Update Jan 8, 2022 – The Indian media viz. India Today news debate titled ‘Who is to be blamed’ on the alleged security breach of BJP leadership and India’s PM in Bathinda, Punjab election rally.

The Indian media India Today host – Rajdeep Sardesai in the program reported the crowd gathered on the flyover where the VVIP convoy guarded with special protection guards and beefed up security were not protestors i.e. farmers in Punjab.

The program reports that they were in fact BJP supporters planted on the scene.”

The BJP ministers and those trending with the allegation on PM’s security breach are either oblivious   or resigned to selective politicized narrative on Punjab farmers and civilians gathering posed potential threat to PM’s layover on the overpass for 20 mins on that day.

The media account on BJP supporters brought over to the site near PM convoy creating unnecessary controversy to malign Punjab voters is apparently not politically convenient for the ruling party.

These reactions and activities are hardly surprising in the contentious political environment.

India’s incumbent PM’s political rallies since 2014 and until now are largely organized with mandatory public attendance.

The attendees especially the so-called Dalits and poorer sections in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Rajasthan and all over India are brought to the rally venue by force beating them using brute force and intimidation that are well documented and available in public domain.

Accordingly, the BJP supporters presence on the flyover near PM’s convoy and not Punjab farmers or ordinary folks in Punjab as purported by BJP rank and file as well as cabinet ministers adopting appeasement strategy resonate with BJP’s routine policy.

Something is not right in the Hindutva system, New Delhi, India. 

The self-proclaimed God claim to have emerged from Kedarnath cave in what was constitutionally designed as SECULAR INDIA ominously transformed into rabid ideological fundamentalist political governance in New Delhi, India apparently in grave danger. 

The presumptuous God as the head of the government crying foul over alleged security lapse in the northern state Punjab amid heavily contested election campaign unravel two important things among other issues. 

The self-declared God ironically tainted with communal riots and minority cleansing legacy continued until today should have experienced premonition on any forthcoming life endangering incident to self and others well ahead of time. 

In that respect, the travel plan could have been cancelled thwarting the much propagated endangerment to life of the so-called God aka the political head of the nation. 

Another being, the political figure touted God could have fearlessly engaged with the frustrated farmers crowd branded protestors and alleged assassins without blowing the matter out of proportion in the election season. 

Again, those habitual of recycling failed strategy continue to expect different results regardless proving  stupidity as permanent mantra. 

On August 30, 2018 there was a similar propaganda on the alleged assassination of God designated as the nation’s chief leadership in New Delhi, India.

At that time utilizing the insidious policy, the central government deployed crony sycophantic media accused the government’s targeted individuals such as human rights activists, authors, writers and environmentalists among civil society advocacy groups as potential assassins. These civil society members were arbitrarily detained denying them habeas corpus with many held in undisclosed detentions till today is the reality. 

The hullabaloo over the politically anointed God’s life threatened by farmers and disenchanted citizens gathering in a reasonably distant area away from the VVIP’s convoy in Punjab disrobe the self-canonized God’s image. 

The ground situation in the entire charade confirm the citizens as electorate in Punjab declining the ruling national party chief’s visit for electoral gains rather than acknowledgment of dismal performance in resolving farmers grievances, mishandling of the surging pandemic and severe economic crises affecting population across the spectrum nationwide. 

The real God would have prior knowledge about any ill-omen individually or collectively and act accordingly without hue and cry witnessed at present. The theatrics conclusively verify political opportunism. 

The repeat episodes from 2018 and now in 2021 categorically corroborate assassination of facts and status quo rejecting asserted political expediency.

What leads to authoritarianism?

There are several factors that leads to authoritarian rule in a system.

The first and foremost is weak or lack of opposition to incompetence, corrupt and criminal activities in government and leadership.

No checks and balances is the cornerstone of authoritarianism.

The constitution is made irrelevant and inconvenient under authoritarian power.

The economy is segregated into the poorest, poor, lower income and middle income comprising the work force with these groups classified as mere working class and among them the middle class are taxpayers. 

Juxtaposed, the upper middle class, wealthy and super rich stash wealth offshore, deplete national treasury in tax evasion and money laundering. This group become the authoritarian stalwarts in quid pro quo. The hierarchy in society premised on social economic status enable authoritarian rule.

The media, press and communication outlets become the voice of the dictatorial leadership heading the failed government. There are overt and covert operatives with mainstream conventional media representing and protecting authoritarian flagrant violations.

Whereas the other touted as the so-called independent and investigative media is another wing of authoritarian regime to mislead public in nuanced narratives and by far the ardent promoter of authoritarianism with false accounts on the leadership so-called popularity and charisma in contradiction to ground reality. The blatant fabrication is aimed at adding insult to human intelligence.

The successive defeats in big state elections, the fear of losing upcoming elections based on electorate disillusionment with leadership at national as well as local government prompting postponement of state assembly elections would not be happening at the height of any leadership’s immense popularity and irresistible charisma projected by the media circus favoring authoritarianism.

The old adage – it is better to deal with the devil you know than the devil you don’t know.  The devil in disguise is a major threat in any situation aptly applicable to the above mentioned deliberate deception and deceit.

Anything out in the open is at least visible. In contrast the insinuations and innuendoes from the so-called independent media claim to delineate from mainstream are the intimate bed fellows hard wired with authoritarianism in the wireless digital era. Accordingly, with all form of communication channels including the social media under control, the rise of authoritarianism is no longer veiled in euphemism.

Additionally, the systematic control and takeover of institutions beginning with judiciary, government agencies such as intelligence bureau, income tax, the central reserve bank and financial institutions are brought under the executive branch purview and direct authority. The absolute rein over these organizations further enhance and energize authority in silencing dissent.

In other words, the constitutionally empowered autonomous body are dismantled and centralized under the leadership at the helm.

The civil servants are delegated to propaganda and constant misinformation to condition public mind on taxpayers funded government dissemination and indoctrination.

Above all, the dangerous move ominously raising the red flag is when the executive branch in a Parliamentary system unilaterally shift the military command from the President to Prime Minister’s ambit. The civilian leadership posing in military camouflage outfit could not be a mere fashion statement.

The most common trait in dictatorial governance is targeting a particular demography, pawn religion as political ideology, subvert constitution governed secular democracy to fundamentalist, radical rhetoric arousing majoritarianism.

The political twists and turns of twenty first century authoritarianism compared to previous century of Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin, Benito Mussolini, the combined dictatorial regimes in Latin America, Africa, Middle East and Asia is the glaring transformation of democracy into fascism today.

In the past century, the dictators enforced authoritarian rule gradually with convincing socialism, communism and majoritarian rule.

In fact the idea of socialism, communism and pluralism veneered underlying coarse rough crude fascism in the making. These concepts were conveniently misused to subjugate population.

Without a shadow of doubt, the imperialists and major economic stakeholders’ direct and indirect involvement in the creation and nurture of dictatorial powers worldwide contributed to extensive authoritarian rule lasting several decades into the twenty first century continued until now.

The difference between then and present time is  transparency. The modern day witness and aware of oligarchs appointed and approved governments typically puppet regimes installed to serve oligarchy feudal system antithetical to constitution, secular pluralist democracy and capitalism with real market economy.

In terms of economic system, the contemporary trend overwhelmingly favor and positioned as monopolists economy displacing the capitalism defined competitive market economy.

The ongoing developments are far worse than in any other time. The global elites – the tech giants owned social platform arbitrary censorship of facts and truth in public domain is the fact of life despite free speech infringement.

The cancel culture evolving into intrusion and invasion of individual rights, life and privacy is carried out as prerogative. Notwithstanding restrictions on decisions related to personal health, lifestyle and well being is the latest law. 

Apparently, the individual liberty to exercise discretion on all things concerning personal life is no longer private matter. Instead it is entirely left to powerful groups in health industry and various dealers, shakers and movers in global syndicate. 

Politically, the authoritarian government transcending to autocracy with elections reduced to formality or even better deferred and delayed to suit individual interests especially when the odds are against incumbency is yet another sign of unpopularity, impropriety and carte blanche authority in full view. These are clear omens initiating 24/7 propaganda to mitigate image damage and event management. 

What is the role of academia, religious consortium and influential civil society in the manufacture of autocracy?

Unfortunately there are divisions in this respect as well.

One section of society presumably representing any or all of the above specified groups are very active in exalting autocracy such as drawing parallels from the past authoritarian style even it happened half a century ago to justify current autocratic rule. Again the reminder about the past authoritarianism invariably fails to note fatal consequences to that effect.

In other issues, they go further and normalize autocrat perversions via Pegasus and variety spyware with references from western activities rather than condemning the lewd indulgence not boding well for any civilized society and a make-believe democracy. It is plain complicity in elevating autocracy.

The other group conversely choosing to remain silent spectators entirely in self-interests is a do nothing segment until own experience dawn on them. This category falls under complacency.

Either groups do more harm in their respective ways than imaginable.

On the other hand, the rare righteous voice against autocracy is often under relentless attack from all directions for standing up to cronyism buttressed authoritarianism.

Upon righteous prevailing in the interception of autocracy, the complicit and complacent parties cited above would be in forefront to enjoy the benefits and fruitful outcome completely sidelining and rejecting righteous function in the entire cause. Such response is routine and hardly surprising. 

The opportunists and wannabes massive collusion in the rise of despotic dictatorial regimes inevitably fall together in the zero-sum game of democracy vs. dictatorship since time immemorial. 

There is glimpse of hope provided the republic repudiate autocracy neutralizing ravaging autocratic environment.

The latest incident involving ruling BJP government Union Minister for State, Home Affairs – Ajay Mishra’s son Ashish Mishra in Lakhimpur Kheri, Uttar Pradesh accused of murder of four farmers and a journalist in addition to three more victims including 2 BJP workers adding to a total of eight fatalities in the gruesome voluntary manslaughter using a SUV driven by the accused in the incident.

The Indian Supreme Court directed Special Investigations Team have reported the following on the Lakhimpur Kheri Case.

The incident was a planned conspiracy. The four farmers were mowed down by the accused Ashish Mishra driving a SUV on October 3, 2021 killing four more individuals in the deliberate assault on peaceful dissenting farmers protesting the BJP’s anti-agrarian laws in the country. 

The background of the accused – Ashish Mishra is the son of Union Minister of State for Home Affairs, Ajay Mishra representing the BJP ruling government. 

“The public profile of the politician is – Ajay Mishra is a Member of Parliament in the 17th Lok Sabha. He is the current Minister of State in Ministry of Home affairs, Government of India. He represents the Kheri constituency of Uttar Pradesh and is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party political party.”

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government cabinet minister Ajay Mishra remains intact in his position despite the serious charges against his son in Lakhimpur Kheri case. 

This is not an isolated incident related to political party members causing civilian deaths with no repercussions to their political status in a system declared a democracy. 

On February 23, 2020  – the violence erupted against non- violent peaceful assembly of citizens on Citizenship Amendment Act, the controversial CAA passed by the BJP government in New Delhi.

The peaceful demonstration with men, women and senior citizens on CAA voicing their concerns on the legislation passed by the BJP government in December 2019 turned into a major tragedy. 

The participants in this instance were attacked by unruly mob instigated by interestingly yet another Mishra, the BJP Minister Kapil Mishra remaining in power until today.

The BJP Minister Kapil Mishra on public platform in New Delhi openly threatened the peaceful protesters on CAA adding they would be dealt with harsh force.

As stated the violence against the public on anti-CAA protest resulted in 53 casualties with majority among them reported as Muslims and others were the so-called Dalits of the Hindu caste based outcasts. The severely injured in this violence range from 200-250 and 2000 or more families reportedly displaced without any compensation or rehabilitation. 

The independent fact finding committee initiated by Delhi Minorities Commission (DMC) last year in 2020 concluded the violence on February 2020 qualified as pogrom after taking into account credible public testimonies and legal course reviewed complaints filed in the aftermath of the terrible communal onslaught. 

Similarly, Pragya Singh Thakur aka Sadhvi Pragya, is an Indian politician and Member of Parliament of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). representing Bhopal  Madhya Pradesh is another member in the category of politicians with criminal record.

The BJP MP Pragya Thakur accused of terrorism in 2008 Malegaon blasts case with ongoing trial on the matter is a sitting MP in the BJP ruling party. 

On the glamor front, Indian politics’ close ties and alliance with Indian cinema and sports recruiting film and sports personalities is a common trend across the political spectrum. 

The BJP MP from Mathura, Uttar Pradesh in the Central ruling government –  bollywood star Hema Malini’s direct involvement in hit and run manslaughter on July 2nd, 2015 caused the tragic death of a three-year-old child, reportedly a passenger in the car critically damaged in the head on collision with the bollywood actress public funded Mercedes Benz on the national highway junction Agra – Jaipur that fatal night.

The injured family with a child battling for her life in the car hit by the bollywood actress’ Mercedes Benz on the highway were abandoned by the Lok Sabha MP, supposedly the political representative of Indian citizens in the Parliament.

According to eyewitnesses – the accident clearly resulted from over speed of the bollywood actress vehicle. The bollywood actress Hema Malini insisting the driver accelerate to minimize travel time landed the driver and his family in indefinite misery with the driver booked and arrested for the fatality in the accident. 

Meanwhile the bollywood actress was absolved of any wrongdoing and to add insult to injury, the actress tweeted and reported to glamor enamored media that the deceased child’s family were at fault for the fatal accident.

There was no apology or remorse from the bollywood actress BJP MP Hema Malini on this preventable civilian death and collateral loss to others’ such as the driver and family’s plight. 

Last but not the least, the Bollywood star Salman Khan’s drunken driving leading to hit and run manslaughter claiming a pedestrian’s life and several injured is treated as a freak accident due to star studded factor.

The demised pedestrian’s family losing an earning member is a legal case with no end in sight. The Bollywood star Salman Khan is provided immunity by the ruling BJP government with the court case on this issue serving as the laughing matter on judiciary process. Not to mention the apathy to victims and lifetime impact on the victims’ family. 

These evidences suffice on the politics’ attitude and actions towards public, the citizens empowering them with political power and stardom.

Obviously, the ordinary citizens’ life bear no significance or relevance to those abusing the privileged status granted by the same people as electorate and audience in the political and social theater. 

Until today none of these individuals implicated and involved in these crimes with fatalities have been affected in terms of their political and celebrity status.

The political parties faking their pledge to defend average citizens on campaign trail continue to enjoy political impunity with no harm to their powerful disposition despite the latter harming and hurting public with no legal, political or social ramifications on crimes committed at will.

In the assessment of ethical, moral and humanitarian grounds, the question is appropriate.

Who needs such people endangering life with no regrets?

The worst of all them as chief representatives in politics and entertainment remain the existential threat to general public safety and well being.

The RSS run political party BJP with these members as their representatives is conveniently resigned to do nothing policy. 

Contrarily, the fundamentalist ideology rescue these individuals’ criminality with religious shroud chanting Jai Sri Ram, a blasphemous trait without a shadow of doubt in the contemporary tradition.

The only option and alternative is for the citizens as voters to remove them from office through ballots and reject politics proved detrimental to republic security.

The leaderships in North Korea Kim Jong-Un and South Korean President Moon Jae-in agreement on declaration to end Korean war between North and South on December 13, 2021 is a welcoming beginning in the dawn of peace in Korean Peninsula. 

The formal agreement between the two nations i.e. North and South Korea to bring the prolonged conflict that was paused on armistice until now transitioning into conclusion of warfare is fair and appropriate.

Now moving forward the long overdue permanent peace treaty would transform the hope of Korean families on both sides in North and South into reality.

The leaderships in Pyongyang and Seoul decision to move away from warfare and proceed towards peace merit recognition and appreciation.

Though the accord weighing in on numerous factors understandably reached in principle in the present time, the leadership from North Korea – Kim Jong-un and South Korean President Moon Jae-in accelerating the process into practicality would be direct acknowledgment of Korean citizens essentially the families on both sides of the great nation of Korea. 

There is no doubt the people in Korea especially the citizens with relations on both sides of the country have suffered enormously and the people in North Korea in particular have endured tremendous challenges up until now. The economic plight of North Korean population could be alleviated in improving and fostering better ties with South Korea in every respect.

Similarly South Korean citizens could experience peace and tranquility without the dark clouds of warfare and uncertainty hovering over the peninsula. 

The news is also cordial for the neighbors like Japan and the entire South East Asian region deserving normal environment for economic activities and overall peaceful engagement all around. 

The responsibility and maturity is reflected in the much anticipated approach with expectation among citizens for consistency and continued efforts in perseverance eventually leading to successful reunification of Korea. 

Once again, the leaderships in North Korea Kim Jong-un and South Korean President Moon Jae-in maintaining peaceful discourse in the development of strong partnerships in all fronts would benefit the people in Korea in unison. The peace initiatives and involvements on both sides would eventually deliver the desirable outcome – Korea as one nation sharing the strengths and prosperity.

The Chief of Defense Staff (CDS) appointment as the military head and chairman of the joint chiefs of the three (Army, Navy and Air Force) armed forces was created on December 30th, 2019 by the incumbent BJP government under PM Narendra Modi.

The CDS principal responsibilities described as the pivotal command center integrating the three armed forces operational requirements. Alongside the CDS also features a fundamental change in the Indian Defense Force ultimate authority. 

According to the Indian Constitution established and enacted on 26th January, 1950 after India’s hard fought independence on 15th August, 1947, the President is elected by the members of an electoral college consisting of the elected members of both the Houses of Parliament and the elected members of the Legislative Assemblies of States and the Union Territories of India. 

Indian President’s key roles (1) chief of state, (2) chief executive, (3) chief administrator, (4) chief diplomat, (5) commander in chief, (6) chief legislator, (7) party chief, and (8) chief citizen. Chief of state refers to the President as the head of the government.

The most important amongst them and commonly known by public is the President as the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Indian armed force. 

With the creation of Chief of Defense Staff (CDS) on 30th December 2019 by the ruling BJP government leadership PM Narendra Modi, the CDS reports directly to Prime Minister unlike the tradition maintained before CDS appointment for the Indian armed forces on India’s President oversight as the constitution titled commander-in-chief of the National Defense Force. 

In the wake of defense procurement controversy reaching a crescendo in November 2018 prominently the French fighter jets Rafale deal personally involving PM Narendra Modi and beneficiary Anil Ambani’s Reliance Defence Limited besides other lucrative defense contracts proven a cash cow generally in politics, 

The CDS brought under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s wing in December 2019 typically removing the President’s consent and supervisory position on Defense matter as the Supreme Commander-in-Chief is a paradigm shift in the republic status bypassing Parliamentary procedures in a democracy. 

The Prime Minister as elected member of a political party presiding over central government is equally subject to constitutional rule of law in any functional democracy. The arbitrary restructuring of Indian Defense Force revoking constitutional definition and duties of the President on Indian Defense Force command is a serious diversion allocating disproportionate power for the Prime Minister’s office. 

The unilateral decision on CDS post assigning the military head under Prime Minister’s administration in the absence of any Parliamentary hearings or debates on the critical transformation of power is a clarion call for any democracy to seek credible and valid explanation on the empowerment of Prime Minister designation. 

The surreptitious power enhancement at the helm for a democracy in particular is neither democratic nor representative of a true republic governed by the constitution of a nation. 

The BJP government in New Delhi under PM Narendra Modi providing appropriate reasoning behind CDS post implementing Indian Defense Force command transfer from constitutional directed President’s charge to political maneuvered Prime Minister control is imperative for clarity in the command system.

The clarification is crucial not only for citizens as the republic but relevantly for the Indian armed forces serving the nation at large. 

Notwithstanding the trend to extend and consolidate massive power at the helm in the present time increasingly endangering democracy and eliminating constitutional based governance in different parts of the world. 

As such there is little or no tolerance among the central and regional political factions in India to any legitimate constructive criticism on politics generated problems and crises.

There is no limit from political parties to exercise extra judicial authority to silence peaceful dissent and genuine concerns on social media.

The political parties in power and/or in opposition utilizing undemocratic political means such as the unlawful activities protection act (UAPA) ordinarily meant to protect citizens from national security threats are conveniently misused against citizens to curb democratic rights in the proclaimed free republic. 

India declared as the world’s largest democracy joining the ranks in such category is a serious challenge to the concept of free world.

Indian Defense force -the fine and robust armed forces have recently under the present BJP leadership in New Delhi suffered many unfortunate tragedies like Pulwama attack on 14 February 2019 just before the national election in May 2019. The incident became the pivotal issue for the incumbent PM Narendra Modi on campaign trail displaying the army in the backdrop in direct violation of the election rule prohibiting any political party from using the defense force for political mileage.

The deadly Pulwama attack inside India on Jammu – Srinagar national highway claimed 40 Indian veterans’ lives in the suicide bomb attack targeting the Indian convoy at that time. The cross border skirmishes along India and Pakistan border in Kashmir continue with casualties that are not reported by politics owned media and press accusing others of being a mouthpiece while aptly fitting the same profile like the hand in a glove. 

Similar scenario on the Siachen glaciers in the north of Nubra valley in Kashmir region, the plight of Indian armed forces is extreme and bears significance. 

In the early 2020, amid the deadly SARS COV2 virus evolving into COVID19 pandemic from next door Wuhan, China, Beijing seized opportunity to accelerate aggression along the Himalayan region of Ladakh infiltrating into the demarcated Line of Actual control (LAC) with a standoff that resulted in more than 20 lives of Indian armed personnel in the Himalayan terrain. 

The long standing India – China dispute prolonged into military deployment with face to face confrontation in that point of location since February 2020 and continued until today is the status quo. 

Meanwhile, the BJP leadership in New Delhi PM Narendra Modi ignoring these national security threats and incursions along the north and north-east border and maintaining a social media account to assess own popularity on India’s chief adversary China’s social media platform Weibo even after Indian defense force martyrdom in May 2020 could only be interpreted as not complacency rather complicity exacerbating combat situations faced by the Indian defense force up in the Himalayan region nearly 18,000 feet above sea level. 

To add insult to injury, the BJP leadership in New Delhi around that time moving forward with tender bid from Beijing CCP owned and controlled companies on Indian Central government projects in the northern state Uttar Pradesh was apathy to Indian defense force challenges against the brazen Beijing’s PLA in the contentious hostile Himalayan fronts with considerable encroachment from PLA in the last 24 months alone. 

The latest tragedy involving the Chief of Defense Staff General Bipin Rawat and family along with high rank military officials and defense personnel on board chopper crash in Tamil Nadu hills is a serious setback prompting thorough investigation. The process is understandably underway by Indian defense forces inquiry attempting to reach the crux of the otherwise preventable calamity.

The probe would arguably seek besides malfunction and predictable glitches including weather vagaries, any sabotage from internal or external factors to rule out cyber attack on the transportation control system. It is important to ascertain these values to avert future mishaps and proclivity from anywhere. 

The BJP government leadership in New Delhi under PM Narendra Modi expending the Indian taxpayers funded exorbitant Pegasus spyware on critical cyber threats and intrusions from known adversaries adept in the trend would be wise investment.

Instead the technology misused translating into perversion against anyone located thousands of miles away in a far away land going about one’s life clarify the Indian government’s misplaced political priority endangering nation and citizens’ safety and security over unnecessary unethical undemocratic indulgence. 

Nonetheless, the nation’s defense force deserve due recognition and provisions sparing no deviations from security and sensitivity to modern overt and covert operational risks in the ultra technology era.

The latest fiasco from New Delhi government’s i.e. BJP regional ally in the South Western state Karnataka is the anti-conversion bill targeting this time not the muslims though they are on permanent list, in fact it is christianity in diverse cultural religious and yet secular India.

What exactly is going on in the ultra confused and fundamentalism infused regime in New Delhi and fewer states under BJP governance?

The religion phobia amongst hardline government in New Delhi under the guise of establishing India as the all Hindu state emulating New Delhi regime’s counterparts Israel as the Jewish state or the next door commonly referred to as adversary Pakistan and Afghanistan declared Islamic republics could only be comprehended as homogenous traits to impose political ideology on the backs of the religion. The religion is the scapegoat to implement majoritarian status ignoring the contemporary India’s social fabric drifting away from the politics designed divisive strategy.

Indian politics like in other so-called democracy heavily invest in polarization of society based on caste,  religion, class etc., analogous to United States politics driving the race, skin color such as Black lives matter, gender, sexual orientation and any excuse to deflect electorate attention from real issues confronting citizens in society.

The New Delhi regime behind their party government in regional Karnataka claim to protect Hindus in the state from proselytism – the forced conversion of person in one religion to another in reference to alleged evangelical approach towards vulnerable members of Hinduism in the state.  The bill eventually made effective nationwide is a possibility.

Whether proselytism is active or not from non-Hindu religions, those having converted from Hinduism to Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, Jainism, Sikhism etc. attribute their conversion from Hindu to other non-Hindu religions to caste discrimination maintained as tradition in society.

Indian politics have no desire in getting rid of casteism dominated with prejudice and untouchability in rural, remote and even in urban towns that treats people in the so-called lower caste not worthy of any respect. The political factions at the national and regional level betting their electoral win on caste based politics at society’s detriment in the quarter end of the twenty first century innately resigned to prejudice in casteism purely for political reason.

The BJP leadership in New Delhi is treading on the dual track with one foot promoting fundamentalism showing little or no tolerance to cultural and religious diversity. Not to mention the same ideologues pretending to safeguard Hindu religion are in fact committing sacrilege and blasphemy maligning Hindu religion’s Lord Ram and Hindu deities through violence and physical assaults against even the Hindu designated lower caste – the so-called untouchables aka Dalits and non-Hindu citizens essentially fellow Indians like Muslims, Christians and others in society.

The BJP leadership’s other foot is firmly placed in obliging marching orders from the international deep state in Europe, predominantly non-Hindu players executing their devious agenda via representatives like New Delhi government on global finance, economy, health and politics with serious consequences experienced by vast majority in India largely affecting the ordinary population.

Apparently, the BJP government in New Delhi i.e. the self-proclaimed Hindu orthodox adherence to Europe based deep state policy exemplifying conversion by the former to latter is not perceived a problem. This is in light of European deep state strong influence over current Indian politics summarily ruining lives and livelihoods forcing the frustrated unemployed youth in India to observe the BJP government head PM Narendra Modi’s birthday as Unemployment Day last year.

New Delhi government is economically committed to selective industrialists like Gautam Adani and Mukesh and Anil Ambani from Gujarat besides other business tycoons financing the PM campaign.

Politically, New Delhi priorities remain as enunciated above. On the one hand satisfying RSS fundamentalist ideology as BJP motto and the other judiciously carrying out European deep state economic and financial system restructuring and reconfigurations regardless of adverse ramifications on the economy and financial status leaving the 1.3 billion citizens’ present and future hanging in balance.

The New Delhi government’s religious nationalist fervor representing the political dogma could be directed in the surrender of wealth held in Swiss Bank accounts and other tax havens beginning with PM Narendra Modi’s Swiss Bank balance INR 19,800 Crores and Home minister Amit Shah’s INR 1,58,000 Crores are merely the tip of the iceberg. 

The aggregate total of the above account holders and other members of political class, economic and entertainment sectors exceeding $5,000,000,000,0000 i.e. US$ 5 Trillion could easily provide for India’s economic growth and massive development. 

These members’ current balances could surpass the above mentioned amounts since the updates are never disclosed neither by Swiss Bank nor the account holders at the cost of national treasury and average citizens as taxpayers and contributors to the state and national economy.

Not to mention the illegal money stashed in foreign accounts enriching those nations economy and draining the source economy viz. the Indian economy leaving significant population in abject poverty, hunger and disease that is hardly ever a concern for New Delhi government and their allies in different parts of India.

Eliminating casteism and corruption would alone deliver substantial social and economic progress to people in India shackled to domestic and foreign subjugation.

The Indian politics is the underlying factor in denying the long overdue development yearned by citizens across the spectrum transcending false barriers in human classification in society.

Indians rising to the occasion with one voice in rejecting casteism and all form of discrimination against anyone alongside demands to return wealth held in offshore accounts back to the country beginning at the top to the bottom without exception is the true path towards emancipation.

The ruling political party RSS and BJP government exploiting religion, God and communalism is the legacy. The trend institutionalized by Prime Minister Narendra Modi since assuming power in 2014 until now is the last thing India needed with the nation brought down on its knees in every front under this government. 

The economy in doldrums, health disaster in neglecting corona virus ravaging effect consuming millions of lives with India leading the worst affected chart, national security compromised with China’s invasion of the Himalayan region and occupation of Ladakh and north eastern territories that are barely contained extending the standoff between the two most populous nations. 

The RSS mentored BJP government under PM Narendra Modi embarked on religion spin targeting Indian Muslims and Christians in multicultural and diverse religions nation such as India for political reasons is history repeating itself under this government.

The Godhra incident in Gujarat back in 2002 resulting in the loss of thousands of lives with majority muslims and many Hindus killed in the state sponsored communal violence under then Chief Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah is a dark episode in the political career of both members now reining control over the nation as the national leaderships causing trepidation among the minorities and marginalized Hindus nationwide. 

Kashmir has been indefinitely in lockdown prior to the pandemic and the situation in the valley worsening with no access to real journalism or press and media due to New Delhi’s curfew ever since the region was transformed from the autonomous state with state legislative assembly to central government run union territory in 2019 soon after the BJP government’s second term in office. 

The revocation of Article 370 in the Indian constitution related to the state of Jammu & Kashmir was PM Narendra Modi’s commitment to RSS political agenda. 

Now PM Narendra Modi playing the religion card in Tamil Nadu via BJP’s defacto faction Naam Tamizhar headed by Seemaan – verified as Simon – Tamil Christian in public domain. Naam Tamizhar Chief Simon aka Seemaan engaged by BJP to rake the mud using religions i.e. Christians and Muslims in India as European settlers and Arabic invaders per public statement by the latter.

The reality on present Indian minority groups in these religions clarifies them as Hindu apostate – the demography designated as the backward class (BC), other backward class (OBC), untouchables, outcasts, scheduled caste (SC), scheduled tribe (ST)…etc. converting to Christianity, Islam and Buddhism to break away from Hindu caste based discrimination and isolation in society. 

The BjP leadership in New Delhi strategy on caste and religion divide to win election in Tamil Nadu and other states is unruly and undemocratic causing rift and tensions in society confronted with myriad challenges primarily caused by government failure to address any issues in the past and present. There are no plans either in the immediate future except fomenting communal and religious frictions and  unrest to gain and remain in power. 

In Tamil Nadu, the BJP government in New Delhi has  political factions working in their favor. The one mentioned above Simon aka Seemaan’s Naam Thamizhar promoting BJP’s religious polarization, the other being the Tamil film industry actor Vijay Makkal Iyakkam winning 115 of the 169 seats in Tamil Nadu rural election in October 2021.

Similarly, the political party by yet another Tamil film actor Kamal Hassan proved a BJP decoy to tilt votes making headway into Tamil Nadu politics. Furthermore, in this instance the prefix in actor’s name Kamal surreptitiously represent the BJP party symbol Kamal adding clarity to those aligned on caste based i.e. the so-called upper caste demography loyalty to the actor’s caste identity.

The Tamil film industry actor party is a BJP wing with Naam Thamizhar deliberate religious controversy at BJP’s behest driving the vote base to BJP’s Vijay Makkal Iyakkam making the entry into Tamil Nadu to reek havoc like in Uttar Pradesh and other states in India.

Interestingly, the Tamil film actor Vijay is publicly stated as a Christian and BJP’s anti-muslim and anti-christian rhetoric spread via Naam Tamizhar faction Simon aka Seemaan falsely claiming to represent minorities in Tamil Nadu is BJP’s political ploy to drive minorities to BJP funded Vijay Makkal Iyakkam.

BJP’s religion caste abuse proudly touted as the Chanakya tactic in action to crawl into Tamil Nadu.

The Tamil Nadu electorate is perhaps unaware of the behind the scenes developments and dramatic political games from the center deploying stooges in Tamil Nadu having excess baggage like illegal money stashed away by movie actors given their exorbitant price tag regardless of the film success or failure. 

The BJP government especially PM Narendra Modi’s policy targeting members with such vulnerabilities threatening them with income tax raids or buy them out with political position in quid pro quo is a well known fact.

The adage – Old habits die hard aptly fits the profile and performance. 

The public awakening to these developments is not an option but in fact critical to save democracy in crises right now.

The Indian PM Narendra Modi unable to address public grievances and disapproval of the incumbent’s performance is a major impediment in a democracy.

PM Narendra Modi’s pledge to World Economic Forum agenda was also forthcoming and diligently carried out through demonetization in 2016 under false pretext of retrieving black money.

The irony in this context is PM Narendra Modi holding black money in Swiss Bank account and leading the rest of the account holders from India in black money hoarding.

PM Narendra Modi dropped hints in the recent Independence Day speech on August 15, 2021 in reference to India’s preparedness to follow the secret society run New World Order in the present and post pandemic. The notation in the speech was perhaps the PM Narendra Modi’s signal to New World Order authority on India’s willingness and readiness to obey instructions from them.

Above all, PM Narendra Modi also mentioned in the speech about imminent cash circulation reduction without divulging any further details on this important issue.

However, it is imperative for the vast population in India surviving on cash economy in the formal and informal sectors to know about this inevitable change that would drastically impact their existence especially in the absence of viable alternatives for the cash wage earners on daily wage unlike any regular income households in the economy.

Among many secretive sinister activities hidden in Great Reset from the World Economic Forum, eliminating cash economy and substituting with options that are yet to be revealed to the world besides the existing cash replacements like debit, credit cards and crypto currency is critical information for the public.

On the other hand, the Indian government failure to disclose the facts and decisions on containing cash economy in adherence to World Economic Forum’s controversial Great Reset would serve as the litmus test on India’s political system as a democracy let alone the world’s largest democracy.

  The Presidential election 2024 defeat is avenged with drone drama carried out in the East Coast and of course in California – the anchored domain for the devil and evil DEI dichotomy.

  Upon not being satisfied the devil had to orchestrate the mowing of innocent bystanders and crowd gathered at 2025 New Year’s celebration casting yet another devil’s loss of control in demonic outrage in New Orleans, Las Vegas and New York simultaneously at the dawn of New Year 2025. 

  The devil let loose has been causing bloodshed, terror and carnage at the onset and went overdrive since November 4th, 2016 upon the devil ushered into exit having created tremendous pain, suffering and misery to all those the devil has targeted thus far.

  There are two outcomes in the attempts to shape anything for  useful purpose.

  The iron ore – a rough hard core metal is brought to shape for various usefulness by hammering and / or heating that turns into molten state – the idiom – strike when the iron is hot is precisely for that reason as it conforms to malleability.

  The other outcome that fits the devil and transcontinental evil conglomerate is the above outlined process only renders them out of shape and beyond any positive engagement as they are paradoxical to the characteristics and personal nature of the devil and evil cohorts hell bent on – our way or highway even when that is in the bottomless pit.

  Yet, for political reasons the weaponization of taxpayer funded State and federal departments and agencies trending since 2009 – 2016 against then Republican Tea Party by Barack Obama in personal vendetta against them for questioning Barry Soetoro’s birth certificate was responded with terminating the Republican Tea Party in the first term in 2012. It was just the tip of the iceberg.

  The trend then continued against political opponent Donald Trump from impeachment proceedings to libel suits with no end in sight.

  Similar tactics deployed against me and my family by the same members i. e. The OBAMAS having abused and continue to use and abuse our presence, profile and all things politically and personally exclusively beneficial to them from DAY ONE until now by tagging, trolling, pirating anything positive and impressive for image enhancement despite being warned to cease and desist.

  Notwithstanding thousands of $$$ fraudulently amassed from us by the fleecing scammers, abusers and parasitic exploiters till date make them indebted to me personally and my family.

  Politics’ underhanded bullying and harassment is sheer desperation in the face of own extinction.

  If you can’t express gratitude as the chief beneficiaries of our timeless sacrifice and benevolence, the least you could do is abandon the self-destructive attitude hurting you in the attempt to harm others.

  The Strait of Hormuz – the western side on the Persian Gulf under Iran’s ambit could potentially paralyze the oil exports from the middle east and global production further exacerbating already overrun energy crisis from the middle east conflict and Russia – Ukraine war under the current Biden – Harris administration.

  The soaring inflation in the United States would have severe impact from the energy crisis generated in the Middle East meltdown. 

  All the more reasons to ceasefire on all sides with economic factor being crucial if civilian lives don’t matter to the warring factions.

  The war in the Middle East has long escalated into deadly confrontation.

  Iran and Israel along with United States in the full throttled military exchange is heading towards a precarious situation. The alarming transformation is counterproductive.

  The latest developments from Gaza to Lebanon now right at the center of Iran and Yemen with Israel and U.S. administration spearheading the world towards global nuclearization rather than nuclear disarmament.

  This is a very dangerous transition that has already prompted Russia – the largest and deadliest nuclear stockpile holder to steer towards advanced nuclear proliferation.

  Iran with regional conflict focused on the Islamic Republic could even be driven towards nuclear armament upon the ongoing military aggression not brought to a permanent end. 

  There are no winners in the brutal aggression against one another except massive destruction of lives and catastrophe unless the madness is reined in with immediate effect.

  Eye for an eye would only make the warring factions go blind mutually incapacitating one another in the revenge game.

  The power of any leadership is not in fire power turning the target nations and own turf into graveyard. It epitomize tutelage to cowardice surrendered to irrational blindsided cavalier engagement.

  CNN exceeding expectations as usual went beyond in dedicating air time to VP Harris defense upon being referred to as ‘Mentally Disabled.’

  Interestingly, CNN or MSNBC and diverse media ever remaining the vigilantes to protect the favored political members neither seem to have time nor any flare to the current VP Kamala Harris public slander of Gen Z – 18 – 25-years-of-age calling them STUPID with inability to perform in any and all matter.

  This was politics gone wry to say anything against anyone asserted as political might.

  In fact, for all practical reasons Gen Z barring exceptions applicable to all samples on mental and physical assessment as well as behavior, are otherwise quite smart and intelligent based on modern Gen Z – astuteness in technology, business and individuality unlike politics’ arbitrary under evaluation of anyone except them.

  Governor Tim Walz had the burden to unburden what is and has been of the incumbent administration.

  It is no ordinary task given the magnitude of problems related to the current administration with VP Kamala Harris being responsible as the next in line to Presidency. The argument raised as the reason to nominate VP Harris in the 2024 Presidential race as the automatic and preferred albeit not elected choice.

  The political party can’t have it both ways.

  Contrarily, the Republican VP nominee JD Vance had to simply remind audience and politics on the Trump Presidency economic record and security. As the Republican VP nominee concurred on the fact Governor Tim Walz had much tougher position than his own in defending personal and that of the administration record.

  Nonetheless, both nominees performance elicited that members from across the political aisle could agree to disagree on certain or all of the issues though there were  convergence on few issues in this debate. The civility and mutual appreciation between the two members were a refreshing change .

  The democrat establishment should abandon questioning Trump campaign on election 2020 and demanding response on whether the 2024 electoral outcome would be  acknowledged even before the end of election process.

  It is the democrat political class who never accepted 2016 election outcome setting the precedence in this regard. Not to mention the democrat establishment discarding own democrat primary in 2024 subsequent to coup d’état against own incumbent.
  
  The democrat administration and democrat Congress members in the House and Senate together with some RINOes perpetually subject the 2016 election winner Trump to politically motivated litany of charges including at least three unprecedented impeachment proceedings wasting taxpayer money for personal and political agenda.

  On 2024 election outcome question, it is necessary for democrat hierarchy to clarify to the American electorate if they have any preemptive plan in store to be unleashed after election?

  No Ukraine or Gaza war.

  No abrupt unprepared withdrawal from Afghanistan leading to the United States defense personnel (the honorable Gold Star members) falling victims to the Biden – Harris administration’s egregious extemporaneous decision.

  Furthermore, the abandonment of taxpayer funded U.S. defense inventory worth millions$$$ left in possession of the Taliban hardline government exacerbating Afghan population conditions especially the women and children at the mercy of radical Taliban social policy.

  No political destabilization in South Asia.

  The toppling of democratically elected government of the former Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan in Pakistan in February 2022 via U.S. Biden – Harris administration directed No Confidence Vote to unseat the former PM Imran Khan.

  Sri Lanka political and economic turmoil literally driven into banana republic status liken to the military aggression in July 2009 leading to the Sri Lankan Tamils’ commemoration of the month as the Black July.

  Lately, Bangladesh in 2024 – the former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina headed economically stable nation was brought into political unrest similar to Ukraine and several other democratic governments throughout 2009 – 2016.

  Middle East in crises in semblance with the so-called Arab Spring in 2010 – 2016.

  No targeted censorship, cancel culture, gag order on Free Speech during 2017 – 2020 unlike the kind experienced in 2021 – 2024 in COVID Vaccine mandate to the latest open statements from the likes of the former Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton to imprison Trump supporters or for that matter the Obamas instructed blockade on election messages coined as disinformation directing the California governor Gavin Newsom to sign the law to that effect banning free speech 120 days prior to and 60 days after the 2024 Presidential election to install the unelected democrat Harris administration under Obamas and Hillary Clinton control.

  What is the difference between politics, religion and science?

  Religion is faith suggesting trust and belief in the force primordial.

  Unfortunately, the three are intertwined with politics misusing religion and science for political gains and adverse cause.

  Religion is politicized to assert dominance of one against another.

  Science gets political within scientific domain and in dismissal of religion as hypothesis.

  From Cradle to Graveyard – Despite lining the coffers at others’ expense, none taken in the coffin leaving behind even skin and bone.

  Greed, envy, animosity…array of negative vices consume the hosts in the end justifying the means dilemma.

  Needless to say, it is applicable all around without exception.

  Unlike the trend, smothered in hypocrisy beckoning others to do what is apparently unacceptable to selves to the extent of blasphemy.

  Let’s examine history on animal and humans of towering height and the fateful outcome.

  Tyrannosaurus rex aka T—Rex – 12 feet in height – twice the size of 6’ human, also known as the fierce carnivore devouring prey upon contact finally became extinct. The T-Rex left behind tyranny derived from Tyranno-saurus nomenclature and traits for comparable humans in height and behavior.

  Among humans – The Ugandan former President Idi Amin 6’4” spared none in violent atrocities and barbarism against own people. The tall African leader tallness diminished in proportion with monstrosity against own citizens made to flee for life.

  The internationally known terror organization Al-Qaida leader Osama Bin Laden branded the terror mastermind was also 6’4” and engaged in activities 12 feet under detonating explosives that eventually led to the bottom hole in life.

  The former Iraqi President -Saddam Hussein 6’ dwelling in different palaces ultimately sought refuge literally in a rat hole.

  There are more examples in this regard. The world continue to witness and endure such characters’ abnormal sinister indulgence producing the drastic curvature or decline whilst living and legacy.

  Suffice to say tallness is not greatness and not all tall people and species possess qualities and characteristics matching or exceeding their physical height.

  On the contrary, the above members and alike are the proof as to how tallness stooping to the lowest of the low in deeds and thoughts hurting and harming others can contract their size into nothingness and many forced into oblivion.

  The actions guided by the mind and intellect in rationalizing right from wrong, goodness from evil, kindness from violence etc.define the greatness or littleness of human identity.

  Additionally, remarks such as little people and other connotations are the result of envy emanating from self-inadequacy, deep insecurity, extreme inferiority complex lacking in self-esteem.

  The color of the sky cannot be changed to suit and fit the preference of the beholder. Synonymously the skin color in a given life remain the same regardless.

  Getting over color code – in blackness, whiteness, brownness, yellowness, pinkness, orangeness and any other shades and racial tones…merely an exterior skin layer with color of the blood (RED) remaining the same and uniform in all living species i.e. humans and animals alike, the realization in this context is the preliminary step towards civility.

  The life history in terms of social identity – color, creed, education, economic, political background etc., ending and the memory of it erased with the termination of life in any particular lifetime except for the accumulation of karmic debts pending settlement, the condition  is irrefutable.

  That being the fact of life, what’s all the fuss over melanin and skin pigmentation and other factors?

  The Soul’s unknown journey though markedly premised on individual deeds aka Karma in any life duration, the hangover on skin color and stereotype are sentiments inhibiting positive thought process and relevant progress in mind evolution.

  The efforts instead turned inward in clearing clutter within and deep inside to develop tolerance, acceptance, acknowledgment extending respect and understanding even with differences and disagreements on issues create better relations in human existence.

  The humanness rising above prejudice, lingering bigotry, hatred, subjugation, subordination and discriminatory practice is the greatest challenge for those unable to release selves from the self-imposed constraints on social description.

  Learning and striving to be human in nature and  behavior is the laudable milestone one could achieve in living and thenceforward.

  Having said that, it might be possible to straighten the dog’s tail but not those set and sworn to be unruly and recalcitrant at own peril only to realize the outcome echoing what was ignored and too late for recovery.

  On the question of feeling insignificant, it would matter only when such assertions from distinctively insignificant have any significance whatsoever.

  Claiming credit on anything that do not apply to self aka wannabe alternatively piracy while shunning responsibility on everything that is squarely own obligation with name written all over is called opportunism.

  Financial bankruptcy caused by malicious forces abusing position besides conning and mocking endlessly about the situation long after recovery is sadistic pleasure, the epitome of narcissism

  Juxtaposed, personal permanent irreversible moral and ethical bankruptcy drowning in doom and gloom is far worse than any temporary loss in life.

  Not to mention the status depleting core human value, irreplaceable element with any monetary or material compensation.

  The designee viz. the Vice President as the so-called heart beat away and next in line to the highest office on land selling the Soul to devil for title in name only and price tag is sycophancy traded at the cheapest fire sale otherwise insolvency of brain and human dignity.

  The bargain involving self-caricature in ever high ecstasy and delirium on display admittedly from substance abuse evidently never in short supply in the latest cocaine saga at the premise of the most important public office in the nation is sad and tragic affirmation on self-destruction beyond salvation.

  The self-inflicted deterioration to appease the devils in disguise is classic example of greed and lack of intelligence resulting in dysfunctional performance and dystopia.

  As for the mainstream network with insignia as the sly scavenger FOX represented by hosts and anchors salivating on the bait along with counterparts on curbside communication outlets trading journalistic ethics for demolition of democracy peddling Satans’ satanic nuanced scripts are components of the large fraud machine with engine running on recycled fabrication and distortion in epic proportion.

  The combined collaborative efforts expedite their cataclysmic destiny already in progress with precipitous decline together with the entire apparatus behind the gamut on the brink of collapse.

  Accordingly the futile nonsensical defamation via VP clown and other pawns sponsored by media cohorts’ directed at the target to convince imaginary audience in empty theater is the ultimate parody glaring at those in fools paradise.

  Sins and crimes committed with willful malevolence is demonic despotism. 

  The characteristics encapsulate brazen conviction to harm, develop attitude entrenched in hatred, contempt, prejudice, misogyny, intolerance, insolence, slur, slander, smear, besmirch, condescendence, patronization, envy, gluttonous greed, hubris, arrogance, bruised ego, violation of rights through invasion of life, privacy, space, perversion, spying, snooping, prying, preying, predator instincts and critically identity theft, identity swap, identity misappropriation manipulated as identity appropriation, isolation to anonymity, exploitation, unlawful intrusion, imposition, harassment, bully, mob mentality, obsessive compulsive disorder with the target…are some of many diverse character deformity and deranged personality laden with ignorance.

  Such indulgences bear serious consequences in living gripped with grief and guilt and upon demise leading to the solo journey after life saddled with unsettled karmic debts excruciating thereafter.

  Furthermore, lies, deception, dereliction of duty, debauchery, corruption, criminality, treason, violation of trust, abuse of power, public office, people’s money, authorizing censor speech, cancel culture, proxy, pawn, puppet schemes, divisive polarizing poison politics triggered by power mongering and atrocities of any kind exacerbate the inevitable outcome.

  Importantly, misinformation, disinformation, falsehood, fakery, vicious propaganda, fraudulence and indignation to name a few…via collusion, complicity, complacency and participation in any capacity with the wicked and evil face enormous Karmic ramifications denying the Soul redemption and peace. 

  The culmination of all of the above is self-destructive comparable to an object engulfed in sea of fire reduced to ash in the realm of nothingness poignantly reflect the degenerative act dissolution.

  The crucifixion of Jesus Christ presumptuously regarded victory proved to be in vain. Those who authorized and participated were pummeled and paid the price nevertheless much later.

  Likewise in other faiths, the demons wreaking havoc were appropriately dealt with reminder never to provoke nor challenge the wrath of phenomenon ordained by the creator of the universe.

  In Almighty God’s Supreme Kingdom, Justice might be delayed never denied.

  Karma effective from the moment wrongful sinister deeds onset, the Soul is shackled in  perennial suffering with no respite for the foolish enslaved to evil traits and ceaseless sins.

  The cardinal rule firmly apply without exception to all those in violations enunciated above granting none any exemption nor concession.

• India – Supreme Court Ruling on Godhra Pogrom in 2002

  The Godhra pogrom against innocent civilians largely muslims, Hindu and other denominations in 2002 undergoes political spin by the central government headed by PM Narendra Modi and HM Amit Shah. In this regard, the victim widow Zakia Jafri’s plea against SIT ruling on the violence involving Narendra Modi is propagated as the case dismissed by the Indian Supreme Court.

  However, the so-called dismissal verdict by the three-judge bench headed by Justice AM Khanwilkar, Justices Dinesh Maheshwari and CT Ravikumar do not bear the signatures of neither of the three justices in this apparent ruling.

  The unsigned court ruling – the omission of three SC justices signatures in this ruling confirm the verdict not delivered by the Supreme Court.

  The SC’s three judge bench remark quoting “the Indian democracy is under threat” verbatim and subsequently the court ruling delivered without signatures from any and all three of them confirm the decision on vindication of the accused is null and void.

  Accordingly, the misconstrued vindication of the accused viz. the former Chief Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and others listed in Mrs. Zakia Jafri’s court filing is invalid.

  The accused in this matter remain relevant for further legal investigation and proceedings now and in the future.

  For instance, the solar panel lessee not having a choice with payment options other than the one and only method set up by the electric car company acquired solar power installation. Similarly, binding the lessee on long term contractual agreement with no exit plans.

  Last but not the least, not addressing emergency situation during heavy rain and stormy weather resulting in roof leaks from poorly installed solar panels causing property damage.

  यह इनका दोष नहीं। इनकी अल्प बुद्धि का हाल है। ऐसे होते हुए, यह न घर के न घाट के हो जाते हैं। इन पर तरस के अलावा कुछ नहीं आता। जब इंसान को अगले क्षण का ख़बर नहीं, यह निकले अपनी ऐतिहास पलटने।

  यह प्रयास इन्हें सिवाय निराश और अपमान के अलावा कुछ नहीं बाँट रहा है इनको, तब भी यह अपनी हार मानने को तैयार नहीं।

  अब तक इनका कब्ज़ा धन, दौलत, शोहरत और सत्ता तक था। अभी यह लोग इज़्ज़त के ठेकेदार भी हो गए। इनको इतना तो पता होनी चाहिए की इज़्ज़त देने वालों को ही इज़्ज़त मिलती है। जो दूसरों की अस्तिव को अपना बनाकर, उनके व्यक्तिगत अधिकार छीनकर फ़िर उन्हीं को निशाना बनाने वाले, भला उन्हें ही इज़्ज़त की पाठ पढ़ाएंगे?

  यही हुई ना बात – चोरी और ऊपर से सीना ज़ोरि!

  कब यह अपनी गलती पर ध्यान देंगे? इनका तो यही मानना है की यह लोग कभी किसी को हानि पहुंचाते नहीं। किसी के साथ अन्याय कर ही नहीं सकते।

  यह दूध और चन्दन से धुले हुए है। इनकी तरह कोई संसार में धन्य है ही नहीं।अगर यह नहीं होते तो यह संसार कब का समाप्त हो जाता। इनके पवित्रता से ही जीव जंतु प्राणी के जीवित रहना संभव रहा है। वर्णा इस कलयुग में मृत्यु, शोक और दरिद्रता के अलावा है ही क्या मनुष्य की जीवन में?

  चलिए आपको हम सिखाते हैं की किसी के छोटेपन को ना बढ़ाने में अपनी बड्डपन है। आप भी क्या याद करोगे।

  इनका भी जवाब नहीं। क्योंकि आज तक इन लोगों की ही मन मानी चलती आयी। तो इन्होने सोच लिया की इनका ही दौर सदियों चलेगा ।

  पृथ्वी हर 365 दिन में एक बार सूर्य की परिक्रमा करती है और हर 24 घंटे में एक बार अपनी धुरी पर घूमती है।इसके कारण २४ घंटे ४ समय – सुबह, दोपहर, शाम और रात में बटा हुआ है।

  यह प्रकृति के नियम है जिसे किसी के लिए भी बदला नहीं जाता। जिन्हें भी इस प्राकृतिक के परमपरा से समस्या हो, उन्हें इस दर्ति में अनेकों बार जनम लेकर इस वातावरण का आदी होना पड़ता है। ज़रूरी नहीं इन्हें मनुष्य रूप ही प्राप्त हो।

  The Zion centric, communist socialists, the pseudo progressives and the supposedly capitalist in collusion typically the deep state dark forces cozy secret society is rattled knowing the TRUTH that nothing lasts forever including their egotistical pathological obsession for dominance denying the overwhelming majority across the globe the inalienable right to freedom, individual rights and equal opportunity to peace, progress and prosperity.

  The comedy of errors in all of this is;

  Apparently, these forces are extraordinary so they change the empirical mathematical results to their choice of outcome as they demonstrate in election.

  According to those referring to self as a ‘Man of Faith’ notably faithful to unscrupulous and nefarious order citing a survey that 61% Americans think that incumbent President Donald Trump should concede to Beijing Presidency and,

  At the same time quoting the same survey that 47% disagree of which 30% are democrats leaving only 17% republicans to disagree being eliminated in the Presidential race?

  The election outcome on November 3rd, 2020 boasted approximately 150,000,000 (150 million) having voted of which 74 million is allocated to incumbent President Donald Trump which is 49% barring voter fraud in the contested election.

  The propaganda alluding to 49% republicans who voted for Donald Trump are in agreement to delegitimize their legal votes while they are being further diminished in the fraudulent election and fabricated survey to mere 17% in the far fetched analysis.

  How about the survey pointing out 30% democrats of that 47% in disagreement to incumbent President Donald Trump conceding to Beijing Presidency?

  Does that mean in the projected win 51% to Joe Biden candidacy only 21% believe in dominion and media produced election result since 30% democrats do not concur with the outcome?

  One need not be a math genius. The comedy of errors only reflect the conspicuous rigged election pushed forward as the historic win for Beijing financed and promoted Biden Presidency.

  3. Shed your ego, arrogance and prejudice of all kinds in an effort towards self- cleansing and soul-searching leading to clarity on the importance of life not just yours but also others near and far.
