Syria – Dire Humanitarian Crises from U.S. Imposed Economic Sanctions with Arab League and OIC Complicity

Ques. belstaff brooklands

Those types of events can bring our business to its knees speaking. What can we do about these situations? What can we do to manage our risks and implement strategies for risk avoidance?

Ans. Unfortunately politics governed by hegemony as shadow power along with their proxies in governments and other fields in society are responsible for global status quo.

The egregious decisions like sanctions are motivated by hegemonic goals to deprive targeted nations from economic growth.

The irony in the flawed policy is such actions blindside economic development in the respective domestic front with severe impact on business sector. Not only the people in the sanctioned nations suffer but also the citizens from the nation imposing sanction pay heavy price as well.

The solution is for business community from top to bottom to petition their representatives in Congress or Parliament to reverse the detrimental trend and urge them to prioritize national and citizens’ needs over self and external powers interests.

Congress or Parliament failure to act means – the loyalty is not with the people.

Accordingly the electorate need to replace the members with those delivering the pledge to serve constituents and the nation at large.

As for business risk mitigation in these circumstances – you should seek exemptions through your government in order to protect investments and remind the authority in your domain that declining your request would mean denying the nation – the revenue and GDP.

Meanwhile reevaluation of risk management and exploring options via alternative supply chain and financial sources to maintain trade within relevant state and region would be worthwhile.

Regardless the governments intervention to lift sanctions is critical in the near and long term.

Humanitarian Issue – National Federation of the Blind (NFB) Mission

May 21, 2014

By Padmini Arhant

The vision impairment might limit normal functioning but not necessarily the determination of those faced with such challenge.

Unlike earlier, blindness is overcome with many useful techniques and aid especially with technology enabling free movement and ability to perform tasks at home and work environment.

However, there are estimated 1.3 million blind men, women and children in the United States and more around the world in need of assistance for self-support existence.

On behalf of several citizens around the world affected by blindness,

I kindly request the global community to donate generously in improving the lives of many people through programs and modern facilities in progress due to organizations such as National Federation of the Blind commitment to change the perception about blindness and support those in the situation to cope with ease and dignity.

The excerpts of the letter received from President Marc Maurer, National Federation of the Blind, (NFB) presented for clarity.

“Blindness can be a terrible tragedy…but it doesn’t have to be if people like you understand.

Remember, blind people are not looking for a handout.  We don’t want pennies thrown in a tin cup with pity.  We want the chance to pay our own way, to go to school, learn a skill and do an honest day’s work for an honest living.

The 74 percent unemployment rate that blind citizens in the United States face is outrageous! –

Blindness affects our eyes, not our competence, intelligence, skills, aptitude, or ability.  We’ll prove that with proper training, we can show superior performance on the job.

With your help and the help of others, sighted people will exchange their fear and pity for understanding and acceptance.

Blind people have had to struggle against these misunderstandings, and we need you to help spread the message about what blind people can and can’t do…especially when it comes to employment.

Blindness is, and always will be inconvenient, but it doesn’t have to be incapacitating. WE NEED A CHANCE. We need trust and understanding!  WE NEED YOU.

The National Federation of the Blind was organized almost seventy-four years ago to assist all blind persons, and particularly to help lessen the hurt for blind children who must function fully in a predominantly sighted world.

But, we can’t do it alone…we need your understanding, your voice, and your help to spread the word more than ever before…and we need it right now.

Here is some of the work we do which we need you to help us spread the word about:

           > Building and equipping the largest, most up-to-date Braille and Technology Center for blind workers     in the world.

           > Creating Newline for the Blind the talking newspaper service that allows blind people to hear their local  newspapers over the telephone.

            >Developing the first Portable Hand-Held Reading Machine for the blind and most recently, the smallest text-to-speech reading device ever created – the knfb READER mobile.

This is such a life-changing innovation because it REDUCES THE  INCONVENIENCE AND NUISANCE OF BLINDNESS.   For the first time, a blind person, without help, can go shopping and distinguish between bottles of  medicines and vitamins or tell if he or she is handing a cashier a $20 bill or a $1 bill.

            >Establishing the innovative Online Blindness Education Program designed to teach critical information about blindness and blind people to sighted educators, blindness professionals, family members of blind children or adults, and anyone else interested in what blindness is – – and more important  – what it isn’t.

            >Working to improve the resources and opportunities for blind senior citizens to remain active, independent members in our communities.

            >Providing White Canes free of charge to blind and visually impaired people who need them.”

You may please contact National Federation of the Blind, 200 East Wells Street, At Jernigan Place, Baltimore, MD 21230-4998. United States. Tel. # (410) 659-9314.

In conclusion, NFB President Marc Maurer plea is for the fundamental development utilizing innovative information and technology to allow the partial or full blindness condition to become less of an impediment.

The global empathy towards mankind would alleviate difficulties and suffering through sharing and caring for all.

Peace to all!

Thank you.

World – Humanity Suffering Due to Unscrupulous Policy and Lawlessness At the Helm

February 8, 2014

By Padmini Arhant

The victims of war crimes from illegal invasion and occupation, terrorism, corruption, abuse of power and dysfunctional government raise the poignant question – When will the suffering end?

The suffering will cease upon parallel system termination.  The shadow power reining control over global politics, economics, military, intelligence, communication media, entertainment, human rights, religion  and social issues having exhausted measures through unscrupulous policies and detrimental strategies for geopolitical dominance is on the brink of collapse.

In desperate attempt to prolong status quo, the crime syndicate with proxy representation upholds lawlessness institutionalizing treason, betrayal of trust and hypocrisy for survival.

The practice using same experiments for different results not only defy logic but also proves ingenuity deficiency.

Besides permanence is not designed in natural environment for all things set for expiry limiting extension beyond sustenance.

The tradition introduced to benefit selective few at vast majority expense is fundamentally flawed considering parasitic existence deny the feeding source due nourishment and growth.

Furthermore, the self-destructive cause permeating surroundings affect the linked and detached elements contributing to deterioration in every aspect of human evolution.

Even worse is the non-recognition of fraudulence leading to superficial gains only to fizzle in pursuit of counterproductive course.

In the absence of transparency and accountability, complacency and lethargy resigned to hopelessness culminate problems legitimizing violation at every instance.

The declining conditions in realm of intellect and instinctive reliance on indoctrination suppress critical thinking and cognition.

Hence mass consciousness with discernment in context imperative for normalcy and equilibrium in the otherwise hostile settings threatening life and habitat.

Since deception, subversion and distortion is the norm justifying infringement on civil rights and similar undemocratic rules such as extrajudicial execution of own citizens and holding foreign detainees in indefinite detention without legal process reminiscent of medieval culture imposed in modern age.

Also citizens targeted as potential terror suspects in dragnet surveillance despite state legacy in terror network creation, complicity in terror attacks and sponsoring terrorism against sovereign nations for economic and strategic interests continues ignoring constitution, democratic principles and national plus international law.

As for loss of innocent lives and humanitarian crises resulting from unjust economic sanctions and foreign interventions – apathy overrides reason and balanced perspective.

The systemic degeneration of concepts predominantly focused on ambitions at all costs is servile to misguidance emanating from greed and violence.

While exerting authority and influence on anything and everything within and outside reach, the forces behind human misery and pain are abysmally ignorant of their subjugation to excess desire which means lacking in will to exercise restraint on goals leading them towards situations leaving no options except as fait accompli.

The relief from contemporary challenges facing humanity is possible with individual and collective resolve rejecting surreptitious enforcement of anti-democratic laws comprising paradigm shift in power alienating people participation in all matter.

Reinstating republic governance with trend reversal calling on fictitious entities to renounce interference in domestic and global affairs aimed at polarization and eventual destabilization would be effective alongside withholding tax payments that are disproportionately expended in warfare and spreading terror worldwide via false flag operations to maintain fear and vulnerability.

Allowing the widening gap between the rich and poor has ill consequences on hierarchy apex evidently supported by working class as labor force, consumers and taxpayers in society.

The United States legislation omission on urgent public requirements viz. food stamps for nearly 46 million dependents and unemployment benefits to 1.2 million qualifiers in contrast with submission on military spending, funding terrorists in Syria and elsewhere,

Notwithstanding generous defense and monetary aid to Israel and allies in the Middle East confirm political allegiance to external establishment with american tax dollars exchanged between respective donor and recipient.

Conforming to reality the show cannot go on forever with captive audience and accordingly the supremacy era premised on pride and prejudice is nearing conclusion.

Honoring the inevitable and imminent change could perhaps be the saving grace facilitating civilization progress.

Welcoming peace would guarantee universal stability and security.

Hopefully the conflicting convictions would be abandoned for self-emancipation and global freedom from classic struggles.

Peace to all!

Thank you.

India – Bihar Elementary School Tragedy

July 23, 2013

By Padmini Arhant

Heartfelt Condolences to young victims families in Masrakhi Village, Saran district in the northeastern state of Bihar.

The sad incident involving the deaths of 20 school children between the age of five and twelve from food poisoning in the free school lunch served as part of social welfare is deeply regrettable.

Obviously, the tragedy prompts quality control along with regular visits from food and health inspection team to deter repeat event.

Those behind the loss of innocent lives are burdened with guilt and suffering they have brought upon themselves with such injustice.

Conscience is the moral guide and bearer to human actions and inactions with consequences according to individual deeds.

One could possibly evade justice system through political clout, economic affluence and social status, however the wrongdoer can neither run nor hide in an effort to escape judgment delivered from within as witness to willful and deliberate indulgence.

Even though expression of sorrow and extending sympathy do not reverse the unfortunate situation for the bereaved members, the caring aspect of human nature could perhaps bring solace to the affected community.

May God Bless the departed souls to rest in peace and grant the parents and survivors strength as well as hope in dealing with the difficult moment in life.

Peace and happiness to the people in Masraki village, Saran district in Bihar.

Peace to all!

Thank you.

India – Humanitarian Crisis from Severe Floods in Northern India

June 29, 2013

By Padmini Arhant

Heartfelt condolences to the victims families and survivors in the recent floods in northern India and State of Uttarakhand in particular having suffered the most with more than 10,000 lives lost and several displaced in the disaster zone.

The alarming deaths and displacement is a great tragedy and deserves maximum relief and assistance at the earliest possible to save lives from torrential rain causing floods and landslides in the region.

Whenever calamity of this magnitude occurs, the poorer population experiences disproprtionate difficulties leaving many vulnerable to disease and economic strife.

Environmental abuse reflected in activities such as mining, drilling and various projects replacing natural settings often contribute to soil erosions weakening the surrounding areas of the riverbanks that lead to overflow during heavy rainfall.

State and Central authorities investments towards prevention of substantial losses in lives and livestock including damages ordinarily sustained in extreme weather conditions besides adequate evacuation programs and services always ease the burden on inhabitants in those areas that otherwise evolve into burgeoning humanitarian crises.

Considering the level of destruction with roads and bridges reportedly washed away by the floods hampering direct access to people stranded in and around the valley near holy pilgrim centers viz. Badrinath and Kedarnath temples, the delay in rescue operations as a result of these obstacles might further exacerbate citizens plight.

Hopefully coordination among local and national teams in addressing the catastrophe would perhaps mitigate human toll and restore normalcy in villages and towns affected in the monsoon period.

Wishing citizens enduring extraordinary ordeal quick recovery from grief and success in rebuilding their lives with renewed strength and optimism.

Peace to all!

Thank you.

United States – Mother’s Day Recognition and Honoring Critical Parental Role

May 13, 2013

By Padmini Arhant

Mother’s Day observed on second Sunday of May every year is a tradition in recognition of critical parental role in a family.

The significance to motherhood beginning with child bearing and rearing reflected in responsibility often demand sacrifices in providing best possible life for children.

Most importantly values determine individual development besides inherent qualities and abilities to perform duties efficiently avoiding counterproductive activities for meaningful existence.

Purposeful living is entirely dependent on personal discretion and choices that are available throughout life journey.

Strong family ties and parental support enable adaptation to diverse experiences boosting courage in dealing with crises.

Genuine attention and proper care promotes love and peace in family working together for common goal.

The professional qualifications are necessary and beneficial for successful career with monetary rewards leading to comfortable and affluent lifestyle along with fame and glory.

However, selfless contributions expressing empathy and compassion towards those enduring injustice or alleviating pain and suffering indiscriminately in society defines human character far exceeding any achievements in the realm of physical world.

In this context, the request from a grieving mother, Mrs. Zubeida Tsamaev to return her deceased son Tamerlan Tsamaev body for burial in their hometown could be obliged displaying kindness – the core element of human nature rising above negativities serving none for all are destined to leave and judged according to deeds without exception.

Tamerlan Tsamaev was denied justice in Boston bombing and killed without due process having become the trend in false flag operations while his younger brother Dzhokhar Tsamaev was reportedly shot in the throat and rendered voiceless in the tragic incident.

United States declining to act against those directly responsible for massacre on 9/11 and subsequent genocide in Afghanistan, Iraq, Bahrain, Libya, Myanmar, Syria and other destinations through drone strikes killing many innocent civilians with impunity is justified as abstention from retribution for redemption.

Meanwhile denying a mother access to her sons with one dead and the other alive only to be held in indefinite detention deprived of legal representation is indeed travesty of justice in serious requirement of introspection on humanitarian matter.

Life offers opportunity to rectify erroneous decisions changing course for self-improvement and greater good.

Slighting the option is indicative of deliberate choice to proceed in pursuit of illusion.

Hopefully reason and mercy would prevail allowing fairness in sending Tamerlan Tsamaev remains to legitimate relatives – Zubeida Tsamaev and Anzor Tsamaev, parents of the departed soul.

Mothers Day and Father Day or other benefactor respected every day with beneficiaries positive action would be gratifying rather than once every year occasion as a subtle reminder to appreciate fruitful relation.

Happy Mothers Day all year round!

Peace to all!

Thank you.

Iran – Southeastern Province Sistan and Baluchestan Earthquake

April 16, 2013

By Padmini Arhant

Sincere condolences offered to victims’ dependents and survivors of yet another earthquake in Iran.

The second seismic activity within ten days from the previous one in Bushehr province reportedly measuring 7.5 occurred in southeastern province of Sistan and Baluchestan bordering Pakistan.

Considering the losses experienced on all accounts – lives in general along with homes and infrastructure destruction from such events,

Investments in technology providing updates on tremors and variable developments in the region located on fault lines responding to either natural or other simulations would be significant for local and national authority preparation and emergency relief operation.

Further innovations in seismology and electromagnetic fields besides 24/7 surveillance on vibrations would mitigate damages and facilitate safety methods ranging from secure building construction to life protection mechanism.

Citizens in Iran like fellow citizens in Syria, North Korea and Cuba enduring United States and EU imposed economic sanctions restricting access to many essentials including pharmaceutical drugs critical to treat rare illnesses continue to remain resilient in dealing with crises and this extraordinary strength enables them to overcome ordeal.

Wishing the people of Iran and authorities swift recovery from the tragedy for rapid restoration to normalcy in affected territory.

Peace to Iran!

Peace to all!

Thank you.

KENYA – President Uhuru Kenyatta Assumes Office

Congratulations! To President Uhuru Kenyatta upon being sworn to office on April 9, 2013.

President Kenyatta pledge to serve Kenyan republic across the nation is critical to lead Kenya towards progress and prosperity benefitting entire population.

Despite challenges ahead from domestic and foreign origin, Kenyan leadership commitments on political, economic and social reforms addressing corruption and inequality with fair opportunity to all would guarantee greater national development.

Best Wishes to citizens and President Uhuru Kenyatta for a peaceful and successful future.

BAHRAIN – Formula One Grand Prix Event Boycott

Bahraini al-Khalifa Kingdom atrocities against oppressed citizens continue with western powers especially United States and Britain other than gulf ally Saudi Arabia provided artillery and resources for suppression.

Bahrain regime hosting United States fifth naval fleet has been abusing power with brutal reaction including physical and mental torture such as electrocution of medical professionals and humanitarian workers attending to unarmed protesters wounded from state sponsored violence.

Moving forward with scheduled Formula One Grand Prix suggest organizers focus on revenue ignoring oppressors killings and unlawful detention of innocent civilians as well as peace activists since 2011 escalating harsh treatment by the hour.

The Formula One Grand Prix entertainment alongside gross human rights violation in Bahrain on international watch is a serious decline of civilization.

In fact, Formula One Grand Prix participants boycotting the event would impact the authority and draw world attention denied to Bahraini citizens struggling for political freedom over decades going back to Britain installed puppet monarchy.

Bahraini authority with Saudi Arabia, United States and Britain aided ammunitions and personnel enhancing violent crackdown of peaceful dissenters is honored rather than denounced in a bizarre gesture when Britain’s Sandhurst Military School considered equivalent to United States West Point military institution was recently named after Bahraini dictatorship Hamad Bin Isa al-Khalifa in appreciation of $3 million donation to the Royal academy.

The western misplaced priorities contribute to enormous human suffering in their domain and around the world with no consideration for life except individual and hegemony interest.

Bahrain political leadership tactics and extreme measures against non-violent demonstrations seeking long overdue changes not barring dynasty abolition conforming to democratic system deserves effective global action demanding the rulers transfer power to the people instead of lethal force against them.

Bahraini citizens sacrifice would not be in vain. The admirable resolve enduring horrific crimes against them do not deter resistance and contrarily al-Khalifa Kingdom along with coalition collapse is imminent.

Global support expediting removal of authoritarianism inflicting injustice in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Egypt, Libya, Yemen, Tunisia, Turkey… and last but not the least Israel is paramount for peaceful existence and security.

Wishing citizens in Bahrain end to tyranny for republic state with political independence.

Peace to all!

Thank you.
