The ethnic cleansing of Tamils in Northern and predominantly eastern provinces of Sri Lanka not barring the Tamils in Colombo, the Hill Country Tamils and Tamil citizens in south and western areas of Sri Lanka is a dark history for the victims and survivors yearning an end to their misery, marginalization, disenfranchisement, exploitation endured in generational suffering. 

That time has arrived now for Tamils seeking Tamil Eelam which is essentially a free independent sovereign statehood as Tamil Desam.

The Tamils’ State along the Northern, Eastern and Hill Country Tamils in the central highlands identifying themselves as Tamil community emancipation is long overdue.

The severely oppressed Tamils have long been striving for basic rights, equal opportunity to education, employment, health care, safety and security and equality of justice barring prejudice – the treatment imposed as the fate on the subjugated tamils in the island nation. 

The Tamil Desam in the Tamil Eelam freedom movement would enshrine and encompass the fundamental human rights to life, dignity, progress and prosperity for all inhabitants in the newly established Tamil state. 

In the modern age, the oppression and violations of human rights denying the people due respect as human beings in realizing their hope and dreams in life similar to those enjoying the same and more in the same nation and other parts of the independent world is gross injustice and against any human values. 

The Tamils in Sri Lanka continue to experience the excruciating plight together with the current political and economic crisis in the island. 

Tamil Desam is the resolution to Tamil Eelam struggles having lost nearly 2 million lives in ethnic genocide since the onset of Tamil alienation and segregation in Sri Lanka.

The civil war and thereafter the state conducted summary execution of unarmed Tamil civilians not even sparing children as young as nine, ten and eleven year old Tamil boys who were all seated in a row with their hands tied on their back and blind folded while the Sri Lankan military personnel were ordered to shoot them point blank at close range by then and currently deposed Rajapaksa regime.

The shootings were carried out with authority and international immunity. 

The horrendous killings of Sri Lankan Tamils is not a mere history rather systemic extermination of a race despite nativity.

Notwithstanding the Tamil young girls and women not barring pregnant mothers were raped, maimed and mutilated with horrifying images staring at the world during the preventable native residents’ pogrom. 

The brutal heinous crime committed by Mahinda Rajapaksa and Gotabaya Rajapaksa on international watch is no lesser of atrocities against humanity. 

The manner in which such brutality and savagery was authorized and executed by Rajapaksa regime with political impunity raise legitimate questions on human civilizations’ silence and tolerance to barbarism exemplified in actions beneath human nature. 

The holocaust against Jewish descendants was countered and compensated with numerous military, political, legal and economic settlement that continues unabated until now. 

The Nuremberg trial prosecuting and convicting those involved in the holocaust became the natural process. 

Reinstating that holocaust since then and before has been the norm against many segments, ethnic groups, demography, tribes and communities world over. 

Nonetheless, the perpetrators of crimes in such abhorrent violence and violations are not necessarily subject to the same extent of international law and condemnation as expected in any civilized lawful society subscribing to fairness and impartiality. 

There is always a possibility to charter course setting new precedence in exempting none above law and trials for abuse of power in authorizing and engagement of mass murder and human rights breach depriving innocent victims survival and sustenance.

The Nuremberg trial equivalent on Rajapaksa regime viz. Mahinda Rajapaksa, Gotabaya Rajapaksa and those involved in Tamil genocide in Sri Lanka is incumbent on international community and justice system to act and deliver justice to the Tamil victims and families persecuted without any recourse in the so-called free world.

Update: With Sri Lanka facing financial catastrophe, it is incumbent on all off shore tax havens and foreign bank accounts in Switzerland, Singapore, United States, European Union member states, Mauritius,  Seychelles, Virgin Island and island nations in South Pacific, Atlantic and Indian Ocean i.e. worldwide to freeze assets and security holdings of Mahinda Rajapaksa, his brother, the ousted President Gotabaya Rajapaksa and the entire Rajapaksa family including Sri Lankan key political members and other influential forces in Sri Lankan society.

The Rajapaksa family and other affluent members in Sri Lanka known for massive corruption scandals and backend deals with China, India and other foreign contracts are obligatory to surrender the nation’s wealth amassed by them to the economically struggling Sri Lankan people in entirety without any alienation or segregation of any demography.

The offshore accounts holdings of the Rajapaksa family and others return remittance of funds to Sri Lankan treasury is critical to ease the financial meltdown created by the absconding Mahinda Rajapaksa, Gotabaya Rajapaksa and family as well as every one of those individuals behind the systemic financial fraud. 

Unfortunately, the Sri Lankan Buddhist monks initially responsible for rallying behind Mahinda Rajapaksa and playing a negative controversial role in Sri Lankan politics is against Buddhism and Buddhist ideology.

Sri Lankan Buddhist monks remaining committed to religious activities and refraining from politics conclusively would epitomize Sri Lankan Buddhist religious dias adherence to Gautam Buddha’s philosophy on detachment to political power and authority.

Gautam Buddha renouncing the throne in quest for knowledge about life and existence that was shared among those desired to learn from Gautam Buddha’s teachings is the paradigm. Accordingly, the disciples and those drawn towards buddhism are naturally expected to pursue and observe Buddhist values  exemplified by Lord Buddha prior to and post nirvana.

Sri Lanka’s bankruptcy exacerbated by Mahinda Rajapaksa and family regime boosted and bolstered by political regimes in neighboring India – previously the Congress led by Sonia Gandhi and subsequently by the successor Hindutva fundamentalist RSS run BJP Narendra Modi regime in New Delhi.

The foreign intrusions were not limited to India and China in Sri Lanka, the international criminal clique adept at bankrupting economies via corrupt proxy and puppet regimes fitting in with upending democracy and political stability anywhere extended the nod in installing the unpopular, corrupt and violent Rajapaksa regime by unconstitutionally removing the predecessor government from power.

Now when the chips are down and having been instrumental in Sri Lanka’s political and economic turmoil, these foreign powers behind the mayhem have exploited the economically embattled Sri Lanka’s position.

China on its part as creditor has strangled Sri Lanka’s economy albeit with then President and later Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa’s surrender to China’s extraordinary financial demands that included the strategically critical sea port on the Indian Ocean – the Hambantota port in Southern province of the island.

The neighbor India under Narendra Modi’s regime on their part having been the front line supporters in illegally reinstating the Rajapaksa regime in power along with the likes of BJP’s Rajya Sabha MP Subramanian Swamy rooting for Mahinda Rajapaksa did not want the Sri Lankan crises to go waste.

Narendra Modi’s government exclusively at the service of Adani and Ambani oligarchy in India recently had the Adani groups grab the strategic port terminal project in Colombo on September 30, 2021 titled Build Operate Transfer (BOT) pact.

‘The 35 year-long BOT agreement entitles the Adani Group majority stakes at 51%, while John Keells would hold 34% and the SLPA 15% per news reports verification.

Furthermore public details on this deal –

“Colombo West International Container Terminal (CWICT) at the strategically advantaged Colombo Port, located amidst one of the busiest shipping routes in the world.

Primarily a container port, the Colombo Port has handled over 5 million TEU of containerised cargo. It has five functional terminals.”

The Indian and Sri Lankan news reports confirm the Indian government under Narendra Modi pitched the Sri Lankan BOT deal as Adani Ports and acquired the same using diplomatic extortions involving the Indian External Affairs Minister JaiShankar’s several visits to the capital Colombo to negotiate on Adani group’s behalf and favor.

The Sri Lankan government were hamstrung and subject to blackmail in the deal process according to the leading daily and sources on either side.

The news reports claim the deal nearly abandoned by Sri Lankan government due to protests from Sri Lankan population comprising port workers, unions, nationalists groups and Buddhist monks against selling national assets.

Regardless the deal was revived using shady political tactics that are commonly reported in Adani Ambani related business targets. The trend vigorously maintained in India by Narendra Modi government in servile commitment handing public sector to Adani Ambani empire much to severe economic plight of the Indian unemployed youth and majority workforce.

In addition to the Colombo port deal to Adani group, India’s ordinary citizens funded government dispensation under Narendra Modi were prodded by Adani to clinch the two large power projects in Sri Lanka’s northern province.

Revealing the details of the MoU, Sri Lanka’s weekend newspaper The Sunday Morning said the two renewable energy projects, involving the Adani Group, were aimed at generating combined capacity of 500 MW, at a cost of $ 500 million. Both projects are in the Northern Province, where New Delhi objected to a Chinese energy project last year, citing proximity to the Tamil Nadu coast.”

What is happening in Sri Lanka is synonymous to western invasion and occupation of Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Libya and bifurcation of Sudan…in 2001, 2003, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014…etc. under the pretext of western liberation of these countries that were anything but liberty for the people of these targeted nations in the project for new american century (PNAC).

For example Afghanistan is rich in resources like copper, gold, oil, natural gas, uranium, bauxite, coal, iron ore, rare earths, lithium, chromium, lead, zinc, gemstones, talc, sulphur, travertine, gypsum and marble.

No wonder the central asian nation Afghanistan has been invaded by British imperialists to Former Soviet Union, then American and western NATO alliance, China and India in the last decade competing with each other through the so-called soft power – infrastructure gimmick.

Interestingly none heed lessons from the predecessors and the persisting curse on Afghanistan invaders and occupiers’ era ending with severe blow to imperialistic quest and economic liabilities in the season finale. 

The western military invasion set the trail for looting and pillage of those nation’s treasure especially free oil stolen from Iraq, Syria and Libya or rich minerals from Afghanistan and uranium from Ukraine prior to Russian invasion on February 24, 2022 in plain public sight.

The tradition set precedence for others like China and Indian oligarchy to follow suit via customized piracy in their region like Sri Lanka and elsewhere.

With such western legacy and backdrop the reference gold digger nuanced at me as personal attack by unscrupulous billionaire club and alike is the weirdest obnoxious hypocrisy ad nauseam.

Nonetheless, the vexed and desperate Sri Lankan population storming the President’s palace in the last 24 hours demanding the resignation of the entire failed government beginning at the top President Gotabaya Rajapaksa, a U.S. Citizen installed by external and internal corrupt forces in power together with Prime Minister and others removal from office was expected sooner than later.

The public patience and endurance to tolerate government’s blatant abuse of power destroying economy by selling public owned national assets to private and foreign ownership thereby subjugating the nation and people to exploitative environment is the worst treason from any leadership against own citizens and country.

The public outbursts unfolding in Sri Lankan capital right now is the clarion call for corrupt regimes to step down from office and quit treasonous activities misinterpreting the so-called political capital against the electorate.

Sri Lanka is at the crossroads of regaining power to unified republic against corrupt feudalist fiduciary system having transformed the nation into a vassal state to China and Indian oligarchs and a banana republic in economic status.

The current developments and deterioration in Sri Lanka is the end product of massive internal and external collusion reminiscent of subverting developing and growth oriented economy into insolvency experienced by nations worldwide throughout twentieth and twenty first century.

The people power at times like these have demonstrated their determination to take control of the nation made possible upon chasing the raccoons raiding the domain.

Sri Lankan citizens reinstating constitutional governed democracy with transparency and accountability to the nation’s republic barring nepotism, political dynasty and importantly foreign interventions aimed at sabotage of political and economic prospects is the preliminary step towards rescue operation of the coastal state.

Pulwama attack on 14 February, 2019 by the New Delhi regime headed by PM Narendra Modi, HM Amit Shah and Defense Minister Rajnath Singh merit focus.

The strategist behind state organized and orchestrated Pulwama attack on 14 February, 2019 is Narendra Modi’s then political advisor Gurumurthy.

“Gurumurthy, also known as Thuglaq Gurumurthy, is an RSS Ideologue. He is also a journalist editing the Tamil political weekly Thuglak. He is also the editor of Rajasthan Patrika ”

The RSS and BJP loyalist Gurumurthy, then political  advisor to Narendra Modi reminded the embattled incumbent Prime Minister Narendra Modi whose re-election prospects were abysmal due to issues enunciated below to launch an event involving armed forces adding that is bound to get the nation rally behind the failed Prime Minister.

Gurumurthy’s political tip obviously not original instead borrowed from western playbook such as the Project for New American Century (PNAC) prompting then Bush-Cheney administration to invade Iraq, Afghanistan and the rest for political and hegemonic interests at that time.

Narendra Modi then executed the heinous plan against own defense personnel in Pulwama attack with 40 active duty servicemen dispensed as the sacrificial lamb for hideous strategy. The event was carefully devised and successfully performed for Narendra Modi’s re-election in 2019.

The statement from Gurumurthy having been the strategist and key proponent in suggesting the so-called master stroke plan to Narendra Modi was made public to share the glory of Narendra Modi’s rigged re-election victory in 2019.

The regime headed by PM Narendra Modi, HM Amit Shah and Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, Finance Minister Nirmala Prakash, External Affairs Minister Jai Shankar among the front line cabinet along with others in the administration lost credibility and Indian electorate trust in 2019 and thereafter for the following reasons;

The demonetization debacle in 2016.

PM Narendra Modi’s action to appease and facilitate the World Economic Forum (WEF) agenda to eliminate cash economy as part of the Great Reset of the global financial system was disastrous.

Narendra Modi did not even hesitate to use his 90+ years old mother then in the demonetization gimmick.

The PM’s mother was made to wait in ATM line and the stunt was filmed by the camera crew together with crony media’s running commentary representing the Prime Minister to deceive naive and helpless Indian population anchored by the government to buy the economically flawed demonetization policy.

PM Narendra Modi’s demonetization resulted in 165 or more deaths on the same day amongst population unable to bear the shock from the hard earned savings declared void.

Record Unemployment from 2014 until date i.e. July 2022.

The soaring unemployment impetus educated and skilled unemployed youth to declare and observe PM Narendra Modi’s birthday September 17 as the Unemployment Day. 

The frustrated unemployed youth generation were advised by Narendra Modi to fry Pakoras, the spicy Indian snack in the street corners and bazaar upon seeking government action to address joblessness in the economy.

There is no doubt the regime headed by Narendra Modi was desperately relying on unscrupulous shady political scheme as game changer and resort to criminal stratagem via Pulwama attack in 2019 prior to the national election in May 2019.

The government headed by Narendra Modi, Amit Shah and others mentioned above are culpable and accountable to the victims, their families and the Indian electorate in the Pulwama attack in February 2019 entirely for political gains at the defense personnel expense. 

Anything goes in politics from corruption to murder and political scams not barring treason is the culture to grab and remain in power.

The RSS BJP regime spokesperson Nupur Sharma’s incendiary remark on national television against Islam’s Prophet Mohammad – May Peace be Upon the Revered Soul, 

The series of violent actions originating from the regime’s government at the center and the state viz. Uttar Pradesh exemplify the regime’s status quo. 

Following the blasphemous statement from BJP’s Nupur Sharma, there weee peaceful rallies not only in India but in most parts of the world objecting such disposition against a religion and their prophet. 

During the peaceful protests with no violence reported or registered at that time in the northern state of Uttar Pradesh with majority muslim population, the BJP regime’s State government having established the record for intense communal politics sowing the seeds of hatred and prejudice against muslims in particular and other so-called lower caste and untouchables Hindu demography arbitrarily arrests peaceful muslim protesters on the scene.

These arrested individuals are held in indefinite detention in unknown locations denying them any legal rights or due process.

The extreme measures from the regime did not end with mass arrests of muslims, the state government under the Chief Minister Ajay Mohan Singh alias Adityanath authorize bull dozing of muslim residents’ homes without any notice or communication to that effect.  The State government action slights any and all rule of law legislated and effective in the State of Uttar Pradesh and national level including the Supreme Court directives in this context. 

Amid the center and state involved communal bias and targeted violence against muslims in this instance, another incident happens in the northwestern state of Rajasthan.

Here in Rajasthan, the famous city Udaipur attracting tourists from all over the world captures attention.

A tailor incidentally by the name ‘Kanhaiya Lal’ (Kanhaiya is one of many names of Lord Krishna) apparently tweeted from his phone expressing his alleged support to notorious Nupur Sharma and her infamous comment. 

Soon after that tweet, the report suggests the two muslim men hiring the motor cycle with the registration number 2611 that has correlation with terror bomb blast on November 26, 2011 in Mumbai, arrive at the tailor’s shop.  These two men reportedly were not alone. They were accompanied by camera man i.e. someone to shoot the entire incident about to take place.

According to the regime’s widely published and presented narrative – one of the two muslim men approached the tailor by the name Kanhaiya Lal and asked him to take measurement for a tailored clothing. In the meantime, the cameraman accompanying the two muslim men begin filming the entire episode. The tailor Kanhaiya Lal’s  head is severed in gory fashion. 

Needless to say, the uproar and outrage once again sparked by the regime’s media similar to the incident onset of Nupur Sharma’s controversial statement grips the targeted listeners and viewers mind with detest and poison for the perpetrators of the horrendous crime. 

There is no doubt killing and murdering anyone in any manner is reprehensible and deserve condemnation synonymous to those involved in Godhra pogrom in 2002, subsequent violence in Delhi in 2020 burning down muslim and so-called Dalits homes, hospitals and schools under direct and public decree from BJP’s MP of the Lok Sabha – the people’s house.

The regime in New Delhi instigated violence against peaceful farmers’ rally claiming at least 700 to 800 farmers’ lives in 2021. 

Yet another incident involving the New Delhi regime’s Union Minister Ajay Mishra unfolds on October 8, 2021. 

Oct 8, 2021 — On Sunday, a convoy of three SUVs owned by Union minister Ajay Mishra rammed into a group of peaceful farmer protesters agitating against Narendra Modi’s anti-agrarian and pro-oligarchy bill. 

Total eight people died in the violence. Two farmers died on the spot while two more died later in the hospital. Ten farmers were injured.

Ashish Mishra, Union Minister Ajay Mishra’s son and the main accused in the killing of protesting farmers in UP’s Lakhimpur Kheri last year, has been released from jail.Feb 15, 2022. 

Or,

For that matter, the timely violent attack on the Indian armed personnel in Pulwama, Kashmir costing 40 active duty veterans lives on the New Delhi regime’s watch on February 14, 2019 just three months ahead of national election i.e. May 2019. 

These events benefitting the regime’s relentless pursuit and ideology of divide and conquer inherited from the colonial masters is the only political strategy at the regime’s disposal to remain in power. 

While there are demands to publicly execute the two muslim killers of organized and videographed killing of the tailor Kanhaiya Lal in Udaipur, the violent crime unequivocally generate reasonable doubt for elements and factors not ruling out the state i.e. New Delhi regime’s involvement in the extraordinary evolution of incidents following Nupur Sharma’s televised remark.

Notwithstanding the regime’s  past and present track record of the state sponsored violence hosting most violent and ghastly killings carried out with political impunity. Again none of the the RSS and BJP regime’s violence instigators have been subject to the same rule of law in any violent killings and communal massacre whether in Godhra pogrom in 2002 or violent events from 2014 until 2022 till date. 

There is always more to it than meets the eye especially when the regime transitioned from the so-called democracy into fascism unleashing carte blanche authority. 

The political party members in opposition and other groups, the Supreme Court of India, the central bank Reserve Bank of India and lately the army Chiefs representing the Army, Navy and Air Force are presented and utilized as the State controlled and hamstrung entities to promote the regime under PM Narendra Modi and HM Amit Shah’s economically detrimental, political and socially destructive and last but not the least militarily debilitating policies against national growth and development across the spectrum.

Not to mention jeopardizing Indian national security interests via the latest Agnipath defense policy.

The BJP central and UP state government coercion, threats and intimidation – the regime’s signature trait against anyone in politics and variety is the norm.

The central government or BJP members’ participation in any form and deployment of such tactics using two muslim men and their accomplice cameraman in the killing of tailor Kanhaiya Lal arguably cross the minds of some concerned members in society that are not against the trend in the state committed crimes with no accountability whatsoever.

International independent committee is required to investigate the BJP and RSS human rights violations with appropriate protocol such as sanctions against main powerful entities as then Chief Minister and Home minister of the state and now the Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah at national level.

Likewise, the inquiry against current Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Ajay Mohan Singh alias Adityanath’s unprecedented violations and extra judicial abuse of power is critical to protect innocent civilians’s lives, rights and property that are systematically aimed for political segregation and discord in society.

Update June 30, 2022: 

Indian National Security Advisor Ajit Doval during the latest interview to ANI a week ago elaborated on the importance and relevance of the government introduced controversial defense recruitment policy titled Agnipath. 

In this interview, NSA chief defended Agnipath policy to contract the size of defense force personnel significantly from the traditional recruitment claiming the contemporary modern warfare as contactless and suggesting the need for such decision. 

While the military warfare scenario is projected as contactless by NSA chief Ajit Doval, such military operations are applicable only in full scale engagement as witnessed in the present Russia and Ukraine war.

Again even in this situation, the earlier phase of the military invasion from Russia on 24 February, 2022 and thereafter until arms supply from the United States and western Europe viz. Britain and France much later, the Ukrainian conventional and emergency voluntary defense force effectively resisted and retaliated against Russian movement on the ground. 

In the military position between China and India, China has incrementally advanced into Indian territories utilizing the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) command forces along LAC and further into Indian zone especially in the last three years remaining the status quo.

China’s strategy along LAC and Indian North East is predominantly premised on establishing footprints in the Indian landmass using PLA.

China’s encroachment is evidenced in Arunachal Pradesh, Ladakh, Sikkim, Assam and expected to extend along the Indian region as far as Himachal Pradesh. 

These conditions arguably necessitated massive troop deployment in the Himalayan region for Indian defense force having lost at least officially twenty and unofficially more martyred armed personnel in the recent China’s troop infringement along the Line of Action Control (LAC) evolved into aggressive confrontation on 5 May, 2020. 

As a result of the ongoing China’s incursion in the Himalayan and along the entire north east regions, the requirement to increase armed personnel presence to physically deal with neighbor China’s exponential expansionist territorial quest is a persisting dilemma for India in the Indian sub-continent. 

Under these circumstances, the government’s Agnipath policy aimed at reduction rather than maintaining the original strength if not enlargement  for ground preparedness creates considerable challenge. 

The Agnipath policy as contingent army reserve alongside traditional Indian defense force recruitment and managements serve the immediate and near term unpredictable crisis.

Agnipath policy retire the 75% unsuccessful recruits at the age of 21 years considering the enrollment age is 17.5 years with four years in the defense force.

The overall experience for the discharged armed personnel in this program is approximately 2 to 2.5 years based on the relevant training and operational opportunity. 

In comparison, the traditional Indian defense force recruitment at 21 years as the median age with younger or older recruits representing the defense requirement developed and promoted skills exceeding the military combat capability while facilitating exceptional caliber. 

There are many fine examples from Indian Defense Force who successfully fought the war in 1971 against Pakistan and later the Kargil war in 1999. 

However, the Air Force veteran from the Indian Defense Force travel to space in India and Former Soviet Union Interkosmos mission in 1984 established a unique and admirable space voyage.  

The Air Force veteran is none other than Wing Commander Indian Air Force – Rakesh Sharma with the following profile.

Since the contemporary political culture especially the leadership at the helm as Prime Minister claim credit on any achievements as personal regardless of legitimacy, 

Accordingly, this phenomenal feat was a proud moment for India under the female leadership of Prime Minister Indira Gandhi who like her predecessors, her father the first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru in particular only remembered and reminded of all things negative and counterproductive  under his tenure by the current political party in power. 

Prime Minister Indira Gandhi is constantly used for one and only one reason – overt emergency rule in 1975 unlike the present covert emergency in India which is obviously a major hypocrisy.

Nonetheless, the former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi’s confidence in the Indian Defense Force that delivered her victory in 1971 and subsequently kept both China and Pakistan at bay during her term in office exemplify then Indian Defense Force autonomy.

Unfortunately, the same status is  not necessarily prevalent in the present time in the Indian Defense Force with the central political authority in New Delhi extending concentration of power on all institutions in India that were earlier relatively autonomous if not independent in respective decision-making process. 

As a result, then young vibrant ambitious Wing Commander Rakesh Sharma with adequate training in the span 14 years since inception in the Air Force in 1970 qualified aboard InterKosmos Soyuz T-11.

Personally, I recall as an Indian citizen at that time in New Delhi in 1984, the nation shared the joy and pride when then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi interacted with the astronaut via satellite and asked the Wing Commander and Astronaut Rakesh Sharma for his reaction on

How earth appeared from the space above? 

The patriotic armed force pilot and Astronaut Rakesh Sharma enthusiastically responded by quoting Indian national song composed by Urdu Poet Muhammad Iqbal in Urdu language. 

Sare Jahan se Accha Hindustan Hamara !

Translation – Of all the places on earth, India is great.

“Sare Jahan se Accha” (Urdu: سارے جہاں سے اچھا; Sāre Jahāṉ se Acchā), formally known as “Tarānah-e-Hindi” (Urdu: ترانۂ ہندی, “Anthem of the People of Hindustan”),”

The glory and astonishing accomplishment from this mission deservingly earned by the Indian Defense Force and former Soviet InterKosmos team besides the astronaut Rakesh Sharma along with the crew back in 1984.

Notwithstanding the late lady Prime Minister Indira Gandhi only being targeted for political hostility in the domestic and external factions nuanced venom regurgitation, the trend with no end in sight. 

The late Prime Minister Indira Gandhi and the Indian Defense Force merit recognition for motivation and provision in deriving the best amongst the defense force personnel at that time. The cause for celebration was equitable on the outstanding  occasion. 

Contrarily, the highly educated and skilled unemployed youth today are instead demoralized with the incumbent leadership suggestion on the alternative employment to fry pakoras  – spicy Indian snack sold on the curb side by street hawkers in Indian street corners and bazaar. 

In conclusion, Agnipath diminish prospects to exhibit and explore talent due to the short term service and limited exposure for aspiring youth with such potential. 

All the more reason to reverse course and retain the traditional recruitment and service protocol to a minimum of 15 or more years in the Indian Defense Force.

As a result, no matter how many favorable rulings are obtained in quid pro quo from the Supreme Court, High Court, self-appointed committee and various propaganda means, the guilty is guilty of crimes in the murder of innocent children, women, disabled, youth and senior citizens in the politically instigated pogrom.

When then Chief Minister of the state widely known and categorically proved via documented substantiated evidence to have fomented and facilitated gory violence against own citizens of the state Gujarat in 2002,

Then upon assuming office as the Prime Minister of the nation, the government’s unilateral enactment of the controversial CAA and NRC act engage to strip citizenship status of muslim minority and Hindu majority subjugated in caste denominations and brazen communal politics.

In the course of unconstitutional undemocratic process, the Prime Minister rallies the captive audience to violently target fellow citizens by specific clothing and appearance viz. the muslims in society.

The action speaks volume of the past and present besides being the harbinger of similar episodes in the future.

Likewise, the equal if not senior partner in crime then state Home Minister of Gujarat elevated to the National Home Minister position in New Delhi can hardly contain the impulse in promoting communal hatred and violence.

In 2002, the State Home Minister authorized and instructed the killings of non-violent innocent civilians like children, women, disabled, youth and the elderly predominantly muslims and many Hindus as well as other segments in the worst state sponsored and directly involved communal riots in Godhra, Gujarat.

The murder of key witnesses not barring the Mumbai High Court judge delivering the verdict convicting the state authorities was also murdered to lay the matter to rest.

Despite the killings, elimination and incarceration of individual’s punished for presenting facts and truth telling on Godhra violence detailed in the article below,  the National Home Minister’s public speech during political campaign rally in West Bengal post CAA and NRC act in 2019 referred to muslims from Bangladesh as termites.

The two most powerful entities evading accountability on their previous involvement in inciting violence could barely resist defaulting to status quo in open public delivery in 2019 and until now as cited above.

The duo duplicity could only be summed up as

The hard fact – Agnipath policy introduced by Indian PM Narendra Modi with emphasis on youthfulness, clean record and meritocracy were to be applied to political career in entirety especially ethics and merit – none qualify considering the tarnished record and criminal legacy beginning with India’s Prime Minister, Home Minister, the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh and the rest of the cadre in the central and state government. The unfortunate trend is the irony in the laws and policy introduced against civil society and now targeting the national defense force.

Importantly, term limit like four years in Agnipath policy, the Prime Minister terms should be no more than 2 without exception. Above all Indian democracy would be real and effective with the citizens’ right to recall head of the nation viz. Prime Minister, Home Minister, Finance Minister, Defense Minister, External Affairs among many others at the center, state and all the way to the municipal level on dismal performance and abysmal economic, political and social environment. No delivery on economy in controlling inflation, creating employment, job growth, access to public utilities like electricity, clean water and basic needs… no right to power for those in politics

Indian democracy has long been subverted with political representation committed and dedicated to individual, private and fiduciary interests alone.

The young defense force aspirant – one of many whose dreams have been shattered with the controversial Agnipath meaning fire path literally setting the economically devastated youth population aspirations ablaze in Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Haryana, Chattisgarh, Assam states in the north and northeastern region. These defense force applicants deserve attention and recruitment in the Indian military as they would be invaluable assets.

Regardless of New Delhi government propaganda highlighting the benefits of provocative policy – Agnipath has one too many flaws and far reaching ill consequences that are best averted with the withdrawal of the government unilateral policy. 

First and foremost – the Agnipath (Fire Path) is aimed at 17 1/2 – 21 years of age – the life time when critical education is pursued for high school certificate and under graduate course with a degree enabling the career onset in work force. 

The Agnipath enrollees would have to either differ their education if any of them were interested and considered the high school diploma and undergraduate degree important which majority would desire and do if the same were to be affordable. 

Alternatively, the Agnipath policy apparently has the option for the potential recruits to study at their expense after duty and training hours which obviously may not be suitable or possible for all of them. 

The above two scenarios on scholastic achievements are challenging for the young recruits given the tough competition as only 25% among the 100% initial recruits are expected to be selected and that 25% is also supposedly on need basis. They are placed in a dilemma to study for high school exam and later the undergraduate course while competing for selection among 25%. 

Many defense force applicants in India are predominantly from the rural areas of the country as farmers’ sons and daughters or those from very poor economic background unable to complete high school and further college education. 

Again the difficulty seeking high school and college education for this demography is directly linked to economic costs more than aptitude. However, the Agnipath policy presume the latter as the issue and trying to entice the rural youth mass as such citing monthly payments as salary and discharge package after four years upon not being selected to serve long term in the defense force. 

Accordingly, the youth from these segments join the defense force similar to the United States where many unable to afford college education enlist in the military and earn their educational qualifications paid for by the United States defense force besides appointment in the respective armed services such as Army, Navy and Air Force. 

Second, the Indian government’s hostile decision to deprive servicemen and women in military uniform the essential benefits like pension and medical care is attributed to defense budget reallocation to capital expenditure on modernization.
In this context, the approach on military personnel displacement with modern hardware and equipment is gross miscalculation. The new wave military operation cannot entirely function on auto pilot, although the latter also require maintenance and trouble shooting technical glitches by human man power.

Despite the hype and discussion on machine replacing human involvement, the machinery functionality and fine tuning are dependent on human monitoring and skills in relevant technology. The software and hardware at the end of the day are developed and manufactured by human mind and physical labor through computer programming, physics and engineering science.

The concept trimming military recruitment for renovation is a major misstep with inevitable adverse ramifications synonymous to demonetization debacle that led to many ordinary citizens’ deaths in 2016 and robbed livelihoods of the mainstream population paying the price until today.

The military modernization is necessary upgrading to contemporary innovative technology. However, the funding could be easily afforded by slashing wasteful spending on politicians’ undeserving privileges and lifetime emoluments. Notwithstanding the lavish expenditure on elaborate Prime Minister residence viz. Central Vista and new Parliament House…at ordinary taxpayers, foot soldiers, farmers, informal and formal sectors lower and middle income workers’ expense.

The Indian Central government in New Delhi promise on job reservation to 75% unsuccessful recruits in Agnipath policy is not taken seriously by youthful aspirants and believed to be a hoax for good reasons.

There are too many incidents beginning with Rs.15 lakhs i.e. 1.5 million rupees in every Indian citizen’s account was guaranteed during demonetization by the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in 2016. Six years later in 2022, there is no sign of any amount let alone Rs. 15 lakhs i.e. 1.5 million rupees in any ordinary citizens’ account till date.

In 2019 national election, the former serviceman Tej Bahadur Yadav from Haryana having served in the army in Siachin border in the Himalayan region for over 25 years was denied civil service. The former military personnel Tej Bahadur Yadav ran for public  office against Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Varanasi in 2019. The ex-serviceman Tej Bahadur Yadav was mercilessly disqualified from competing in the national election. Without any proof or explanation Tej Bahadur Yadav was deprived from the election in 2019.

The reality is the constituency Varanasi was prepared to vote for Tej Bahadur Yadav against Narendra Modi in 2019 and PM Narendra Modi’s defeat was certain in the public poll. Then immediately the former army personnel Tej Bahadur Yadav was informed of discrepancy in election papers filing which was previously confirmed by election officials as proper and valid.

The direct involvement by PM Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath made sure the ex-serviceman Tej Bahadur Yadav is prevented from participating in the general election in 2019 proving the lack of respect and opportunity for military personnel in public civil  service among the high ranked public office.

Indian democracy is mobocracy and kleptocracy with political opposition systematically eliminated by New Delhi regime.

The head of the regime’s background speaks volume and serve as evidence that violence begets violence.

In the absence of positive performance, the regime survival heavily rely on media cohorts’ and own political party propaganda. The external foreign role promoting despotism and dictatorial exertion via pseudo glorification to upend democracy cannot be ruled out in particular slighting the regime’s glaring violations on human rights, corruption and criminal legacy.

The regime’s political strategy is bribes with illegal money and lofty positions in cabinet, bureaucracy and legislative assembly especially the upper house – Rajya Sabha membership offered to media house like Zee Soap Opera and WION youtube channel proprietor Subash Chandra Goenks. As s result fake news and indoctrination continues unabated in appeasement politics quid pro quo. The opposition members are lured with such offers as well to jump ship making mockery of democracy.

The bribery through Rajya Sabha upper house entry is also reserved for the Indian Supreme Court Chief Justice as witnessed in the former CJS Ranjan Gogoi rewarded for key decisions favoring the New Delhi regime on major scandals like Rafale defense contract corruption and on communal issues siding with RSS and BJP’s militant Hindutvs ideology in the controversial Ayodhya and Babri Masjjd matter.

Having dismantled the constitutional framework and autonomy of most Indian institutions including the latest assault on Indian Defense Force institutional character, tradition and discipline, the regime’s ravenous appetite for power exemplified in unilateral decisions like demonetization debacle, haphazard GST rule etc., drowning the economy in cyclical crises with fudged and forged data on GDP, unemployment figures and overall ailing economy are merely the tip of the iceberg.

The farmers’ protests were ignored adopting violent means to curtail peaceful rallies for over two to three years until recently the inevitable outcome forced the withdrawal of the regime’s anti-agrarian and pro-oligarchy policy.

The regime’s latest stunt on the defense recruitment restructuring sparking anger, frustrations and violent eruption (taken from the RSS and BJP play book) among economically crippled rural and urban youth is perceived as authoritarian backlash on the defeat in the farmers’s bill forfeiture. The connectivity is the defense force aspirants are predominantly and vastly from rural areas as farmers’ sons and daughters and the remaining percentage belong to the poor economic background.

The RSS run BJP governance with the Prime Minister, Home Minister and regional chief minister in Uttar Pradesh hand picked by the Prime Minister along with several members in Parliament including the individual  convicted of terrorism involving bomb blasts against the demography designated as outcasts such as the so-called backward class (BC), other backward class (OBC), Dalits, scheduled caste and scheduled tribe among diverse caste segregation and denominations,

The commonality beginning at the top i.e. the Prime Minister, Home Minister at the center along with  Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister, Karnataka and many BJP governments preach and practice hatred, prejudice and violence.

The situation is buttressed with the state represented print, television and social media ever at regime’s disposal to spin and sensationalize communal politics and cover up government’s scandalous repertoire.

Kashmir Valley is the Xinjiang of India with the conditions exacerbated for rehabilitation of Hindu and other minorities in the territory.

The inflammable toxic political and social  environment combined with debilitating economic status nationwide is cheered and celebrated as the Prime Minister’s charisma again not without endorsement from conspicuous quarters overseas exclusively for vested interests fueling anti-democratic and anti-unity agenda in South Asia.

Last but not the least, the regime’s routine topple of opposition state governments via horse trading using print black money is yet another factor for unsustainable rising inflation.

The overture accompanied by intimidations using false charges, income tax raids and other nefarious tactics misusing public funded police force against abducted political opposition members for personal and regime goals is the last straw in abuse of power.

The boiling point exceeded into overflow in corruption, criminality and absolute destruction of everything such as institutions, judiciary, economic sector, political opposition, religions and social fabric…is the epitome of democracy in peril.

The latest development in Pakistan’s politics is nothing new. In fact it is Deja vu.

The following posts that were published earlier in this domain and sub-domain prove the repeat of events in Pakistan from 2012 replayed in 2022. The episodes again clarify the shadow powers behind political upheavals in Pakistan.

Pakistan democracy survival and sustainability is dependent on Pakistan republic i.e. the people of Pakistan’s will to reject external meddling and influence alongside letting the internal forces know such as Pakistan’s intelligence services (ISI) and army to strictly remain committed to national defense and security besides preventing domestic and cross border terrorism at all costs to save lives all around. This is the most important step moving forward with the new government now and in the future.

Pakistan’s army and intelligence owe the people of Pakistan long overdue freedom and democratic system without being brought down even before the formation of any elected government.

In the seventy five years since India’s partition in 1947, the citizens in Pakistan have been subject to perpetual freedom struggle with little or no hope to emerge and remain an independent sovereign nation. No democratically elected  government is allowed to complete the entire term in office leaving Pakistan in the foreign powers’ intended status viz. the failed state and terror haven lacking in political stability without any acknowledgment from the accusers such as foreign forces involvement in Pakistan’s status. 

The west has zero tolerance to foreign interference in their election or internal affairs as witnessed in the false claims in 2016 election results.

However similar respect to other nation’s sovereignty and territorial integrity is not considered necessary by them.

Case in point is United States led insurrection and EU direct engagement in Kiev Maidan Square in Ukraine in 2014 resulted in 2022 status quo. Pakistan and many nations near and far are ruined by western interventionist foreign policy in elections and politics. 

It is about time the west recognized, appreciated and practiced the concept of mutual respect and treating others – the nations and their citizens with dignity renouncing imposition of undemocratic principles and conditions attributing vassal statehood. 

Pakistan’s youth and general population at large in unison denying access to foreign intrusion in their domestic matter would be the beginning of the end to hegemony control over destiny of millions of citizens in Pakistan.

Students Heckled in Karnataka College, India over Hijab Controversy.

Muslim female students targeted and isolated in the controversial hijab ban in government college while allowing Hindu and Hindutva elements to adorn their saffron scarf and other religious identity in the classroom and educational institution in the South Western RSS run BJP state Karnataka. 

Just recently the fundamentalist group was represented by college graduates claiming to be higher caste Brahmin Hindus – the male and female pair auctioned publicly known and unknown muslim women online seeking bidders to bid on them. The disgusting and despicable behavior was never condemned by the ruling politics and majority opposition remaining silent with negligible exceptions sharing their comments on social media.

There is obviously a serious social engineering is in play sowing venom among impressionable minds to polarize Indian society. The radicalism citing religion is also aimed at blasphemy of Lord Sri Ram in these abominable events. The chanting of Jai Sri Ram is not a religious fervor. Instead the contrary is demonstrated in the sacrilege and disdain of the Lord Ram exploiting religion by the religious zealots – RSS, BJP, The Vishwa Hindu Parishad ( targeting College students in campus), the Bajrang Dal and other factions behind violence and discord in society.

These developments are dangerous and extremely explosive in every respect especially in the economic terms considering India’s major foreign currency reserve boasted as $650 billion (?) is largely received from Hindu workers and labor force employed in the Middle East and other Islamic nations in the world.

The Indian ruling government and opposition inaction to end the trend would be inviting embarrassment and social unrest besides international response.

  Getting over color code – in blackness, whiteness, brownness, yellowness, pinkness, orangeness and any other shades and racial tones…merely an exterior skin layer with color of the blood (RED) remaining the same and uniform in all living species i.e. humans and animals alike, the realization in this context is the preliminary step towards civility.

  The life history in terms of social identity – color, creed, education, economic, political background etc., ending and the memory of it erased with the termination of life in any particular lifetime except for the accumulation of karmic debts pending settlement, the condition  is irrefutable.

  That being the fact of life, what’s all the fuss over melanin and skin pigmentation and other factors?

  The Soul’s unknown journey though markedly premised on individual deeds aka Karma in any life duration, the hangover on skin color and stereotype are sentiments inhibiting positive thought process and relevant progress in mind evolution.

  The efforts instead turned inward in clearing clutter within and deep inside to develop tolerance, acceptance, acknowledgment extending respect and understanding even with differences and disagreements on issues create better relations in human existence.

  The humanness rising above prejudice, lingering bigotry, hatred, subjugation, subordination and discriminatory practice is the greatest challenge for those unable to release selves from the self-imposed constraints on social description.

  Learning and striving to be human in nature and  behavior is the laudable milestone one could achieve in living and thenceforward.

  The self-inflicted deterioration to appease the devils in disguise is classic example of greed and lack of intelligence resulting in dysfunctional performance and dystopia.

  As for the mainstream network with insignia as the sly scavenger FOX represented by hosts and anchors salivating on the bait along with counterparts on curbside communication outlets trading journalistic ethics for demolition of democracy peddling Satans’ satanic nuanced scripts are components of the large fraud machine with engine running on recycled fabrication and distortion in epic proportion.

  The combined collaborative efforts expedite their cataclysmic destiny already in progress with precipitous decline together with the entire apparatus behind the gamut on the brink of collapse.

  Accordingly the futile nonsensical defamation via VP clown and other pawns sponsored by media cohorts’ directed at the target to convince imaginary audience in empty theater is the ultimate parody glaring at those in fools paradise.

  Sins and crimes committed with willful malevolence is demonic despotism.

  In Almighty God’s Supreme Kingdom, Justice might be delayed never denied.

• India – Supreme Court Ruling on Godhra Pogrom in 2002

  The Godhra pogrom against innocent civilians largely muslims, Hindu and other denominations in 2002 undergoes political spin by the central government headed by PM Narendra Modi and HM Amit Shah. In this regard, the victim widow Zakia Jafri’s plea against SIT ruling on the violence involving Narendra Modi is propagated as the case dismissed by the Indian Supreme Court.

  However, the so-called dismissal verdict by the three-judge bench headed by Justice AM Khanwilkar, Justices Dinesh Maheshwari and CT Ravikumar do not bear the signatures of neither of the three justices in this apparent ruling.

  The unsigned court ruling – the omission of three SC justices signatures in this ruling confirm the verdict not delivered by the Supreme Court.

  The SC’s three judge bench remark quoting “the Indian democracy is under threat” verbatim and subsequently the court ruling delivered without signatures from any and all three of them confirm the decision on vindication of the accused is null and void.

  Accordingly, the misconstrued vindication of the accused viz. the former Chief Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and others listed in Mrs. Zakia Jafri’s court filing is invalid.

  The accused in this matter remain relevant for further legal investigation and proceedings now and in the future.

  For instance, the solar panel lessee not having a choice with payment options other than the one and only method set up by the electric car company acquired solar power installation. Similarly, binding the lessee on long term contractual agreement with no exit plans.

  Last but not the least, not addressing emergency situation during heavy rain and stormy weather resulting in roof leaks from poorly installed solar panels causing property damage.

  यह इनका दोष नहीं। इनकी अल्प बुद्धि का हाल है। ऐसे होते हुए, यह न घर के न घाट के हो जाते हैं। इन पर तरस के अलावा कुछ नहीं आता। जब इंसान को अगले क्षण का ख़बर नहीं, यह निकले अपनी ऐतिहास पलटने।

  यह प्रयास इन्हें सिवाय निराश और अपमान के अलावा कुछ नहीं बाँट रहा है इनको, तब भी यह अपनी हार मानने को तैयार नहीं।

  अब तक इनका कब्ज़ा धन, दौलत, शोहरत और सत्ता तक था। अभी यह लोग इज़्ज़त के ठेकेदार भी हो गए। इनको इतना तो पता होनी चाहिए की इज़्ज़त देने वालों को ही इज़्ज़त मिलती है। जो दूसरों की अस्तिव को अपना बनाकर, उनके व्यक्तिगत अधिकार छीनकर फ़िर उन्हीं को निशाना बनाने वाले, भला उन्हें ही इज़्ज़त की पाठ पढ़ाएंगे?

  कब यह अपनी गलती पर ध्यान देंगे? इनका तो यही मानना है की यह लोग कभी किसी को हानि पहुंचाते नहीं। किसी के साथ अन्याय कर ही नहीं सकते।

  यह दूध और चन्दन से धुले हुए है। इनकी तरह कोई संसार में धन्य है ही नहीं।अगर यह नहीं होते तो यह संसार कब का समाप्त हो जाता। इनके पवित्रता से ही जीव जंतु प्राणी के जीवित रहना संभव रहा है। वर्णा इस कलयुग में मृत्यु, शोक और दरिद्रता के अलावा है ही क्या मनुष्य की जीवन में?

  चलिए आपको हम सिखाते हैं की किसी के छोटेपन को ना बढ़ाने में अपनी बड्डपन है। आप भी क्या याद करोगे।

  इनका भी जवाब नहीं। क्योंकि आज तक इन लोगों की ही मन मानी चलती आयी। तो इन्होने सोच लिया की इनका ही दौर सदियों चलेगा ।

  यह प्रकृति के नियम है जिसे किसी के लिए भी बदला नहीं जाता। जिन्हें भी इस प्राकृतिक के परमपरा से समस्या हो, उन्हें इस दर्ति में अनेकों बार जनम लेकर इस वातावरण का आदी होना पड़ता है। ज़रूरी नहीं इन्हें मनुष्य रूप ही प्राप्त हो।

  When the crew and contingency deployed to consistently lie and deceive public, they fail to see their desperate indulgence laughing at them. The sins and crimes committed to gain power drags them to bottomless pit much to their bewilderment.

  The Zion centric, communist socialists, the pseudo progressives and the supposedly capitalist in collusion typically the deep state dark forces cozy secret society is rattled knowing the TRUTH that nothing lasts forever including their egotistical pathological obsession for dominance denying the overwhelming majority across the globe the inalienable right to freedom, individual rights and equal opportunity to peace, progress and prosperity.

  The comedy of errors in all of this is;

  61 + 47 = 100 (since when?). Even a kindergartener knows the right answer.

  Apparently, these forces are extraordinary so they change the empirical mathematical results to their choice of outcome as they demonstrate in election.

  According to those referring to self as a ‘Man of Faith’ notably faithful to unscrupulous and nefarious order citing a survey that 61% Americans think that incumbent President Donald Trump should concede to Beijing Presidency and,

  At the same time quoting the same survey that 47% disagree of which 30% are democrats leaving only 17% republicans to disagree being eliminated in the Presidential race?

  The election outcome on November 3rd, 2020 boasted approximately 150,000,000 (150 million) having voted of which 74 million is allocated to incumbent President Donald Trump which is 49% barring voter fraud in the contested election.

  The propaganda alluding to 49% republicans who voted for Donald Trump are in agreement to delegitimize their legal votes while they are being further diminished in the fraudulent election and fabricated survey to mere 17% in the far fetched analysis.

  How about the survey pointing out 30% democrats of that 47% in disagreement to incumbent President Donald Trump conceding to Beijing Presidency?

  Does that mean in the projected win 51% to Joe Biden candidacy only 21% believe in dominion and media produced election result since 30% democrats do not concur with the outcome?

  One need not be a math genius. The comedy of errors only reflect the conspicuous rigged election pushed forward as the historic win for Beijing financed and promoted Biden Presidency.

  2. Respect others rights as you expect to be done to you. Never claim anything in material or identity that is not yours and will ever be regardless of subversion and manipulation.

  3. Shed your ego, arrogance and prejudice of all kinds in an effort towards self- cleansing and soul-searching leading to clarity on the importance of life not just yours but also others near and far.

  4. Be yourself. Don’t engage in falsehood and fraudulent act.

  5. Have courage and integrity to admit failures and accept responsibility.

Greed is worse than any deadly disease inevitably terminating the source and all those influenced by the negative trait. Similarly infringement on others rights, illegal claims and usurping in any manner is carcinogenic and definitively cause unmitigated disaster for all those involved in the preventable malfeasance.
