North Korea firing possibly long range ballistic missile landing in the Sea of Japan on Mar 5, 2022 i.e. Saturday local time is confirmed by Japan’s coastal guards and defense ministry.  South Korea’s Joint Chiefs of Staff has also verified the information to this effect reported by international news agency. 

The latest ballistic missile is stated to be ninth since the beginning of the year 2022.

At whomsoever behest, North Korea has resumed missile launching this year, the ill-advise is best not adhered to in North Korea and the neighbors’ safety and security interests. 

North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un maintaining the peace agreement with partner South Korea and delivering further in sincere efforts to abandon old ways that has brought tremendous pain and suffering to the peace loving citizens in North Korea is critical for the sovereign nation North Korea.

Similar expectations from across the DMZ line in South Korea and near by Japan facing constant threats are to be met by North Korea demonstrating trustworthiness in honoring the peace deal.

The violations from North Korea are unnecessary provocation that are neither helpful nor constructive in negotiations on sanctions relief. 

The ballistic missiles of any kind whether short or long range with nuclear capability are not to be experimented now or in the future by any nuclear states or nuclear aspirants in the world.

The issues are far too many and humanity confronted with enough challenges like the lingering global pandemic and Ukraine crisis among several developments. 

North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un exercising restraint and adopting peaceful approach would exemplify North Korean leadership’s commitment to peace and denuclearization. 

It is never too late to pursue and persevere peace over unnecessary and unwanted confrontation.

The Korean peninsula and South East Asian region deserve tension free environment that has caused enormous barriers in economic trade and activities until recently depriving North Korea long overdue economic growth and development.

The choice is clear between peace leading to progress and prosperity and conflict yielding decline and failure.

Students Heckled in Karnataka College, India over Hijab Controversy.

Muslim female students targeted and isolated in the controversial hijab ban in government college while allowing Hindu and Hindutva elements to adorn their saffron scarf and other religious identity in the classroom and educational institution in the South Western RSS run BJP state Karnataka. 

Just recently the fundamentalist group was represented by college graduates claiming to be higher caste Brahmin Hindus – the male and female pair auctioned publicly known and unknown muslim women online seeking bidders to bid on them. The disgusting and despicable behavior was never condemned by the ruling politics and majority opposition remaining silent with negligible exceptions sharing their comments on social media.

There is obviously a serious social engineering is in play sowing venom among impressionable minds to polarize Indian society. The radicalism citing religion is also aimed at blasphemy of Lord Sri Ram in these abominable events. The chanting of Jai Sri Ram is not a religious fervor. Instead the contrary is demonstrated in the sacrilege and disdain of the Lord Ram exploiting religion by the religious zealots – RSS, BJP, The Vishwa Hindu Parishad ( targeting College students in campus), the Bajrang Dal and other factions behind violence and discord in society.

These developments are dangerous and extremely explosive in every respect especially in the economic terms considering India’s major foreign currency reserve boasted as $650 billion (?) is largely received from Hindu workers and labor force employed in the Middle East and other Islamic nations in the world.

The Indian ruling government and opposition inaction to end the trend would be inviting embarrassment and social unrest besides international response.

Who is Queen Velu Nachchiar?

The Queen Velu Nachchiar means the chief and head of the Kingdom  – the not widely publicized on purpose by the foreign colonialists and traitors in her homeland yet she was the only Indian ruler – a female and empress in Indian history to stand up against colonialism at that time and successfully regained her kingdom from the colonial British. 

Queen Velu Nachchiar created the women army to boost women power alongside male recruits to fight against the colonialists in the 18th century.

She was the eighteenth century Queen of Sivaganga, Tamil Nadu, India.

Queen Velu Nachiyar, the 18th century queen from Sivagangai district of Tamil Nadu fought against the British and recaptured her kingdom. She is widely known as the first queen to put up a resistance against the colonial power, even before the Rani of Jhansi.

Queen Velu Nachchiar was the predecessor to Rani Lakshmi Bai, the Rajput Queen of Jhansi, Rajasthan, India. 

South India, Tamil Nadu – Then reining Queen of SivaGanga, Tamil Nadu’s Velu Nachchiar battle against the colonial rulers and abominable taxations imposed by the occupiers against the occupied posed a serious challenge for the natives  at that time.

When terror attacks are launched against any specific targets anywhere in the world, the terror groups wherever they are claim responsibility and let the world know of their present action.

There are also terror groups who have issued warnings to nations big and small of their future intentions perhaps extending courtesy to their potential victims of the forthcoming terrorism. The gesture creating the impression on terrorists’ resolve is unique.

In contrast, the highest government home ministry in the executive branch responsible for the safety and security of citizens and nation at large including the  head of the nation as Prime Minister is in hibernation and absolved of any accountability in the security breach matter.

The ruling BJP government in New Delhi via state run media is preoccupied in propagating information shifting blame on anyone regarded a fair game except them, the central authority’s interior ministry with entire national and PM security related apparatus directly under their control.

The odd developments preceding the security breach episode in Bathinda, Punjab is noteworthy.

The BJP government’s home minister in New Delhi reportedly commented to BJP colleague, the Meghalaya governor Satya Pal Malik on the Prime Minister’s mindset. The message arguably attracted  citizens’ attention.

The home minister in New Delhi raising questions on the incumbent Indian Prime Minister’s state of mind with above reference upon being taken into confidence by Meghalaya Governor on PM’s apathy to the tragic deaths and sacrifice of 700 or more farmers in the nearly two years peaceful non-violent march in the capital and northern states of India is an internal confirmation out in the open.

The security breach controversy in Punjab on January 5th again directly involving the home ministry in New Delhi is not beyond reasonable doubt in public mind regarding the relation between the home minister and Prime Minister in the capital New Delhi.

Usually the government key figures as the first and second in line with the latter aspiring to succeed in the immediate future are witnessed time and time again.  Sometimes, there are situations with conflict within two most powerful positions in government surface with inferences to mental and cognitive ability.

The Punjab security incident and the Prime Minister’s remark on surviving the event expressing politicized gratitude to interim Punjab Chief Minister further serve as a self-endorsement of the mindset statement proving the central government home minister’s view.

Update Jan 8, 2022 – The Indian media viz. India Today news debate titled ‘Who is to be blamed’ on the alleged security breach of BJP leadership and India’s PM in Bathinda, Punjab election rally.

The Indian media India Today host – Rajdeep Sardesai in the program reported the crowd gathered on the flyover where the VVIP convoy guarded with special protection guards and beefed up security were not protestors i.e. farmers in Punjab.

The program reports that they were in fact BJP supporters planted on the scene.”

The BJP ministers and those trending with the allegation on PM’s security breach are either oblivious   or resigned to selective politicized narrative on Punjab farmers and civilians gathering posed potential threat to PM’s layover on the overpass for 20 mins on that day.

The media account on BJP supporters brought over to the site near PM convoy creating unnecessary controversy to malign Punjab voters is apparently not politically convenient for the ruling party.

These reactions and activities are hardly surprising in the contentious political environment.

India’s incumbent PM’s political rallies since 2014 and until now are largely organized with mandatory public attendance.

The attendees especially the so-called Dalits and poorer sections in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Rajasthan and all over India are brought to the rally venue by force beating them using brute force and intimidation that are well documented and available in public domain.

Accordingly, the BJP supporters presence on the flyover near PM’s convoy and not Punjab farmers or ordinary folks in Punjab as purported by BJP rank and file as well as cabinet ministers adopting appeasement strategy resonate with BJP’s routine policy.

Something is not right in the Hindutva system, New Delhi, India. 

The self-proclaimed God claim to have emerged from Kedarnath cave in what was constitutionally designed as SECULAR INDIA ominously transformed into rabid ideological fundamentalist political governance in New Delhi, India apparently in grave danger. 

The presumptuous God as the head of the government crying foul over alleged security lapse in the northern state Punjab amid heavily contested election campaign unravel two important things among other issues. 

The self-declared God ironically tainted with communal riots and minority cleansing legacy continued until today should have experienced premonition on any forthcoming life endangering incident to self and others well ahead of time. 

In that respect, the travel plan could have been cancelled thwarting the much propagated endangerment to life of the so-called God aka the political head of the nation. 

Another being, the political figure touted God could have fearlessly engaged with the frustrated farmers crowd branded protestors and alleged assassins without blowing the matter out of proportion in the election season. 

Again, those habitual of recycling failed strategy continue to expect different results regardless proving  stupidity as permanent mantra. 

On August 30, 2018 there was a similar propaganda on the alleged assassination of God designated as the nation’s chief leadership in New Delhi, India.

At that time utilizing the insidious policy, the central government deployed crony sycophantic media accused the government’s targeted individuals such as human rights activists, authors, writers and environmentalists among civil society advocacy groups as potential assassins. These civil society members were arbitrarily detained denying them habeas corpus with many held in undisclosed detentions till today is the reality. 

The hullabaloo over the politically anointed God’s life threatened by farmers and disenchanted citizens gathering in a reasonably distant area away from the VVIP’s convoy in Punjab disrobe the self-canonized God’s image. 

The ground situation in the entire charade confirm the citizens as electorate in Punjab declining the ruling national party chief’s visit for electoral gains rather than acknowledgment of dismal performance in resolving farmers grievances, mishandling of the surging pandemic and severe economic crises affecting population across the spectrum nationwide. 

The real God would have prior knowledge about any ill-omen individually or collectively and act accordingly without hue and cry witnessed at present. The theatrics conclusively verify political opportunism. 

The repeat episodes from 2018 and now in 2021 categorically corroborate assassination of facts and status quo rejecting asserted political expediency.

What leads to authoritarianism?

There are several factors that leads to authoritarian rule in a system.

The first and foremost is weak or lack of opposition to incompetence, corrupt and criminal activities in government and leadership.

No checks and balances is the cornerstone of authoritarianism.

The constitution is made irrelevant and inconvenient under authoritarian power.

The economy is segregated into the poorest, poor, lower income and middle income comprising the work force with these groups classified as mere working class and among them the middle class are taxpayers. 

Juxtaposed, the upper middle class, wealthy and super rich stash wealth offshore, deplete national treasury in tax evasion and money laundering. This group become the authoritarian stalwarts in quid pro quo. The hierarchy in society premised on social economic status enable authoritarian rule.

The media, press and communication outlets become the voice of the dictatorial leadership heading the failed government. There are overt and covert operatives with mainstream conventional media representing and protecting authoritarian flagrant violations.

Whereas the other touted as the so-called independent and investigative media is another wing of authoritarian regime to mislead public in nuanced narratives and by far the ardent promoter of authoritarianism with false accounts on the leadership so-called popularity and charisma in contradiction to ground reality. The blatant fabrication is aimed at adding insult to human intelligence.

The successive defeats in big state elections, the fear of losing upcoming elections based on electorate disillusionment with leadership at national as well as local government prompting postponement of state assembly elections would not be happening at the height of any leadership’s immense popularity and irresistible charisma projected by the media circus favoring authoritarianism.

The old adage – it is better to deal with the devil you know than the devil you don’t know.  The devil in disguise is a major threat in any situation aptly applicable to the above mentioned deliberate deception and deceit.

Anything out in the open is at least visible. In contrast the insinuations and innuendoes from the so-called independent media claim to delineate from mainstream are the intimate bed fellows hard wired with authoritarianism in the wireless digital era. Accordingly, with all form of communication channels including the social media under control, the rise of authoritarianism is no longer veiled in euphemism.

Additionally, the systematic control and takeover of institutions beginning with judiciary, government agencies such as intelligence bureau, income tax, the central reserve bank and financial institutions are brought under the executive branch purview and direct authority. The absolute rein over these organizations further enhance and energize authority in silencing dissent.

In other words, the constitutionally empowered autonomous body are dismantled and centralized under the leadership at the helm.

The civil servants are delegated to propaganda and constant misinformation to condition public mind on taxpayers funded government dissemination and indoctrination.

Above all, the dangerous move ominously raising the red flag is when the executive branch in a Parliamentary system unilaterally shift the military command from the President to Prime Minister’s ambit. The civilian leadership posing in military camouflage outfit could not be a mere fashion statement.

The most common trait in dictatorial governance is targeting a particular demography, pawn religion as political ideology, subvert constitution governed secular democracy to fundamentalist, radical rhetoric arousing majoritarianism.

The political twists and turns of twenty first century authoritarianism compared to previous century of Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin, Benito Mussolini, the combined dictatorial regimes in Latin America, Africa, Middle East and Asia is the glaring transformation of democracy into fascism today.

In the past century, the dictators enforced authoritarian rule gradually with convincing socialism, communism and majoritarian rule.

In fact the idea of socialism, communism and pluralism veneered underlying coarse rough crude fascism in the making. These concepts were conveniently misused to subjugate population.

Without a shadow of doubt, the imperialists and major economic stakeholders’ direct and indirect involvement in the creation and nurture of dictatorial powers worldwide contributed to extensive authoritarian rule lasting several decades into the twenty first century continued until now.

The difference between then and present time is  transparency. The modern day witness and aware of oligarchs appointed and approved governments typically puppet regimes installed to serve oligarchy feudal system antithetical to constitution, secular pluralist democracy and capitalism with real market economy.

In terms of economic system, the contemporary trend overwhelmingly favor and positioned as monopolists economy displacing the capitalism defined competitive market economy.

The ongoing developments are far worse than in any other time. The global elites – the tech giants owned social platform arbitrary censorship of facts and truth in public domain is the fact of life despite free speech infringement.

The cancel culture evolving into intrusion and invasion of individual rights, life and privacy is carried out as prerogative. Notwithstanding restrictions on decisions related to personal health, lifestyle and well being is the latest law. 

Apparently, the individual liberty to exercise discretion on all things concerning personal life is no longer private matter. Instead it is entirely left to powerful groups in health industry and various dealers, shakers and movers in global syndicate. 

Politically, the authoritarian government transcending to autocracy with elections reduced to formality or even better deferred and delayed to suit individual interests especially when the odds are against incumbency is yet another sign of unpopularity, impropriety and carte blanche authority in full view. These are clear omens initiating 24/7 propaganda to mitigate image damage and event management. 

What is the role of academia, religious consortium and influential civil society in the manufacture of autocracy?

Unfortunately there are divisions in this respect as well.

One section of society presumably representing any or all of the above specified groups are very active in exalting autocracy such as drawing parallels from the past authoritarian style even it happened half a century ago to justify current autocratic rule. Again the reminder about the past authoritarianism invariably fails to note fatal consequences to that effect.

In other issues, they go further and normalize autocrat perversions via Pegasus and variety spyware with references from western activities rather than condemning the lewd indulgence not boding well for any civilized society and a make-believe democracy. It is plain complicity in elevating autocracy.

The other group conversely choosing to remain silent spectators entirely in self-interests is a do nothing segment until own experience dawn on them. This category falls under complacency.

Either groups do more harm in their respective ways than imaginable.

On the other hand, the rare righteous voice against autocracy is often under relentless attack from all directions for standing up to cronyism buttressed authoritarianism.

Upon righteous prevailing in the interception of autocracy, the complicit and complacent parties cited above would be in forefront to enjoy the benefits and fruitful outcome completely sidelining and rejecting righteous function in the entire cause. Such response is routine and hardly surprising. 

The opportunists and wannabes massive collusion in the rise of despotic dictatorial regimes inevitably fall together in the zero-sum game of democracy vs. dictatorship since time immemorial. 

There is glimpse of hope provided the republic repudiate autocracy neutralizing ravaging autocratic environment.

The latest incident involving ruling BJP government Union Minister for State, Home Affairs – Ajay Mishra’s son Ashish Mishra in Lakhimpur Kheri, Uttar Pradesh accused of murder of four farmers and a journalist in addition to three more victims including 2 BJP workers adding to a total of eight fatalities in the gruesome voluntary manslaughter using a SUV driven by the accused in the incident.

The Indian Supreme Court directed Special Investigations Team have reported the following on the Lakhimpur Kheri Case.

The incident was a planned conspiracy. The four farmers were mowed down by the accused Ashish Mishra driving a SUV on October 3, 2021 killing four more individuals in the deliberate assault on peaceful dissenting farmers protesting the BJP’s anti-agrarian laws in the country. 

The background of the accused – Ashish Mishra is the son of Union Minister of State for Home Affairs, Ajay Mishra representing the BJP ruling government. 

“The public profile of the politician is – Ajay Mishra is a Member of Parliament in the 17th Lok Sabha. He is the current Minister of State in Ministry of Home affairs, Government of India. He represents the Kheri constituency of Uttar Pradesh and is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party political party.”

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government cabinet minister Ajay Mishra remains intact in his position despite the serious charges against his son in Lakhimpur Kheri case. 

This is not an isolated incident related to political party members causing civilian deaths with no repercussions to their political status in a system declared a democracy. 

On February 23, 2020  – the violence erupted against non- violent peaceful assembly of citizens on Citizenship Amendment Act, the controversial CAA passed by the BJP government in New Delhi.

The peaceful demonstration with men, women and senior citizens on CAA voicing their concerns on the legislation passed by the BJP government in December 2019 turned into a major tragedy. 

The participants in this instance were attacked by unruly mob instigated by interestingly yet another Mishra, the BJP Minister Kapil Mishra remaining in power until today.

The BJP Minister Kapil Mishra on public platform in New Delhi openly threatened the peaceful protesters on CAA adding they would be dealt with harsh force.

As stated the violence against the public on anti-CAA protest resulted in 53 casualties with majority among them reported as Muslims and others were the so-called Dalits of the Hindu caste based outcasts. The severely injured in this violence range from 200-250 and 2000 or more families reportedly displaced without any compensation or rehabilitation. 

The independent fact finding committee initiated by Delhi Minorities Commission (DMC) last year in 2020 concluded the violence on February 2020 qualified as pogrom after taking into account credible public testimonies and legal course reviewed complaints filed in the aftermath of the terrible communal onslaught. 

Similarly, Pragya Singh Thakur aka Sadhvi Pragya, is an Indian politician and Member of Parliament of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). representing Bhopal  Madhya Pradesh is another member in the category of politicians with criminal record.

The BJP MP Pragya Thakur accused of terrorism in 2008 Malegaon blasts case with ongoing trial on the matter is a sitting MP in the BJP ruling party. 

On the glamor front, Indian politics’ close ties and alliance with Indian cinema and sports recruiting film and sports personalities is a common trend across the political spectrum. 

The BJP MP from Mathura, Uttar Pradesh in the Central ruling government –  bollywood star Hema Malini’s direct involvement in hit and run manslaughter on July 2nd, 2015 caused the tragic death of a three-year-old child, reportedly a passenger in the car critically damaged in the head on collision with the bollywood actress public funded Mercedes Benz on the national highway junction Agra – Jaipur that fatal night.

The injured family with a child battling for her life in the car hit by the bollywood actress’ Mercedes Benz on the highway were abandoned by the Lok Sabha MP, supposedly the political representative of Indian citizens in the Parliament.

According to eyewitnesses – the accident clearly resulted from over speed of the bollywood actress vehicle. The bollywood actress Hema Malini insisting the driver accelerate to minimize travel time landed the driver and his family in indefinite misery with the driver booked and arrested for the fatality in the accident. 

Meanwhile the bollywood actress was absolved of any wrongdoing and to add insult to injury, the actress tweeted and reported to glamor enamored media that the deceased child’s family were at fault for the fatal accident.

There was no apology or remorse from the bollywood actress BJP MP Hema Malini on this preventable civilian death and collateral loss to others’ such as the driver and family’s plight. 

Last but not the least, the Bollywood star Salman Khan’s drunken driving leading to hit and run manslaughter claiming a pedestrian’s life and several injured is treated as a freak accident due to star studded factor.

The demised pedestrian’s family losing an earning member is a legal case with no end in sight. The Bollywood star Salman Khan is provided immunity by the ruling BJP government with the court case on this issue serving as the laughing matter on judiciary process. Not to mention the apathy to victims and lifetime impact on the victims’ family. 

These evidences suffice on the politics’ attitude and actions towards public, the citizens empowering them with political power and stardom.

Obviously, the ordinary citizens’ life bear no significance or relevance to those abusing the privileged status granted by the same people as electorate and audience in the political and social theater. 

Until today none of these individuals implicated and involved in these crimes with fatalities have been affected in terms of their political and celebrity status.

The political parties faking their pledge to defend average citizens on campaign trail continue to enjoy political impunity with no harm to their powerful disposition despite the latter harming and hurting public with no legal, political or social ramifications on crimes committed at will.

In the assessment of ethical, moral and humanitarian grounds, the question is appropriate.

Who needs such people endangering life with no regrets?

The worst of all them as chief representatives in politics and entertainment remain the existential threat to general public safety and well being.

The RSS run political party BJP with these members as their representatives is conveniently resigned to do nothing policy. 

Contrarily, the fundamentalist ideology rescue these individuals’ criminality with religious shroud chanting Jai Sri Ram, a blasphemous trait without a shadow of doubt in the contemporary tradition.

The only option and alternative is for the citizens as voters to remove them from office through ballots and reject politics proved detrimental to republic security.

The leaderships in North Korea Kim Jong-Un and South Korean President Moon Jae-in agreement on declaration to end Korean war between North and South on December 13, 2021 is a welcoming beginning in the dawn of peace in Korean Peninsula. 

The formal agreement between the two nations i.e. North and South Korea to bring the prolonged conflict that was paused on armistice until now transitioning into conclusion of warfare is fair and appropriate.

Now moving forward the long overdue permanent peace treaty would transform the hope of Korean families on both sides in North and South into reality.

The leaderships in Pyongyang and Seoul decision to move away from warfare and proceed towards peace merit recognition and appreciation.

Though the accord weighing in on numerous factors understandably reached in principle in the present time, the leadership from North Korea – Kim Jong-un and South Korean President Moon Jae-in accelerating the process into practicality would be direct acknowledgment of Korean citizens essentially the families on both sides of the great nation of Korea. 

There is no doubt the people in Korea especially the citizens with relations on both sides of the country have suffered enormously and the people in North Korea in particular have endured tremendous challenges up until now. The economic plight of North Korean population could be alleviated in improving and fostering better ties with South Korea in every respect.

Similarly South Korean citizens could experience peace and tranquility without the dark clouds of warfare and uncertainty hovering over the peninsula. 

The news is also cordial for the neighbors like Japan and the entire South East Asian region deserving normal environment for economic activities and overall peaceful engagement all around. 

The responsibility and maturity is reflected in the much anticipated approach with expectation among citizens for consistency and continued efforts in perseverance eventually leading to successful reunification of Korea. 

Once again, the leaderships in North Korea Kim Jong-un and South Korean President Moon Jae-in maintaining peaceful discourse in the development of strong partnerships in all fronts would benefit the people in Korea in unison. The peace initiatives and involvements on both sides would eventually deliver the desirable outcome – Korea as one nation sharing the strengths and prosperity.

The Chief of Defense Staff (CDS) appointment as the military head and chairman of the joint chiefs of the three (Army, Navy and Air Force) armed forces was created on December 30th, 2019 by the incumbent BJP government under PM Narendra Modi.

The CDS principal responsibilities described as the pivotal command center integrating the three armed forces operational requirements. Alongside the CDS also features a fundamental change in the Indian Defense Force ultimate authority. 

According to the Indian Constitution established and enacted on 26th January, 1950 after India’s hard fought independence on 15th August, 1947, the President is elected by the members of an electoral college consisting of the elected members of both the Houses of Parliament and the elected members of the Legislative Assemblies of States and the Union Territories of India. 

Indian President’s key roles (1) chief of state, (2) chief executive, (3) chief administrator, (4) chief diplomat, (5) commander in chief, (6) chief legislator, (7) party chief, and (8) chief citizen. Chief of state refers to the President as the head of the government.

The most important amongst them and commonly known by public is the President as the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Indian armed force. 

With the creation of Chief of Defense Staff (CDS) on 30th December 2019 by the ruling BJP government leadership PM Narendra Modi, the CDS reports directly to Prime Minister unlike the tradition maintained before CDS appointment for the Indian armed forces on India’s President oversight as the constitution titled commander-in-chief of the National Defense Force.

The Prime Minister as elected member of a political party presiding over central government is equally subject to constitutional rule of law in any functional democracy. The arbitrary restructuring of Indian Defense Force revoking constitutional definition and duties of the President on Indian Defense Force command is a serious diversion allocating disproportionate power for the Prime Minister’s office. 

The unilateral decision on CDS post assigning the military head under Prime Minister’s administration in the absence of any Parliamentary hearings or debates on the critical transformation of power is a clarion call for any democracy to seek credible and valid explanation on the empowerment of Prime Minister designation. 

The surreptitious power enhancement at the helm for a democracy in particular is neither democratic nor representative of a true republic governed by the constitution of a nation. 

The BJP government in New Delhi under PM Narendra Modi providing appropriate reasoning behind CDS post implementing Indian Defense Force command transfer from constitutional directed President’s charge to political maneuvered Prime Minister control is imperative for clarity in the command system.

The clarification is crucial not only for citizens as the republic but relevantly for the Indian armed forces serving the nation at large. 

Notwithstanding the trend to extend and consolidate massive power at the helm in the present time increasingly endangering democracy and eliminating constitutional based governance in different parts of the world. 

As such there is little or no tolerance among the central and regional political factions in India to any legitimate constructive criticism on politics generated problems and crises.

There is no limit from political parties to exercise extra judicial authority to silence peaceful dissent and genuine concerns on social media.

The political parties in power and/or in opposition utilizing undemocratic political means such as the unlawful activities protection act (UAPA) ordinarily meant to protect citizens from national security threats are conveniently misused against citizens to curb democratic rights in the proclaimed free republic. 

India declared as the world’s largest democracy joining the ranks in such category is a serious challenge to the concept of free world.

Indian Defense force -the fine and robust armed forces have recently under the present BJP leadership in New Delhi suffered many unfortunate tragedies like Pulwama attack on 14 February 2019 just before the national election in May 2019. The incident became the pivotal issue for the incumbent PM Narendra Modi on campaign trail displaying the army in the backdrop in direct violation of the election rule prohibiting any political party from using the defense force for political mileage.

The deadly Pulwama attack inside India on Jammu – Srinagar national highway claimed 40 Indian veterans’ lives in the suicide bomb attack targeting the Indian convoy at that time. The cross border skirmishes along India and Pakistan border in Kashmir continue with casualties that are not reported by politics owned media and press accusing others of being a mouthpiece while aptly fitting the same profile like the hand in a glove. 

Similar scenario on the Siachen glaciers in the north of Nubra valley in Kashmir region, the plight of Indian armed forces is extreme and bears significance. 

In the early 2020, amid the deadly SARS COV2 virus evolving into COVID19 pandemic from next door Wuhan, China, Beijing seized opportunity to accelerate aggression along the Himalayan region of Ladakh infiltrating into the demarcated Line of Actual control (LAC) with a standoff that resulted in more than 20 lives of Indian armed personnel in the Himalayan terrain. 

The long standing India – China dispute prolonged into military deployment with face to face confrontation in that point of location since February 2020 and continued until today is the status quo. 

Meanwhile, the BJP leadership in New Delhi PM Narendra Modi ignoring these national security threats and incursions along the north and north-east border and maintaining a social media account to assess own popularity on India’s chief adversary China’s social media platform Weibo even after Indian defense force martyrdom in May 2020 could only be interpreted as not complacency rather complicity exacerbating combat situations faced by the Indian defense force up in the Himalayan region nearly 18,000 feet above sea level. 

To add insult to injury, the BJP leadership in New Delhi around that time moving forward with tender bid from Beijing CCP owned and controlled companies on Indian Central government projects in the northern state Uttar Pradesh was apathy to Indian defense force challenges against the brazen Beijing’s PLA in the contentious hostile Himalayan fronts with considerable encroachment from PLA in the last 24 months alone. 

The latest tragedy involving the Chief of Defense Staff General Bipin Rawat and family along with high rank military officials and defense personnel on board chopper crash in Tamil Nadu hills is a serious setback prompting thorough investigation. The process is understandably underway by Indian defense forces inquiry attempting to reach the crux of the otherwise preventable calamity.

The probe would arguably seek besides malfunction and predictable glitches including weather vagaries, any sabotage from internal or external factors to rule out cyber attack on the transportation control system. It is important to ascertain these values to avert future mishaps and proclivity from anywhere. 

The BJP government leadership in New Delhi under PM Narendra Modi expending the Indian taxpayers funded exorbitant Pegasus spyware on critical cyber threats and intrusions from known adversaries adept in the trend would be wise investment.

Instead the technology misused translating into perversion against anyone located thousands of miles away in a far away land going about one’s life clarify the Indian government’s misplaced political priority endangering nation and citizens’ safety and security over unnecessary unethical undemocratic indulgence. 

Nonetheless, the nation’s defense force deserve due recognition and provisions sparing no deviations from security and sensitivity to modern overt and covert operational risks in the ultra technology era. 

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s long awaited press conference absent ever since assuming power at the helm in 2014 until now alleviating citizens’ concerns in this regard and plethora of problems would be a refreshing change in the debut of transparency.

  Like with any negative human trait, ignoring gossip mongers to submerge in their dirty swamp would indicate their wasteful life. Furthermore, gossip mongers feed on reaction to ignite more sparks without realizing the flame ultimately engulf their evil act in the fire they started.

  Why is gossip the preferred choice for sticky beaks?

• India – Supreme Court Ruling on Godhra Pogrom in 2002

  The Godhra pogrom against innocent civilians largely muslims, Hindu and other denominations in 2002 undergoes political spin by the central government headed by PM Narendra Modi and HM Amit Shah. In this regard, the victim widow Zakia Jafri’s plea against SIT ruling on the violence involving Narendra Modi is propagated as the case dismissed by the Indian Supreme Court.

  However, the so-called dismissal verdict by the three-judge bench headed by Justice AM Khanwilkar, Justices Dinesh Maheshwari and CT Ravikumar do not bear the signatures of neither of the three justices in this apparent ruling.

  The unsigned court ruling – the omission of three SC justices signatures in this ruling confirm the verdict not delivered by the Supreme Court.

  The SC’s three judge bench remark quoting “the Indian democracy is under threat” verbatim and subsequently the court ruling delivered without signatures from any and all three of them confirm the decision on vindication of the accused is null and void.

  Accordingly, the misconstrued vindication of the accused viz. the former Chief Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and others listed in Mrs. Zakia Jafri’s court filing is invalid.

  The accused in this matter remain relevant for further legal investigation and proceedings now and in the future.

  Those who embark on restoring freedom beginning with their domain would add some credibility.

  The definition of freedom is liberty to choose in life. Having a choice to accept or reject anything unfavorable is the real alternative.

  For instance, the solar panel lessee not having a choice with payment options other than the one and only method set up by the electric car company acquired solar power installation. Similarly, binding the lessee on long term contractual agreement with no exit plans.

  Last but not the least, not addressing emergency situation during heavy rain and stormy weather resulting in roof leaks from poorly installed solar panels causing property damage.

  The necessary precautionary measures from home owner like tarp on the roof even protecting the leased solar panels to avert substantial property damage including solar panels and subsequent liability to solar panel lessor i.e. the company involved in the matter are not reimbursed and expense declined as not the company responsibility.

  These issues clarify the status as anything but freedom.

  In light of such reality, it would be fair to say the customer in such unfair and unreasonable deals are the ones affording the company’s much touted philanthropy in a war zone besides contributing to extravagant hobby such as space travel.

  The corporate overture on restoring freedom would be appropriate upon being made available to customers in practicality in own ventures and enterprise.

  It has nothing to do with the ancient sacred spirituality presided by God Shiva – the Supreme Soul epitomizing the light, energy and sound encompassed as audible, visual and sensed energy within.

  The sacred symbol and syllable OM originating at the dawn and creation of the universe epitomize the interconnectivity of light, sound and energy experienced in five sensory organs of sight, hearing, breathing, taste and touch.

  The mantra OM is related in other religions as AUM and Amen in acknowledgment of the Soul within in connection with the Supreme Natural Phenomenon.

  हुआ यूं की कुछ व्यक्ति अंधेर नगरी के सेवक बने। अंधेर नगरी काला धन और काली करतूतों के लिए ही प्रसिद्ध है। जब यह सच खुलकर सामने आया तो वे व्यक्ति जो अपने आप को प्रधान सेवक कहते फ़िरते हैं, हालांकि यह सेवक हैं पूँजी पतियों की और मुख्या का रूप धारण करते हैं केवल आम जनता पर रोभ जमाने के लिए। जैसे गरीब किसान, मज़दूर, आदिवासी, अन्य समुदाय के नागरिकों को पिछड़े वर्ग में दखेलकर और धर्म यहाँ तक भगवान का भी राजनीति और सौदा करते हैं। जब अंधेर नगरी की पोल खुली तो पूँजी पतियों के सेवक की कुर्सी हिलने लगी। यह तो होना ही था।

  आख़िर सच और मूच ज़्यादा देर छिपाया नहीं जा सकता। यह कड़वी बात सच के विरोधियों को तनिक भी अच्छा नहीं लगता। ख़ैर उनके पसंद नापसंद को लेकर न हीं सृष्टि बनाया हैं न ही उनकेलिए यह संसार जुकता है।

  फ़िर भी अंधेर नगरी के सदस्य और पूँजी पतियों के सेवक के ब्रह्म टूटने का नाम नहीं ले रहा है।

  वैसे अपने छवी को लेकर आम जनता के ख़ून पसीने से कमाया राष्ट्रीय धन लूटाने वाले व्यक्ति, दूसरी और उस पैसे को आइना दिखाने वालों पर जासूसी के लिए खर्च किया जाता है |

  यही व्यक्ति और इनके साथी की प्रतिक्रिया – किसी प्रकार के संकट के कारण दूसरे देश में शरण लेने वालों को गुसपेटि कहकर उन्हें वापस लौटाते हैं | उल्टा खुद दूसरों के घर बिन बुलाये पेगासस जासूसी के माध्यम गुसना ज़रा भी अपराध नहीं मानते हैं | इन गुसपेटियों के लिए कोई कायदा नहीं | औरों के लिए अलग खानून चलाने वाले किस प्रकार के लोग हैं, इसे बार बार अपने काले व्यवहार से दिखाते हैं |

  जिन हस्तियां में अपनी गलती और अपराध मानने की न हिम्मत या नीयत हो, और वो बलि की बकरी पे अपनी घटिया ज़िन्दगी और कारनामायें तोपते हैं तरह तरह के अभिनय से – कभी नमस्ते, कभी जीत का इशारा, कभी काला चश्मा पहनकर – जैसे की पूरे विश्व में केवल एक मैं ही काला चश्मा या आँख का चश्मा पहनती हो।

  और उससे भी बत्तर इनकी हरकतें बंदरों वाली नाच खेल करते हुए, अपनी हुलिया पर उंगुली उठाने वाली नौटंकी में व्यस्त हों, ऐसे बेईमान व्यक्ति अपने आप को मसीहा कहते फ़िरे, तो इनके मानसिक अवस्था को ही सामने लाता है।

  यह लोग जिन्हें अपनी जीवन निपटने की हुनर और धैर्य नहीं, यह भला औरों की पाप का भोज क्या ख़ाक उठाएंगे? जो यह मसीहा बन पड़े!
  

  अगर यह महोदय गण दूसरों को तंग और दुख न दे, तो यही इनके लिए और इनके जितने भी आस पास के सगे सम्बन्धी और पूरे समाज के लिए बहुत बड़ा उपकार होगा।

  मगर बात ये है की यह लोग अपने आप से भाग रहे हैं। किसी और के अस्तित्व को अपना बनाकर अपने ढोंग धोखलापन को और निछावर करते हैं।

  इसी में इनकी बेवकूफी और बेचैनी बेहाल सामने आता है।

  बेचारे किस्मत के मारे। अपने आप को महान मशहूर यानी प्रसिद्द कहने वाले, कितने अँधेरे मैं है, यह बात इन्हें नहीं पता।

  यह इनका दोष नहीं। इनकी अल्प बुद्धि का हाल है। ऐसे होते हुए, यह न घर के न घाट के हो जाते हैं। इन पर तरस के अलावा कुछ नहीं आता। जब इंसान को अगले क्षण का ख़बर नहीं, यह निकले अपनी ऐतिहास पलटने।

  यह प्रयास इन्हें सिवाय निराश और अपमान के अलावा कुछ नहीं बाँट रहा है इनको, तब भी यह अपनी हार मानने को तैयार नहीं।

  अब तक इनका कब्ज़ा धन, दौलत, शोहरत और सत्ता तक था। अभी यह लोग इज़्ज़त के ठेकेदार भी हो गए। इनको इतना तो पता होनी चाहिए की इज़्ज़त देने वालों को ही इज़्ज़त मिलती है। जो दूसरों की अस्तिव को अपना बनाकर, उनके व्यक्तिगत अधिकार छीनकर फ़िर उन्हीं को निशाना बनाने वाले, भला उन्हें ही इज़्ज़त की पाठ पढ़ाएंगे?

  यही हुई ना बात – चोरी और ऊपर से सीना ज़ोरि!

  कब यह अपनी गलती पर ध्यान देंगे? इनका तो यही मानना है की यह लोग कभी किसी को हानि पहुंचाते नहीं। किसी के साथ अन्याय कर ही नहीं सकते।

  यह दूध और चन्दन से धुले हुए है। इनकी तरह कोई संसार में धन्य है ही नहीं।अगर यह नहीं होते तो यह संसार कब का समाप्त हो जाता। इनके पवित्रता से ही जीव जंतु प्राणी के जीवित रहना संभव रहा है। वर्णा इस कलयुग में मृत्यु, शोक और दरिद्रता के अलावा है ही क्या मनुष्य की जीवन में?

  चलिए आपको हम सिखाते हैं की किसी के छोटेपन को ना बढ़ाने में अपनी बड्डपन है। आप भी क्या याद करोगे।

  इनका भी जवाब नहीं। क्योंकि आज तक इन लोगों की ही मन मानी चलती आयी। तो इन्होने सोच लिया की इनका ही दौर सदियों चलेगा ।

  जब रुत बदलते हैं, सरकार बदलते हैं, यहाँ तक की यह रातों रात काला धन से माला माल हो जातें है तो युग और समय बदलने में इनको क्या संकट है?

  आख़िर इनका इस दर्ति पर उतना ही समय है जितना अन्य जीव प्राणी का है। कई तो अपने जीवन के सफ़र पूरा नहीं कर पाते। ऐसे होते हुए इनका रोब और हुखुम जिन पर जमाते हैं जैसे की दूसरों को कुचलना इनका जनम जन्मांतर का अधिकार हो।

  पृथ्वी हर 365 दिन में एक बार सूर्य की परिक्रमा करती है और हर 24 घंटे में एक बार अपनी धुरी पर घूमती है।इसके कारण २४ घंटे ४ समय – सुबह, दोपहर, शाम और रात में बटा हुआ है।

  यह प्रकृति के नियम है जिसे किसी के लिए भी बदला नहीं जाता। जिन्हें भी इस प्राकृतिक के परमपरा से समस्या हो, उन्हें इस दर्ति में अनेकों बार जनम लेकर इस वातावरण का आदी होना पड़ता है। ज़रूरी नहीं इन्हें मनुष्य रूप ही प्राप्त हो।

  वाह रे मसीहावों, आप लोगों ने हद पार कर ली आपके इस प्रदर्शन से।

  आपको स्वयं पता नहीं आप है कौन?

  As a matter of fact, Free speech not only from the Silicon Valley, Free Speech from anywhere is inalienable right of any individual in Almighty God created Free World.

  However, the concept of free world is disseminated out of context limiting to those obsessed with reining control over others’ health, life and rights expecting herd mentality at large. 

  Furthermore, questioning anyone in power and those exerting authority via influence and dominance severely affecting life at individual or collective level is also an embodiment and essence of Free Speech. Again, one need not be elected to power or approved by the ruling class to exercise the fundamental right as obtusely asserted by The Hill propagandist. 

  This freedom presumptuously claimed as exclusive privilege and patented right of the so-called elected to political position or influential in society, who by the way abstain from their political responsibility and legislative duty under constitutional oath let alone moral obligation due to collusion and complicity with violators of individual rights and life on all matter.

  Such tradition impetus free speech in view of concerns related to policy and actions with possible impact on family and community. The mere exercise of Free Speech seeking clarifications from scientific, world health authorities or political class evading transparency and accountability as entitlement is not a crime or forbidden act in a system propagated as democracy.

  Importantly, not all elected are genuinely elected to power by people when election is increasingly a formality with actual votes whether 74 million or 700 million discarded to satisfy unruly system in the rigged electoral process.

  The differences between original and fake are;

  The original is meaningfully true, natural and authentic whereas the fake is false, manufactured and disingenuous.

  Those using the fake to justify their fraudulence convince the gullible on anything not the alert and wise.

  Original is and will always be original. Imitation is an  enamel that slips and fades after minimal use.

  The example is real gold i.e. original and the imitation that is plated with artificial alloy painted in gold color. Needless to say there is no match in quality and value.

  The election outcome on November 3rd, 2020 boasted approximately 150,000,000 (150 million) having voted of which 74 million is allocated to incumbent President Donald Trump which is 49% barring voter fraud in the contested election.

  The propaganda alluding to 49% republicans who voted for Donald Trump are in agreement to delegitimize their legal votes while they are being further diminished in the fraudulent election and fabricated survey to mere 17% in the far fetched analysis.

  How about the survey pointing out 30% democrats of that 47% in disagreement to incumbent President Donald Trump conceding to Beijing Presidency?

  Does that mean in the projected win 51% to Joe Biden candidacy only 21% believe in dominion and media produced election result since 30% democrats do not concur with the outcome?
