” This work was supported by the NIH grant referenced above and GM63228. In short, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services was involved in the funding of amplifying the infectious nature of coronavirus between 1999 and 2002 before SARS was ever detected in humans

Against this backdrop, we noted the unusual patent prosecution efforts of the CDC, when on April 25, 2003 they sought to patent the SARS coronavirus isolated from humans that had reportedly transferred to humans during the 2002-2003 SARS outbreak in Asia. 35 U.S.C. §101 prohibits patenting nature. This legality did not deter CDC in their efforts. Their application, updated in 2007, ultimately issued as U.S. Patent 7,220,852 and constrained anyone not licensed by their patent from manipulating SARS CoV, developing tests or kits to measure SARS coronavirus in humans or working with their patented virus for therapeutic use. Work associated with this virus by their select collaborators included considerable amounts of chimeric engineering, gain-of-function studies, viral characterization, detection, treatment (both vaccine and therapeutic intervention), and weaponization inquiries.

In short, with Baric’s U.S. Patent 6,593,111 (Claims 1 and 5) and CDC’s ‘852 patent (Claim 1), no research in the United States could be conducted without permission or infringement.

We noted that gain-of-function specialist, Dr. Ralph Baric, was both the recipient of millions of dollars of U.S. research grants from several federal agencies but also sat on the World Health Organization’s International Committee on Taxonomy of Viruses (ICTV) and the Coronaviridae Study Group (CSG). In this capacity, he was both responsible for determining “novelty” of clades of virus species but directly benefitted from determining declarations of novelty in the form of new research funding authorizations and associated patenting and commercial collaboration. Together with CDC, NIAID, WHO, academic and commercial parties (including Johnson & Johnson; Sanofi and their several coronavirus patent holding biotech companies; Moderna; Ridgeback; Gilead; Sherlock Biosciences; and, others), a powerful group of interests constituted what we would suggest are “interlocking directorates” under U.S. anti-trust laws.

These entities also were affiliated with the WHO’s Global Preparedness Monitoring Board (GPMB) whose members were instrumental in the Open Philanthropy-funded global coronavirus pandemic “desk-top” exercise EVENT 201 in October 2019. This event, funded by the principal investor in Sherlock Biosciences and linking interlocking funding partner, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation into the GPMB mandate for a respiratory disease global preparedness exercise to be completed by September 2020 alerted us to anticipate an “epidemic” scenario. We expected to see such a scenario emerge from Wuhan or Guangdong China, northern Italy, Seattle, New York or a combination thereof, as Dr. Zhengli Shi and Dr. Baric’s work on zoonotic transmission of coronavirus identified overlapping mutations in coronavirus in bat populations located in these areas.

This dossier is by no means exhaustive. It is, however, indicative the numerous criminal violations that may be associated with the COVID-19 terrorism. All source materials are referenced herein. The virus that was let loose evolving from an epidemic in Wuhan, China into global pandemic consuming millions of lives and triggering global economic collapse justify free open independent investigation on world  watch.

The COVID-19 having served the political means in the United States 2020 Presidential election would presumably be the priority for the current administration and Congress in the United States to authorize transparent probe into the Wuhan lab experiment virus – SARS – COV2 aka COVID-19.

The global citizenry and humanity at large forced to pay an extraordinary price with life, livelihood, health, wealth and free movement clamped in prolonged lock down duly deserve attention with direct inquiry on the origin and pathway in spreading the virus world over.

United States Congress – the democrats slim majority and Republican minority in the House and Senate along with the administration headed by President Joe Biden bear responsibility to reach to the bottom of the deadly pandemic.

The G-7 meeting and the latest Biden – Putin summit omission on this important issue raise legitimate questions on the world leaders priority and concerns or the lack thereof on human health, safety and economic growth destroyed in the COVID-19 catastrophe.

As a result, the investigation on cause and systemic failure in preventing the horrendous loss of lives in the United States and across the globe is an obligation to the present and future generations.

Any reluctance and political deviance in the critical matter and fact finding mission would definitively identify those with the people and those against them. The latter would also appropriately delineate the opposition to COVID-19 free and fair inquiry with those classifying truth seeking – a conspiracy theory.

The global voice is pertinent to demand thorough examination and facts presentation on the COVID-19 pandemic.

The powerful and influential members’ response as world leaders, governments, institutions, health care industry and others in different prominent positions to remain oblivious to the pandemic having claimed massive lives and irreversible economic damages is frustrating for the pandemic survivors and victims who have lost their loved ones to the lab manufactured virus.

The citizens as taxpayers and electorate are incumbent to petition their governments and elected representatives to act in this regard. The investigation is not an option but a necessity.

The global awakening and unanimous call into the public scrutiny of COVID-19 crises is the subject of life and death.

What is the modus operandi and primary goal behind the divisive racial caste class creed discrimination?

At the end of the day, the fraudulence is unveiled when subject to real test on aptitude and character. The media, political establishment and secret society secretive indulgence behind the political theater unravel unprecedented activities ultimately hurting the source and catalysts in the self-inflicted bargain.

The contemporary practice to substitute truth with false narrative, facts with fabrication and fraud and last but not the least the original with fake as fiduciary to suit the whims and fancies of those running the gamut is a far cry.

Regardless of skin pigmentation, gender and social differences, the blood color in the veins and arteries in all living species do not vary according to the shades of outer skin layer.

The perishable flesh and bone upon cremation turn into ashes and in burial become fossils again not necessarily matching the skin tone of the physical body during life.

In light of the incontrovertible reality, the alienation based on politically driven bias and preferences expose inner conflict within amid exploitation.

What and whom are they protecting in the eternal game of secrecy?

The media hints and headlines pretending to spill the beans but not necessarily having discussion on the content explicitly made public. The latest trend reveal true colors in the communication outlets’ adeptness in propaganda adding insult to human intelligence.

What is the goal behind such gimmick?

Haven’t there been enough shock waves on citizens beginning with unleashing scientific lab engineered virus branded COVID-19 and the intentional economic collapse to sync with World Economic Forum’s sinister Great Reset?

The latest developments in Washington D.C. and across the globe deserve transparency.

The tech oligarchy viz. Facebook, Twitter and Google’s You Tube gag order on free speech to subvert democracy, electoral process and basic rights witnessed and experienced in 2020 United States Presidential election was mere tip of the iceberg in silencing public voice. Not to mention the tech giants actions suppressing facts and truth in every angle.

Those using these so-called social platforms that are anything but social are predominantly responsible for status quo.

Why would anyone promote any business or social platform that are unabashedly in violation of individual rights and privacy besides denying fair and equal access to all maintaining political bias and social prejudice?

Facebook, Twitter and You Tube partisanship clarified them being partial to one political view and faction against another rather than them remaining unbiased and neutral as service providers in public domain. Such policy speak volume of their ideology determined to replace democracy with secret society represented feudalism worldwide.

Notwithstanding Facebook’s overwhelming election funding exceeding United States election commission rule limiting campaign contribution explain the overarching support and emboldened role in delegitimization of democratic election.

On accountability, the game changers and saboteurs such as George Soros and alike with long standing record in political and economic destabilization of sovereign nations presumptuously remain steadfast in their ominous activities regardless of mayhem and catastrophe inflicted on humanity. Again, these individuals and organizations they create are aimed at serving personal and vested interests at global population expense and misery.

As they gain momentum, they eagerly expend their influence and direct indulgence wherever possible i.e. across the globe. With media and communication channels under their control, they engage in deciding global destiny. These fierce wicked minds completely detached from own soul never deter unconscionable deeds ultimately succumbing to self-inflicted peril.

The recent events transpired in the month of May 2021 until now in Washington D.C. – the Capital of United States hosting government and judiciary could no longer be camouflaged especially in the information era.

The political theater long been a kabuki theater much to performers’ carnage with credibility having lost meaning in the entire script, the show by design necessitate unveiling of the Trojan Horse.

In doing so, the audience would also be relieved from propaganda fatigue in the perpetual twilight spin zone.

Openness and candid revelations demand grit and honesty. These characteristics in scarcity leave the stage with impostors and opportunists sooner than later crumbling to the point of no return.

China – Beijing’s lack of transparency and importance to international rules primarily responsible for the ravaging global pandemic. 

On the political front, Beijing’s violent crackdown on Hong Kong residents – the pro-democracy peaceful dissent represented by young citizens – Hong Kong students now in Beijing’s custody in unknown locations are serious human rights violation. 

Beijing’s persecution of Uighur Muslims in Xinjiang province is yet another human rights violation intensified over a period of time in the absence of international actions in this regard. 

Similarly, the oppression of Tibetan population and systemic elimination of rich Tibetan culture, civilization and heritage since invasion and occupation of sovereign Tibet spanning over seven decades on world watch is a grave authoritarian stigma. 

Beijing’s aggression against independent Taiwan is a routine operation to remind the rest of the world on Beijing’s political and economic clout over nations near and far. 

Amid these engagements, Beijing’s offer to mediate peace between Israel and Palestine is paradoxical. 

Beijing in recognition of individual rights, freedom and sovereignty towards Hong Kong’s pro-democracy groups, Uighur Muslims in Xinjiang province , Tibet and Taiwan respectively ceasing hardline policy and initiating peaceful discourse with all these affected victims would be a welcoming change in crises management.

Israel – Palestine Conflict: Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s inability to prove legitimacy and prolong governance having repeatedly failed in Israel’s three elections in the past two years has exhausted means to justify political authority in the domestic front. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s strategy to buy time evading accountability on corruption scandal directly affecting personal candidacy and leadership role is evident in electoral outcome.

The setbacks in consecutive Israeli elections unable to secure expected electoral mandate to form government for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is a clear message from Israeli electorate expressing dissatisfaction on domestic issues. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu availing COVID situation to extend power despite disappointment and disapproval from political and civilian voices in Israel is conspicuous deserving adherence of state and constitutional rule of law. Something that has been flagrantly ignored and circumvented by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and perhaps few party loyalists prioritizing personal and political interests over citizens’ plight.

In addressing the pandemic, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s overstretch beginning with lock down to vaccination, the Israeli citizens experience was anything but democratic as shared by Israeli political factions, activists and civil society. These developments inarguably related to exerting political prowess in the context of demonstrating strength and leadership maneuverability for the embattled Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. 

Having declared premature victory over COVID dilemma, the political leadership and governance run its course. The alternative for incumbent government to deflect public angst and frustration in range of domestic issues beginning with government’s rough and tough tactics to combat COVID within Israel besides economic and political instability was to revive Palestinian conflict. 

The Israeli raid on Al- Aqsa mosque during the holy month and prayers of Ramadan was unnecessary provocation leading to status quo. The real victims are civilians on both sides caught in persisting conflict predominantly for political cause. 

“Israeli forces in recent days have attacked Palestinians protesting in solidarity with residents of the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood in East Jerusalem, who were evicted by an Israeli court. The occupying forces also raided the Al–Aqsa Mosque during special night prayers during Ramadan.”

A real legitimate democracy would not bow to tyranny and authoritarian governance. The functional democracy would stand up to power especially goon politics and criminal political class abstaining from responsibility on all matter. Above all, the sane rational democracy would not persistently scape goat individual obligatory to none yet consistently coming to rescue at critical situations. Besides, the educated mature democracy would hold those at the helm of position and authority on public payroll and public funded privileges rather than targeting the one to appease domestic political establishment and their foreign masters, an act brimming with pride and prejudice declared democratic.

Personally, as a believer in averting not allowing disaster there were several warnings and objective assessments provided in this website and sub domains cautioning Indian authorities, leaderships and general public on corona virus impact in India right from the beginning i.e. since the first worldwide lockdown on March 23rd, 2020. In return, Indian political class hired media and terror brigade on you tube and social platform engaged in profanity, abuse, inflammatory and derogatory exchange. Indian political regimes’ objection and diatribe via recruits were predominantly aimed at factual information on this site presenting ground reality in India and urging the nation not to take the pandemic for granted at the onset and throughout 2020.

The following articles published in the entire 2020 sought Indian authorities to be transparent in reporting corona virus cases, casualties and testing that barely reconciled official data. Not to mention, the contradictory government guidelines in the absence of effective economic relief and health care preparedness together with series of lapses in heeding alarming signals resulted in status quo. Indian government and political parties across the spectrum refusing to accept flagrant violations from within holding political rallies and mass gatherings amid pandemic is nothing new. The outburst and reaction from Indian political party and government representatives including those deployed in you tube and other social outlets resigned towards belligerence essentially shooting oneself on the foot. 

The government spokespersons on media claiming the second wave as unpredictable and unexpected turn of virus transmissibility is political evasion. The pandemic pattern established in 2020 with second wave experienced next door in China sharing border with India, the mutant variants detected in U.K., South Africa and Brazil…all in the year 2020 while having attracted world wide attention and concerns could have barely escaped India’s focus. In such eventuality, the lack of initiatives among Indian officials and government to thwart health catastrophe translates to the former could care less leaving the population to fend for themselves as witnessed right now. 

The problem is Indian hypersensitivity to constructive thoughts and analyses to preserve opaqueness ultimately cost phenomenal lives, livelihoods and irreversible damage. The checks and balances are never welcome with accountability regarded necessary for ordinary not extraordinary members in society. The nation could have been spared from horrific health, humanitarian and economic crises with adequate planning, medical procurements and procedures in place. Unfortunately, the national leadership failure and government misplaced priorities on new Parliament construction and Prime Minister palace over citizens’ life and health exacerbating calamity. At regional level like in the most populous northern state Uttar Pradesh the pandemic spreading in epic proportion indiscriminately far and wide in urban and rural areas is a grave scenario. To make matters worse, the state i.e. Uttar Pradesh’s Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath hard line policy and ignorance proved a deadly combo.

Indian political ruling class and media need to STOP exploiting the living and dead at any instance especially in the excruciating time of the Indian population. 

The political members viz. the Prime Minister – Narendra Damodardas Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and Health Minister Harsh Vardhan together with the entire political establishment and health care apparatus bear responsibility for the declining situation. 

The crony groveling media and You Tube sleeper cells interestingly deploying unemployed youth – men and women who otherwise could serve the nation and selves productively are required to turn the tide on those at the helm of position and authority on public payroll with black money hoarded in foreign tax havens costing that nation in blood and treasure. 

There is never deficiency in Indian entertainment industry with certain members ever at disposal for unscrupulous opportunism despite irreversible doom and gloom.

KARMA is indeed the judge, jury and executioner in living and upon departure from the world.

The only difference is unlike the interpretation of Karma and Karmic effects to suit whims and fancies of  sinners on earth, the Karma details maintained by Almighty God on every living breathing species is the ultimate verdict that determines individual SOUL destiny thereafter.

Accordingly, the sinners’ trepidation concerning own death and relevantly destination upon demise is warranted.

Rest assured, the rancor and rant orchestrated by those evading legislative responsibility and duty as head of the nation, home and health ministry exemplify utter failure and incompetence besides lacking transparency and integrity in crises management.

Why aren’t COVID vaccine experiments on corona virus and study conducted on mammalian species prior to direct human trials?

The scientific research and development trend in prevention i.e. vaccine creation and cure with drug treatment until before the pandemic has by and large involved mammalian experiments before moving towards human clinical trial. 

The COVID 19 vaccine presented as emergency use with or without FDA approval (?) to contain the spread of infection is one side of the argument. However, the time lapse since the emergence of corona virus in terms of molecular analyses suggest the common ancestor of corona virus existence as far back as 10,000 years ago.

In recent memory, the public data in SARS corona virus reveal the pattern established back then nearly two decades ago in 2002.

“The 2002–2004 SARS outbreak was an epidemic involving severe acute respiratory syndrome caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus. The outbreak was first identified in Foshan, Guangdong, China, on 16 November 2002.”

Why were there no sense of preparedness among scientific community to develop vaccine to combat emergence and spread of SARS corona virus earlier on considering there were fatalities 774 registered from SARS virus then in 2002 – 2004?

What held the scientific community then – the ones in particular in the frontline pushing for vaccine and boosters now?

Where were they in 2004?

The SARS virus produced at least 774 deaths in 2002-2004 provided more than adequate time to study the pathogen and prepare humanity against SARS COV2 -the one exposed to global population in 2020.

When science directs evidence of corona virus existence 10,000 years ago, the co-existence of humans and corona virus found in many domestic and wild species acknowledged in scientific data.

“Science Journal – Nature publication by L van der Hoek · 2004 · Cited by 1773 — Published: 21 March 2004 … Coronaviruses have been identified in mice, rats, chickens, turkeys, swine, dogs, cats, rabbits, …”

That means the presence of corona virus detected in wide range of mammals in contact with human species for extensive period had not contributed such alarming reaction as SARS-COV2 i.e. COVID 19.

The human natural immune system had verifiably developed natural immunity to corona virus with the absence of adverse reactions or deaths until earlier SARS virus in 2002-2004 and two decades later at the outbreak of COVID-19 designated as SARS-COV2 resulting in pandemic.

The 2020 COVID-19 pathogen not only outpaced transmissibility among humans compared to SARS virus 2002-2004, the current virus with mutant variants capability enhancing virus characteristics in the vicious transmission and replication is unique for patients ordinarily may or may not have been introduced to corona virus in natural environment.

What has triggered SARS COV2 aka COVID19 rabid behavior and infection level that was never experienced before even during the SARS – COV1 in 2002-2004?

Is the spike protein in SARS – COV2 i.e. COVID 19 the active component in accelerating respiratory disruption otherwise depleting oxygen supply leading to hypoxia? 

Were there any scientific investigations to previous SARS virus related deaths in 2002-2004 based on respiratory syndrome and acute pulmonary abnormalities detected now in SARS – COV2 aka COVID 19?

Relevantly, where was World Health Organization (WHO) since 2002 and up until now? 

The scientific explanations to all of the above questions are requested for proper understanding and reasons behind the unconventional protocol in the current vaccine campaign.

The COVID19 vaccine is the contentious issue with the vaccine launched in a short period of time against scientific conventions and traditions maintained in vaccination program thus far. Though COVID 19 vaccination efforts and drive are lauded as scientific and technology marvel in expediting the vaccine availability, the potency and critically short term and long term side effects as well as any serious harm to human body, immune system and cells are barely evaluated i.e. the risks vs. benefits are projected as virus related deaths v. vaccine protection against the virus without revealing the vaccine caused damages to natural immunity.

The pharmaceutical industry whether Pfizer, Moderna with United States’ National Institute of Health (NIH) funding, Johnson & Johnson (Janssen) and U.K. based Oxford funded and manufactured Astra Zeneca and other nations vaccines such as Russia’s Sputnik and China’s vaccine are widely used to vaccinate population. The vaccine side effects are largely overshadowed by information on vaccine produced mild to no reaction partly to accelerate vaccination numbers and percentage in any domain. However, there are data surfacing among population reporting complications subsequent to receiving the vaccine. There are cases reported in the United States, Europe and elsewhere not barring fatalities which might be discounted as rare and predominantly safe in combating the virus. Israel is experiencing vaccine reactions among youth 18 to 35 years of age as well as women between 40 – 49 years that are now subject to investigation.

Again, it is equally important to recognize the commonly known vaccines Pfizer, Moderna and Janssen…are indemnified against libel suits from patients and governments on COVID19 vaccines.

The common sense dictates any product that is not backed by guarantee to be effective and further protected by indemnity which means absolved of any responsibility upon any adverse impact creates a reasonable doubt on the efficacy of such endeavor.

As such many governments and health care authorities wherever applicable continue to downplay COVID19 testing data, vaccination statistics, COVID deaths and vaccine related fatalities or serious reactions including hospitalizations that are factual contributing to arbitrary estimates on the pandemic cause and effect. Otherwise the transparency that is mandatory not optional or discretionary from government and health authorities is adding to frustration and disappointment.

What could be harder and difficult between taming a wild animal and reasoning with the ignorant mind?

The wild animal behavior is in adaptation to the natural habitat i.e. wilderness with existence dependent on survival of the fittest. In the absence of any rules, they possess self-defense capability against predators to certain extent. When removed from native environment, the wild animal trained by anyone with genuine passion for animals having relevant expertise to tame them are proved responsive to discipline and gentle care. However, the best atmosphere is their original habitat – the jungle and open space designed by nature. 

Juxtaposed reasoning with ignorant mind among human species is way harder and sometimes even impossible. The task is tedious when the subject’s reasoning faculty turned off or in low setting resigned to set opinion on any issue. Otherwise, the ignorance stemming from presumptuousness is an uphill battle for them due to self-denial. 

The claim about an NRI – non-resident of Indian origin supposedly taken advantage of subsidized education from Indian University and settled in suburban home in the Western country contributing to western development sharing thoughts on Indian affairs is raised as objectionable. The mere sentiment clearly reflects the status of democracy undermined by self-defeating purpose.

Speaking on individual basis, the nuance from member of Indian political establishment, author and resident of India in this regard is unsubstantiated to begin with. The gross neglect of contribution made as Indian citizen and taxpayer in India more than adequately made up for any alleged subsidized education received whilst being Indian citizen. Thereafter, as NRI and foreign citizen the money received by Indian government in foreign currency enormously enhance foreign currency reserves and current account for Indian economy enabling crude oil imports and economic activities. In this respect, the foreign currency from NRI’s worldwide aid Indian governments generated trade deficit in light of imports exceeding exports in Indian economy. 

Again, the western development from NRI’s involvement in economic sector and other fields as citizens and resident of that country would only be expected as citizen or resident of that country. 

As a matter of fact, the irony in Indian political class mindset asserting as intellectual elites is the western economic development such as the Swiss economy for instance with no substantial commodities to trade other than Swiss cheese and chocolates though rivaled by neighbors France and Belgium in this context thrive from India’s wealthy and political class hoarding India’s national revenue and income in Swiss Bank accounts.

The illegal wealth amassment among the rich, famous and powerful depriving India of due national proceeds from tax evasion enrich western economy and other economies like Singapore far greater than NRI’s legal endowments to the respective country abroad. Indian citizens residing in India holding money in Swiss Banks, Singapore Hawala, Panama Gate, Seychelles and many tax havens world over except India hurting Indian nationals and the economy is a serious setback in any dimension compared to allegation on NRI enrichment of western nations. 

Notwithstanding the political class and the influential reaping life time benefits as permanent resident of sprawling government mansions and undeserving privileges at ordinary taxpayers expense in the country with deepening economic and social disparity yet maintaining India’s treasure in overseas bank accounts that ever remain unaccounted for is a major travesty.

In contrast, the NRI’s hard work and achievements overseas serving Indian elitism in India as free riders cashing in on personal progress and prosperity among the rich, famous and powerful. The least any reasonable member would do is express gratitude not attitude on this extraordinary gain at other’s expense. 

As for the articles and op-eds by nuanced NRI not making a difference in Indian society evidently false in the face of such comments arising from reading the posts published that may not necessarily be welcome knowing truth is never convenient in the domain manifested with predisposed convictions about anyone or any matter requiring open mind and tolerance to free speech and alternative honest opinion. 

Suffice to add the glass house is vulnerable to shattering upon stones cast from within as a reminder on the impact of judgmental proclivity.

How to recognize authoritarianism in the twenty first century?

First and foremost citizens need to determine the significance to constitution – the corner stone in any democracy protecting citizens of the entire nation across the spectrum defining individual rights, liberty, security and sovereignty.

The concept of republic defended and enshrined in the nation’s constitution is instrumental to distinguish between democracy and autocracy.

The political leadership as the head of the state, the government and opposition representing the nation at large understanding of constitutional rights, honoring constitutional oath to serve the nation and the people barring pride and prejudice reflected in a functional democracy.

The democratic system would uphold constitutional rule of law. Whereas the authoritarian governance would slight and reject constitution as inconvenient implementing rules and legislations in pursuit of personal and political ideology.

The authoritarian government would further promote ideology premised on fundamentalism, feudalism and any other undemocratic principles in the capacity as fiduciary in personal, political and vested interests.

In doing so, the people’s republic protected by constitution is transformed into vassal statehood. The surrender of sovereignty facilitates dominion republic enabling internal and external forces’ dominance over people’s republic.

Next the ruling power’s style of governance deserve attention.

Style of governance would begin with level of transparency such as public access to information on all matter concerning citizens and national affairs including international relations.

Then the role of press and communication media. Whether they are able to exercise the freedom of press as expected in any functioning democracy abandoning bias and acquiescence or they serve as the state broadcasting networks evolved into government channels with disinformation and propaganda.

The political leadership and government tolerance to free speech sharing genuine views and concerns on issues related to economy, health, education, environment and social inequality is litmus test on democracy.

Importantly, the head of the state as Prime Minister or President meeting the real press once a week is a requirement unlike crony groveling media appeasement making a mockery of journalism.

The PM or President press meet taking direct questions from them again not scripted and pre-approved with answers from administration team.

Instead extemporaneous i.e. impromptu is critical to assess the head of the state’s acumen and grasp on all issues relevant to citizens and the country.

The press conference allowing constructive objective critique on administration and political party’s policies, actions, decisions or the lack thereof would exemplify respect for democracy.

Similarly public interaction with the head of the state responding to citizens’ grievances and struggles in public forum that could be conducted in virtual format in the pandemic situation. Again spontaneous not pre-arranged questions and response.

The political opposition are crucial and depends on the members seated as opposition quite often in quid pro quo between the ruling and so-called opposition grand standing public in people’s house – the Parliament or Congress assembly.

The opposition not necessarily opposing anything and everything from the other side. At the same time the opposition are not meant to kowtowing falling in line with the ruling power in self and vested interests against citizens and the nation they are elected under oath to serve the nation and the people in entirety – the ones who voted for and against them setting aside pride and prejudice. 

The basic evidence on authoritarianism lies with election. The election process involving open transparent vetting of incumbent and new contender having them address scandals, controversies and issues about their candidacy and public record on their political career would be a natural setting in a real democracy.

The election free from myriad election irregularities, illegal campaign financing, domestic and foreign funding, black money infusion and money laundering…to list few among many election violations. The fair election would comply with election rules applicable to all contestants not excluding the ruling power or the major political factions in the race. The known violators of election are presumptuous nominees and candidacies guaranteed victory ignoring electoral outcome.

The authoritarian characteristics typically ban free speech and target truthful, factual and irrefutable analyses and perspectives on government and political leadership’s policy and decisions having adverse impact on people and society.

In a vibrant democracy, the citizens and press would be active and not fearful of raising legitimate queries on any issue without being traced, pursued and punished for exercising constitutional right on freedom of press and expression.

The authoritarian leadership deploy diverse means ranging from character defamation via entertainment such as political party funded movies, documentary and engage in threats and tirades using social media like You Tube, Facebook and Twitter to silence true voices against authority. Here is when tyranny emerge imposing gag order.

In the era where political leadership prioritize showmanship exhibiting false persona is yet another tell tale sign of fascination to stardom over statesmanship.

The staged projection of the leadership petting a leopard cub or filming weekend retreat to Siberia are presented to impress upon gullible mass on leadership prowess and fearlessness. The trend maintained to suppress reality.

In fact for any leadership more than petting a leopard cub or cheetah, the laudable act of bravery would be to persevere and practice democracy facing bold opposition on the side rather than confining political opposition to imprisonment on fabricated charges denying due process. In other parts of the world constitution subverted, election upended to gain or remain in power.

Likewise, the leadership strength is exemplified in democratic engagement with opposition. The democratic leadership would face any candidacy in election in recognition of fundamental rights of all citizens to run for public office including the position of Presidency or Prime Ministership.

The political attributes shine upon leadership ability to deal with challenges and crises accepting responsibility for failures and debacles during governance. Though such character is rare and a tall order, the easier approach finding scapegoat and extraneous factors is authoritarian 2.0 even 5.0 in 5G epoch.

The political leadership dramatic posing in various costumes oscillating from Samrat (Emperor) during political rallies to Sadhu (Hermit) emerging from a cave alluding to self as divine incarnate is delusional depicting desperate megalomaniacal act.

Meanwhile, the leadership miserably missing in action in the domestic and international front in containing pandemic, reversing economic collapse and importantly stymieing enemy invasion and occupation of homeland in the Himalayan region and coast to coast incursion speak volume on failed political performance.

Corruption culture thrives under authoritarianism. The systemic elimination of independent institutions and autonomy is executed abusing extra judicial executive order besides revoking constitutional restraints.

The authoritarian government agenda revolves around them and create stagnant political, economic and social conditions establishing life long appointment in the position of authority. The common tactics also include race baiting, religious discord, caste, class, gender discrimination and any or all divisive measures are considered favorable to extend term in office.

The worst is expecting population to appreciate and acknowledge the system as democratic republic.

These efforts resulting in oppression is indicative of ruling class and political establishment apprehension towards republic uprising and revival of real democracy.

Accordingly, the oligarchy run and funded political leadership and government gamble on resting democracy in coma – permanent sleep and numbness in order to prolong status quo.

Regardless, despotism replacing democracy in any governance geared towards one party system eliminating opposition depriving people representation is classic authoritarianism.

  The attire significance in keeping up with appearance syndrome in politics has splashed disdain all over itself, smudging and smearing the suited and booted in designer labels and alligator shoes albeit at the taxpayers’ expense.

  The latter not necessarily suited and booted like the beneficiaries as it is not required like so, to gloss over the decayed rotten interior overshadowing the exterior.

  However, the ungrateful and uncouth ever basking on the besmirched eternal charity is the embarrassing reality.

  For the pompous ignoramus information – The white collar crimes albeit suited and booted in expensive getups engaged in grand larceny of nation’s treasury to scamming, conning and cheating, committing treason against the ones funding their existence unto their demise are by far the most dangerous and perennial threat to society and humanity at large.

  These crimes continue to cause economic tumult and devastations, destructive political perversions and systemic corruption criminal culture in the core abuse of power.

  All these crimes are committed in polished boots and immaculate suits blinding the abused taxpayers and hard working citizens across the spectrum in society.

  The worst, they remain at large maintaining further criminal lifestyle and loot carried out with authority, while drowning in disrespectful deluge upon their behavior stripping them of the false savior hood in

  Who is who? –  public display.

  Notwithstanding, the ones who were denigrated and described “unfit” to engage with the suited and booted diatribe posed as the dialogue in ambush eventually prevailed in history.

  The non-violent pioneer of Independence movement against the brutal imperialistic power, none other than Mahatma Gandhi was ridiculed by the imperial servile Winston Churchill as – the “Half-Naked Fakir”.

  Did the so-called half-naked-fakir not prevail over the booted imperial power, renowned for the loot ever?

  How about the King Siddharth born with Royal insignia, renounced the regalia and adorned in simple robe, became the ascetic who enlightened humanity?

  Henceforth, revered as Buddha accordingly by the ones who recognize the enlightened Soul?

• India – Supreme Court Ruling on Godhra Pogrom in 2002

  The Godhra pogrom against innocent civilians largely muslims, Hindu and other denominations in 2002 undergoes political spin by the central government headed by PM Narendra Modi and HM Amit Shah. In this regard, the victim widow Zakia Jafri’s plea against SIT ruling on the violence involving Narendra Modi is propagated as the case dismissed by the Indian Supreme Court.

  However, the so-called dismissal verdict by the three-judge bench headed by Justice AM Khanwilkar, Justices Dinesh Maheshwari and CT Ravikumar do not bear the signatures of neither of the three justices in this apparent ruling.

  The unsigned court ruling – the omission of three SC justices signatures in this ruling confirm the verdict not delivered by the Supreme Court.

  The SC’s three judge bench remark quoting “the Indian democracy is under threat” verbatim and subsequently the court ruling delivered without signatures from any and all three of them confirm the decision on vindication of the accused is null and void.

  Accordingly, the misconstrued vindication of the accused viz. the former Chief Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and others listed in Mrs. Zakia Jafri’s court filing is invalid.

  The accused in this matter remain relevant for further legal investigation and proceedings now and in the future.

  The definition of freedom is liberty to choose in life. Having a choice to accept or reject anything unfavorable is the real alternative.

  For instance, the solar panel lessee not having a choice with payment options other than the one and only method set up by the electric car company acquired solar power installation. Similarly, binding the lessee on long term contractual agreement with no exit plans.

  Last but not the least, not addressing emergency situation during heavy rain and stormy weather resulting in roof leaks from poorly installed solar panels causing property damage.

  The necessary precautionary measures from home owner like tarp on the roof even protecting the leased solar panels to avert substantial property damage including solar panels and subsequent liability to solar panel lessor i.e. the company involved in the matter are not reimbursed and expense declined as not the company responsibility.

  These issues clarify the status as anything but freedom.

  और उससे भी बत्तर इनकी हरकतें बंदरों वाली नाच खेल करते हुए, अपनी हुलिया पर उंगुली उठाने वाली नौटंकी में व्यस्त हों, ऐसे बेईमान व्यक्ति अपने आप को मसीहा कहते फ़िरे, तो इनके मानसिक अवस्था को ही सामने लाता है।

  यह लोग जिन्हें अपनी जीवन निपटने की हुनर और धैर्य नहीं, यह भला औरों की पाप का भोज क्या ख़ाक उठाएंगे? जो यह मसीहा बन पड़े!
  

  अगर यह महोदय गण दूसरों को तंग और दुख न दे, तो यही इनके लिए और इनके जितने भी आस पास के सगे सम्बन्धी और पूरे समाज के लिए बहुत बड़ा उपकार होगा।

  मगर बात ये है की यह लोग अपने आप से भाग रहे हैं। किसी और के अस्तित्व को अपना बनाकर अपने ढोंग धोखलापन को और निछावर करते हैं।

  इसी में इनकी बेवकूफी और बेचैनी बेहाल सामने आता है।

  बेचारे किस्मत के मारे। अपने आप को महान मशहूर यानी प्रसिद्द कहने वाले, कितने अँधेरे मैं है, यह बात इन्हें नहीं पता।

  यह इनका दोष नहीं। इनकी अल्प बुद्धि का हाल है। ऐसे होते हुए, यह न घर के न घाट के हो जाते हैं। इन पर तरस के अलावा कुछ नहीं आता। जब इंसान को अगले क्षण का ख़बर नहीं, यह निकले अपनी ऐतिहास पलटने।

  यह प्रयास इन्हें सिवाय निराश और अपमान के अलावा कुछ नहीं बाँट रहा है इनको, तब भी यह अपनी हार मानने को तैयार नहीं।

  अब तक इनका कब्ज़ा धन, दौलत, शोहरत और सत्ता तक था। अभी यह लोग इज़्ज़त के ठेकेदार भी हो गए। इनको इतना तो पता होनी चाहिए की इज़्ज़त देने वालों को ही इज़्ज़त मिलती है। जो दूसरों की अस्तिव को अपना बनाकर, उनके व्यक्तिगत अधिकार छीनकर फ़िर उन्हीं को निशाना बनाने वाले, भला उन्हें ही इज़्ज़त की पाठ पढ़ाएंगे?

  यही हुई ना बात – चोरी और ऊपर से सीना ज़ोरि!

  कब यह अपनी गलती पर ध्यान देंगे? इनका तो यही मानना है की यह लोग कभी किसी को हानि पहुंचाते नहीं। किसी के साथ अन्याय कर ही नहीं सकते।

  यह दूध और चन्दन से धुले हुए है। इनकी तरह कोई संसार में धन्य है ही नहीं।अगर यह नहीं होते तो यह संसार कब का समाप्त हो जाता। इनके पवित्रता से ही जीव जंतु प्राणी के जीवित रहना संभव रहा है। वर्णा इस कलयुग में मृत्यु, शोक और दरिद्रता के अलावा है ही क्या मनुष्य की जीवन में?

  चलिए आपको हम सिखाते हैं की किसी के छोटेपन को ना बढ़ाने में अपनी बड्डपन है। आप भी क्या याद करोगे।

  इनका भी जवाब नहीं। क्योंकि आज तक इन लोगों की ही मन मानी चलती आयी। तो इन्होने सोच लिया की इनका ही दौर सदियों चलेगा ।

  जब रुत बदलते हैं, सरकार बदलते हैं, यहाँ तक की यह रातों रात काला धन से माला माल हो जातें है तो युग और समय बदलने में इनको क्या संकट है?

  आख़िर इनका इस दर्ति पर उतना ही समय है जितना अन्य जीव प्राणी का है। कई तो अपने जीवन के सफ़र पूरा नहीं कर पाते। ऐसे होते हुए इनका रोब और हुखुम जिन पर जमाते हैं जैसे की दूसरों को कुचलना इनका जनम जन्मांतर का अधिकार हो।

  पृथ्वी हर 365 दिन में एक बार सूर्य की परिक्रमा करती है और हर 24 घंटे में एक बार अपनी धुरी पर घूमती है।इसके कारण २४ घंटे ४ समय – सुबह, दोपहर, शाम और रात में बटा हुआ है।

  यह प्रकृति के नियम है जिसे किसी के लिए भी बदला नहीं जाता। जिन्हें भी इस प्राकृतिक के परमपरा से समस्या हो, उन्हें इस दर्ति में अनेकों बार जनम लेकर इस वातावरण का आदी होना पड़ता है। ज़रूरी नहीं इन्हें मनुष्य रूप ही प्राप्त हो।

  The organization Black Lives Matter exploiting blacks and ethnic demography aimed at polarizing diverse vibrant society in the United States and other western nations like Britain, Canada, Australia where BLM/BBS synchronized reaction upon BLM violence on American streets unfolding in recent memory hardly escapes attention.

  The stereotyped organization “Black Lives Matter” suggestive in name only is paradoxical in response to all lives including black lives generational suffering inflicted by globalists agenda to undermine ordinary lives across the spectrum for indefinite dominance as the privileged ruling class in the world.   ‘Unless we are the winners by any means, anyone else deemed illegitimate.’

  Those daring status quo are challenged for the entire term as demonstrated in 2016 until 2020 and now the same replayed in 2020 is hardly a surprise.

  Precisely POLITICO, HUFFPOST, VANITY FAIR, PEOPLE, VOX, BUZZ FEED, THE WASHINGTON POST, NEW YORK TIMES, MSNBC, CBS, ABC, NBC, PBS, NPR, CNN, FOX NEWS… offshore media clique serving China CCP and GEORGE SOROS interests to delegitimize 74 million American votes is a travesty of democracy.

  When the crew and contingency deployed to consistently lie and deceive public, they fail to see their desperate indulgence laughing at them. The sins and crimes committed to gain power drags them to bottomless pit much to their bewilderment.

  The Zion centric, communist socialists, the pseudo progressives and the supposedly capitalist in collusion typically the deep state dark forces cozy secret society is rattled knowing the TRUTH that nothing lasts forever including their egotistical pathological obsession for dominance denying the overwhelming majority across the globe the inalienable right to freedom, individual rights and equal opportunity to peace, progress and prosperity.

  The comedy of errors in all of this is;

  61 + 47 = 100 (since when?). Even a kindergartener knows the right answer.

  Apparently, these forces are extraordinary so they change the empirical mathematical results to their choice of outcome as they demonstrate in election.

  According to those referring to self as a ‘Man of Faith’ notably faithful to unscrupulous and nefarious order citing a survey that 61% Americans think that incumbent President Donald Trump should concede to Beijing Presidency and,

  At the same time quoting the same survey that 47% disagree of which 30% are democrats leaving only 17% republicans to disagree being eliminated in the Presidential race?

  The election outcome on November 3rd, 2020 boasted approximately 150,000,000 (150 million) having voted of which 74 million is allocated to incumbent President Donald Trump which is 49% barring voter fraud in the contested election.

  The propaganda alluding to 49% republicans who voted for Donald Trump are in agreement to delegitimize their legal votes while they are being further diminished in the fraudulent election and fabricated survey to mere 17% in the far fetched analysis.

  How about the survey pointing out 30% democrats of that 47% in disagreement to incumbent President Donald Trump conceding to Beijing Presidency?

  Does that mean in the projected win 51% to Joe Biden candidacy only 21% believe in dominion and media produced election result since 30% democrats do not concur with the outcome?

  One need not be a math genius. The comedy of errors only reflect the conspicuous rigged election pushed forward as the historic win for Beijing financed and promoted Biden Presidency.
